I don't think I can adequately express how happy I am with path Movement. We just celebrated our son's sixth birthday there and it was one of the most amazing birthday parties I've ever been to. We had ages 4 to 12 year olds, boys and girls, and every kid had an absolute blast. The two coaches that were working with the kids were fantastic. These outstanding young men were so sweet to all of the kiddos, really helping the younger ones out so they had just as much fun as the bigger kids. It was so easy to book and the set up was perfect. Tons of room for the food and gifts, plus room for the parents to hang out while the kids played. Everything just went so smoothly and unlike most birthdays I have hosted, it was really easy and I actually had time to watch the kids enjoy themselves and socialize with the other parents. I'm just so impressed by the staff I worked with, the instruction that was given to the kids, and the facilities. We really can't wait to host another party there and hoping to possibly sign up for one of the summer camps. Thank you so much Path Movement for giving my son such an unforgettably fun birthday and for making me look good for choosing such an awesome place! We just had one of the most memorable and fun birthday parties ever at Path Movement for our 7 year old son. We found path movement through some friends. I had never been there and booked the party purely on the recommendation of our friend. I spoke with Sariah from Path Movement a number of times on the phone and each time she was open and flexible and informative. When we arrived, we were thrilled with the facility. There is a room for the party as well as a large open area for the activities. The parkour space itself is a large room that has rubberized flooring and all types of different sized wooden boxes and ramps, bars to hang on and climb, a net to climb, slack line to attempt with some rings overhead to help you along your way and even a warped wall! It is very abstract, but the awesome part is that the kids were immediately engaged and they were running and jumping on everything they could see. We paid the extra cost for the nerf gun war. They have over 80 guns and more ammo than I have ever seen. We played with jerseys that differentiated one team form the other. This was the best part of the party. It was a free for all! Kids and adults alike were having the best time. I want to have MY next birthday party there! We will be coming back! read more

My 8yo has attended several Parkour sessions at this location. The staff was wonderful - nurturing and encouraging. They spend about 3/4 of the session in focused instruction/skills and then the kids are left to explore and practice on their own. I also appreciated the parent waiting/viewing area where I could hack out some work and watch my kiddo. We are not in this part of town, otherwise we would attend much more regularly. After my son participated in some of their classes and enjoyed them, we moved out of the area and could no longer attend classes. We have been trying to cancel the membership for over a year with no success and we finally had to request that our CC company block them from making charges. They have not reached out to us in any way from our attempts to contact them on this issue. read more

My son has been here on and off for the past year or so, before and after their remodel. Their remodel is fantastic! They did a great job re-appointing space and seem to have added a lot of new obstacles and challenges. The instructors here all seem very encouraging and safety conscious (a huge thing when you're watching your kid jump off sh$t). They spend time warming up, then being provided instruction and some sort of obstacle training, then the last 10 minutes or so is free play. I also appreciate the high ratio of instructors to kids; that has to be difficult considering every class is drop-in and they never know how many kids they'll have at any given class. My only critique is I wish the instructors would go out of their way to observe kids who aren't as engaged, or challenging themselves, to give some quick one-on-one pointers during free time. I like how they have expanded the parent area, though I prefer to head across the street for a quick beer; it's nice they don't require parents to hang out during class time, that's refreshing in today's world of helicopter parents and litigation wary facilities- that's what waivers are for! The pricing is great too! I like that combined with their flexible drop-in schedule, with lots of times to suit a busy family, they also offer different pricing options depending on how often your kid goes. And they now host Nerf birthday parties, which is pretty cool. I love being able to take my son to a place that constructively and safely encourages a kid's natural desire to climb and jump, usually in inappropriate places. I love that they equally encourage boys and girls! It's perfect for my son who isn't into team sports but definitely craves a physical outlet; and the best part is there is no standard of "being the best" here, it's all about continuing to improve their own performance. read more

