The coaches speak respectfully to her and she had increased her skills to level up in less than a year. Her teammates don't treat her like competition, but rather hugged her to welcome her to the team and continue to cheer her on each practice and every meet. We came to Adrenaline from a long standing gym that was so toxic to my daughter's self esteem between the immature coaches, unfriendly teammates, and an unprofessional gym owner that I cannot stress enough that not all gyms are the same. Adrenaline is a special place and I love watching my daughter flourish in such a great environment.

It started out with time for the kids to stretch and then they got some free time to play around. I didn't see my son the whole party until it was time for cake which I think is a success at the end of the last half hour was reserved for cake or maybe gifts if you choose to go that way I can't speak to what the booking process and all of that was but as a guest of the party, it was certainly a good time!

I asked for a refund and they said no- you have to unenroll before the 15th of the prior month or you are enrolled the full next month. I'm a single mom building a business and asked if they could make an exception. I haven't had income in a long time. They came back and said how nice they were to be willing to give me 50% refund. I said thanks but no. I can't afford to pay money for something we aren't using or getting. Then they responded- we refunded your 50% and her spot has been filled. I never agreed to that. Make sure you have plenty of warning time to give them your cancel!!! They made a unilateral decision and told me I can't continue through the month and I'm not getting my money back. Otherwise, they were nice when we were there but left a terrible impression on their handling of our exit. Rude and inconsiderate and inflexible.

We had ages 4 to 12 year olds, boys and girls, and every kid had an absolute blast. The two coaches that were working with the kids were fantastic. These outstanding young men were so sweet to all of the kiddos, really helping the younger ones out so they had just as much fun as the bigger kids. It was so easy to book and the set up was perfect. Tons of room for the food and gifts, plus room for the parents to hang out while the kids played. Everything just went so smoothly and unlike most birthdays I have hosted, it was really easy and I actually had time to watch the kids enjoy themselves and socialize with the other parents. I'm just so impressed by the staff I worked with, the instruction that was given to the kids, and the facilities. We really can't wait to host another party there and hoping to possibly sign up for one of the summer camps.
