I have been bringing my daughter here for years. The staff are all fun and pleasant and I have pretty high standards when submerging my daughter in a competitive culture. The prices are competitive, and I feel they do a lot to remain safe with the athletes. The only criticism I'd give is about the uniforms. I'm a bit on the conservative side and I'm struggling with how short the skirts and shorts are. I understand this is the norm, I just wish it wasn't. We have been coming to Peak for over 10 year now. My daughter is on the Level 5 Senior Restricted Elite cheer team this year and she is always rushing to go to the gym. She always come to every practice and even begs to go to the open gyms all week. She sees this place as her second home. The facility's are the best in Colorado and have a staff to match. They have coaches for cheer, gymnastics tumbling, and dance. And they are all willing to give every kid here there full attention and dedication no matter what discipline they are in. Even those that just come to open gym and aren't member... This place is a family that you like to see all the time... If you are looking for a gym that will treat you and your family with kindness, while giving the best training available this is the place for you. I always recommend this place to everyone I meet. The Programs at Peak are amazing! We have enjoyed so many different ones including the camps, parents night out, open gym and the rec program. They do an amazing job Working with families to find the best-suited program. All of their coaches are great! They are helpful and work well with their students. The communication is strong and frequent from the gym to its members. Peak cares! During this trying time we were really impressed with the communication and class videos. Peak kept us up to date and the Director of the rec program set up online classes for the students. Kayla is wonderful!! I often joke and tell Kayla I would adopt her if I could! Kayla hosted weekly video classes for the kids and Riley, Kendyl and other coaches often joined so that each child learned the exercise and skills as if they were at the gym. Thank you all so much for that! Peak took great care to open safely while still providing a great environment for its students - thank you Kayla and Peak! My daughter loved seeing Kendyl, Shae, and Orian this week. These coaches are motivating and amazing! Our son is LOVING Ninja class, and also loved Parent-Tot class. Seriously, its the highlight of his week. We are so happy at Peak, and so thankful for this outlet for our very active boy. This was by far the worst state meet I've ever attended. The gym is far too small of a venue, the kids are barely able to warm up properly, risking injury. The spectator area is jammed with people, there's no air circulating and I wouldn't be shocked if someone suffered from heat stroke. I don't understand why they don't reserve space at a high school, where there is appropriate space, seating, and the actual ability to view the athletes. read more

I gave it a few weeks but finally said something. I did not like how one of the preschool gymnastics coaches yanked one of the other child's arms into the correct position. I had seen this teacher get somewhat rough in the past but today crossed the line. I can now see why my daughter did not like going to her class. I don't always think the teacher spoke gently to the 3-5 year olds also. read more

This place is unorganized and I am extremely disappointed. I had booked a birthday party for my daughter based on the positive reviews and cute pictures from the website. 5 weeks before party after I have spent $50 on invitations that should go out tomorrow, I get a call asking me if I want to book the party?!?! She says there is a meet that day and they didn't get a deposit (which they never asked for) and party cannot happen that day. She kept on saying there was "confusion". There was no confusion, I had booked the party with the first woman I spoke with twice! Now to scramble to book a new place and am crunched for time. I will not give them any of my money ever! read more

I would give it zero stars if I could! It is a waste of money. The young male coach spends all his time either looking around and not helping the boys in tramp and tumble! I am a grandmother raising my 8 year old grandson and it cost too much for it to be more of an open gym and no direction! Grandson wanted to learn how to do flips on the trampoline correctly but hasn't learned anything except watching the coach jump himself. Find another fun if you want your children to learn anything! Have complained to management but didn't help! Should probably go to a rec center for less money and get more for your money. read more

Our daughter has participated at Peak for a little over a year now on one of their competitive cheer squads. We hesitated to sign her up, but are happy that we did. This is a true sport and these girls are great athletes. They all take this sport very seriously and work their butts off. The ownership and the coaches are all great. They work hard to help the girls improve and make it interesting and fun. The Peak facility is great too... Even for the parents, they have a nice lobby with windows to to the gym to watch your kids along with a TV to pass the time. There is also and observation deck if you prefer that. Overall a great experience! The down side - don't be fooled it is very expensive! Uniforms, enrollment fees, practice gear, trips to competitions, private lessons, group lessons and emergency room visits... Thank goodness nothing serious... read more

