It all started by receiving a friendly call from the owner Jason to schedule an evaluation and he was so honest and personable that it just felt right to bring my daughter in for a trial. The coaches speak respectfully to her and she had increased her skills to level up in less than a year. Her teammates don't treat her like competition, but rather hugged her to welcome her to the team and continue to cheer her on each practice and every meet. We came to Adrenaline from a long standing gym that was so toxic to my daughter's self esteem between the immature coaches, unfriendly teammates, and an unprofessional gym owner that I cannot stress enough that not all gyms are the same. Adrenaline is a special place and I love watching my daughter flourish in such a great environment.

She too was invited to try Ms Maria ' s class.Ms Maria ' s style was too much for her. Lizzie moved her back to her old class (upon our request )immediately. When my daughter was afraid to leave me to enter class Lizzy would pick her up and carry her around until she was comfortable. My daughter moved up quickly because she was bored in the regular class. She got tired of gymnastics, so we quit. We went back a year and a half ago, welcomed with open arms. She competed last year for the first time. She had a great time. My family has never been treated with anything but respect. The coaches care about the kids. They know their kids. This is a. fabulous program. They do a great job of challenging the kid without undo pressure. Jet has been a huge positive in my daughter's life. It's human nature to write reviews when we have had a bad experience. Remember, few (including myself) write one when we are pleased. You'll miss out if you don't give Jet a try.

I asked for a refund and they said no- you have to unenroll before the 15th of the prior month or you are enrolled the full next month. I'm a single mom building a business and asked if they could make an exception. I haven't had income in a long time. They came back and said how nice they were to be willing to give me 50% refund. I said thanks but no. I can't afford to pay money for something we aren't using or getting. Then they responded- we refunded your 50% and her spot has been filled. I never agreed to that. Make sure you have plenty of warning time to give them your cancel!!! They made a unilateral decision and told me I can't continue through the month and I'm not getting my money back. Otherwise, they were nice when we were there but left a terrible impression on their handling of our exit. Rude and inconsiderate and inflexible.

Coaches are uncommunicative and do not give constructive criticism to help dancers grow. It's all very base level for skills and there is rampant favoritism. We stuck it out for 2 years but we have moved on and sooo thankful that we did. Dance is fun again!! Also children with medical conditions (letters from doctors submitted) are treated as if they don't have loyalty to the program if they have to miss for said medical conditions that were known to all from the beginning. We had ages 4 to 12 year olds, boys and girls, and every kid had an absolute blast. The two coaches that were working with the kids were fantastic. These outstanding young men were so sweet to all of the kiddos, really helping the younger ones out so they had just as much fun as the bigger kids. It was so easy to book and the set up was perfect. Tons of room for the food and gifts, plus room for the parents to hang out while the kids played. Everything just went so smoothly and unlike most birthdays I have hosted, it was really easy and I actually had time to watch the kids enjoy themselves and socialize with the other parents. I'm just so impressed by the staff I worked with, the instruction that was given to the kids, and the facilities.
