If you like a shared space gym that's packed full of fun things, then this is the place to be! I…read morefelt both completely out of my element and right at home as a traveling aerialist. The space is compact and looks like a parkour gym with a little bit of this and a little bit of that tucked away in every corner (even a fairly full-looking weights area in the front of the building outside of the parkour area). The other students looked like they were very comfortable in the space, and the other students in my (Chinese pole) class were very nice, and we played around together after our class, which was awesome! The instructor did a great job moving the class along and bringing everything up/down in difficulty depending on the individual student. I loved trying out this new apparatus in such an encouraging and judgment-free place. I'll be back next time I'm in town.

Since I was 11 years old, I've always wanted to do a backflip. Now that I'm 40, it seemed like a…read morelost dream. I bought one of these 30 day challenges online I thought would help me achieve a backflip, but it ended up teaching me the wrong stuff. Then someone recommended Apex to help me because they have drop-in classes and one-on-one coaching. Within four months, I finally got results! Here are my takeaways for success: * Come in with a goal. Pick a trick (or several). It motivates you to keep coming and helps you gauge your progress. * Do a monthly membership for at least three months. It gives you access to all their classes, which leads me to the next point.... * Take different classes. They do a LOT more than parkour, and I've yet to take a parkour class. They do aerial, handstand classes, tumbling, trampoline, tricking, and more. Taking other courses rounds out your training and helps your brain put all the pieces together. Most importantly, you get access to different coaches. I started with tricking, then tried a tumbling class with Anthony and everything came together. He's an incredible teacher who's great at demonstrating. But they all have unique teaching styles. Rob gives simple, clear instructions that work up to more complex tricks--with big results; Natatia has a great warmup and is vigilant to avoid injuries; and Bethel can spot mistakes others miss. It's important to find what works for you and every instructor is unique. * Consider private lessons. Ryan is a phenomenal coach, one of the absolute best I've ever met. I made more progress in one hour with him than months on my own. He's the perfect combination of supportive and challenging. HIGHLY recommend talking to him. * ASK QUESTIONS. Some reviews suggest people are unapproachable here. They aren't. They assume you are working on something unless you state otherwise. You'll understand why as soon as you land a trick and stimagine if everyone was interfering with your practice. Sometime you just need to do the work uninterrupted. * Finally, be gentle with yourself and your expectations. This is a lifestyle and progress moves at the pace your fingernails grow. Don't rush what's uncomfortable. It helps if you have other stuff to work on so your mind-body connection can rest. That's where learning happens.... Good luck to you and enjoy. This place will truly change your life.

I was constantly being put down when I asked them for a higher position, even though new employees were being given these higher positions. Also, during summer 2023 and 2024, new employees were either making the same amount per hour as me, or more! Even though I've been there longer, and have coached for more years than a lot of these new employees. I also have a bachelors degree in exercise science and nutrition, as well at a ACE-personal trainer certification, my qualification were well above many employees there. They even got on me about how I was coaching, but not getting on other employees who just laid around and didn't do anything during our shifts! Ive been in contact with some of the gymnasts parents of girls I used to coach, and unfortunately, many gymnast are either leaving this gym to come to my new gym, or another gym, because the gymnast feel like their not treated well. I am fortunate in that I'm a really nice coach, so a ton of parents still come to me about issues at this gym. Many of the coaches are not qualified, with the exception of a few. I have also recently heard about some racial and prejudice issues happening at this gym, or gymnasts being treated unfairly because of their age or level. I am glad I quit working here when I did.

PUBLIC WARNING -- URGENT BILLING + SAFETY CONCERNS…read more I'm posting this as a serious public warning. Based on my experience, I believe people need to be extremely cautious before giving this business their card information or trusting them with services on-site. Billing behavior that raised major red flags I pulled my bank records and found multiple charges in a single month--in some cases up to four separate charges. When I confronted them and requested a refund for the extra/duplicate charges, I was told they "don't offer refunds" and that I "should have contacted them sooner." That response is unacceptable when the issue is repeated billing. If you're currently a member/customer: check your statements line-by-line. Do not assume you're being charged correctly. Customer service was hostile when questioned When I called customer service and stated I was speaking with my bank about the charges, the representative said: "If you keep mentioning your bank, I'm going to hang up." And then they actually hung up. That is not how an honest business behaves when a customer is trying to resolve what appears to be improper billing. Safety concerns On top of the billing issues, I also have serious safety and professionalism concerns regarding staff and services. The overall experience felt careless and poorly managed--enough that I believe it could put customers at risk. What I'm doing I am formally disputing these charges through my bank and I am filing formal complaints with the county and Colorado health/safety authorities so this business can be reviewed properly. What you should do (protect yourself) Review your bank statements for duplicate/extra charges Save everything: receipts, emails, screenshots, dates/times of calls If charges keep happening, contact your bank immediately and consider a stop payment / new card Document safety issues and report them to the proper local/state channels This is not a minor inconvenience--this is a pattern that customers should be aware of. Please be careful.

My daughter was in a Kiddie Coral camp where they were taught about horses. On Friday, they didn't even go to the stables. Instead, they watched a movie! I could play a movie about horses at home for free! This camp was very expensive and this should not have been part of a disappointing agenda. My son was in a Ninja camp. I also heard from another mom that her son had a similar experience. The camp was largely unsupervised by an older retired teacher. We felt it sounded like a, "Lord of the Flies," setting. The older and bigger kids bullied my son so badly that he hid under a carpet for much of the second day. I immediately began the process of removing him from the camp. The camp director said to me, does your son want us to try to help him integrate better so he can return to this setting? She said they could have him work with the coach more closely. I was/am outraged that they tried to blame the victim of bullying for the actions of others. As far as I know, the kids, nor instructor were not spoken to about their bad behavior. Although I was refunded eventually, I am very uncomfortable and disappointed by how this was handled. I would never recommend the camps to anyone.