Peak Athletics is beyond amazing. Both my daughters are on dance teams through Peak and I can't say enough about this organization. Just when I thought they couldn't get any better we decided to have my youngest daughters birthday party there and again they exceeded all of our expectations. Wonderful owners, coaches and families. We just had a birthday party for our 5 year old here. It was amazing. They decorated a princess theme, ordered pizza, organized everything, had two teens who led the program and cleaned up. They even served the food, cake and wrote down the names of who gave which gifts. The kids absolutely loved the entire experience. We will definitely be back! read more

I have had both of my girls at Peak since they were 18 mo old starting in parent tot gymnastics and moving their way up. One is now in dance (6) and the other in preschool gymnastics (3). Their dance program is robust with many offerings and my daughter did the 5-6 year old performance company "Starlets". She had so much fun and learned so much, and the cost is very comparable to other studios and the instruction and experience level of the teachers is spot on. My 3 year old is still learning coordination and that is what the preschool gymnastics program is all about. They make it fun, teach many things and have a mini Peak-lympics each year for this age where the kids get to show off what they have learned and get a medal. Both of my kids have had a stellar experience, the staff is very accommodating and friendly. I would highly recommend. read more

A "mean girls" culture from the gymnastics director and other senior staff on down. Rumors, talking behind backs, attempts to blackball people, and telling us who we can and cannot be friends with in our personal lives and at other gymnastics events. Glad we got out of there. read more

Our daughter started dance at this gym two years ago- she was almost three, and she loved going. The instruction at that age was more fun, but she was taught all of the correct stances and positions etc. She is now part of the preschool gymnastics program and is having a blast. She is learning all about correct movements and stretches and all that goes into gymnastics. The point is that she is having fun and making new friends! The staff is very friendly and it's close to our house. We are happy here and would recommend it to other families. We also know quite a few families who go here and also some of the coaches and they all agree that it's a great place. read more

My daughter has been at Peak 6 years and the staff at the gym has taught her countless life lessons along with helping her achiev many athletic goals. She has also helped with the special needs team at peak that even has her considering working with under privilege kids as a career. The gym is outstanding and I highly recommend. read more

I have mixed feelings on Peak. I like their facility and the programs. They are unique and themed for fun. We have a preschooler, so I can't speak for their competitive levels. I would warn any one with an preschooler that is slightly different, meaning high energy, sensitive, or possibly behind in one area or another. Ms. Rachel is not the teacher for you. The first teacher we had was fine, she seemed patient and was able to handle the kids. The good is the class sizes are small too. Then we got the aforementioned teacher. My child has been disciplined for making mistakes, rather then being taught. I agree with ensuring the safety of all students, but mistakes are sometimes in direct correlation to teachers not being attentive. I do not believe in making preschool age children feel as if they are "bad" for making a mistake. These are preschoolers, they will do that and therefore should be watched slightly more than say kindergarten or first grade. I will update this if our experiences change, otherwise this isn't a fit for a non-cookie cutter kid. I also want to say that I honestly would never have written a negative review had the staff not treated me so poorly over my concerns. The reservation/front end has been pleasant. read more

My daughter danced on the competitive dance teams at Peak for 5 years, 8th grade through high school, and it was a blessing. The staff are not only professional but truly care about the dancers. She considers (still does) Peak as her 2nd home and her family. The coaches are some of the best in the state. All the coaches were dancers and they know what they are doing. My daughter learned life long skills for dance, but more importantly she learned what it means to work hard and have great rewards. She has developed life long friendships because Peak is more than a gym or dance studio- it is a family. She has worked at Peak as an intern, assistant coach, dance instructor for pre-k's, camp counselor. Peak provided the positive, supportive environment she needed when high school was challenging. At Peak, the dancers learn the necessary skills to dance on their high school teams and at the college level. The competitive teams are expensive, but it is relative to other sports. The owners and dance directors are very aware of the costs of dance and they try to limit them as well as keep you informed beforehand of what they will be in advance. I would highly recommend Peak to anyone who wants to dance at the next level or at the entry level. read more