Wow! Found this place on a random search for my 6-year old son's birthday party. Can't describe how it exceeded my expectations! They didn't charge "per kid" which was a huge plus because we didn't know where to make the cut-off. It was a reasonable flat-rate and the owner, Erick, even coordinated an insane pizza deal that every loved ($7.99/pizza). Let me not say this... my son's last 5 birthday parties were at Monkey Business/Chuck E. Cheese (corporate places like that) and it was fun but VERY expensive. But I had parents coming up to me after saying how unique and how much fun their kids had. They have CERTIFIED instructors who show kids a lot of fun parkour ("ninja-type) movements in their really unique modular gym and then transition to some really fun games (Capture the flag/Nerf Wars)... they have over 80 NERF guns and enough nerf ammo to take down ISIS. The service and special touches they added to my son's birthday experience were amazing. They even had all the tablecloths, paper products and everything. We had to plan this on the fly and their participation could not have made the whole thing easier on us. I will definitely be a repeat customer. If you're looking for something unique and affordable to celebrate your kids birthday party -- this is the spot. read more

We came here after a very disappointing experience with gymnastics for boys. We absolutely love this place. Eric is absolutely amazing, totally flexible and has a good sense of humor. He pays attention to what's going on and really cares about the kids and parents. He knows the kiddos names and we have only been coming one night a week for less than a year (after 2 years at our gymnastics they didn't know our boys). The coaches are GREAT instructors. They are fun, obviously amazing at parkour and have really advanced our boys in 9 months. Our boys are incredibly active in many sports but this is the only place where they still get sore muscles and really sweat after a work out. To us that's a good use of muscles!!!! They get to free range a little and have fun. Absolutely highly recommended! Never had even the slightest hint of a bad experience. Thanks Path Movement! We are dedicated to you!! read more

We signed my son up for the year at $84.00 per month. We had attended a few sessions and began to question if Path was any better then competitors. Our question was answered when my 8 year old son was grabbed by the shirt, drug over to me and verbally abused in front of the entire gym by the "co-owner." My 8 year-old son was crying as the "coach", a person that is supposed to build up kiddos, ripped him apart while demanding 60 push ups. I'm sorry I wasn't aware I signed my child up for a boot camp. We requested to cancel our contract immediately. I was told I would be allowed to cancel "if this incident stays between us." I would NEVER recommend Pathmovement. My son is in wrestling and football, never in my life have I seen a coach behave in this manner. To grab a child by the shirt, scream at him to the point of tears and break his spirit. So many other ways this situation could have been handled. read more

The coaches here really know what they are doing. They are teaching people how to better them selves physically in a way that will keep kids, and adults alike, active and heathy for years to come. The coaches do require their students to comply with safety regulations in order to save them from injury. They really create a safe environment that lets students gain he skills they want. Whether you are a child, or an adult, the excellent instructors will have you climbing, leaping, and feeling like a superhero with the safety and precision of a well trained ninja in no time at all! read more

I'm not sure what the other parent is referring to, but for my family, Path Movement is a wonderful place where my child has learned confidence and passion for a great sport, from great instruction. Not only has he become more respectful at home, but he has also improved in his school settings as well. My husband and I really like that the students at Path are held accountable for their actions, no excuses. I heard about Path Movement from some of my son's friend's mothers, they raved about how much their boys loved it there. What an amazing place for a birthday! We had my son's 6th birthday party here and it totally exceeded our expectations. The staff go above and beyond to assure that EVERYONE is having a wonderful time. They provide nerf guns for parents and kids. I'm not sure who had more fun, the parents or the kids. You bring the party and they do the set up so that all can enjoy. They are very hospitable and personable. The kids had so much fun and said it was the best birthday party ever! The facilities are so great that I want to go back for an adult party. The staff was wonderful with the kids and the activities were very well organized and entertaining. Soraya was always very friendly, responsive, and helpful as well. They also told of us a great pizza place that provided a discount for parties at Path Movement. I couldn't have asked for a better party or experience and for an amazing price. Definitely would highly recommend although it's a well kept secret. read more
