I don't generally recommend this place. I've been to SEVERAL different paint and sip businesses…read moreduring my travels and non have had worse customer service than this place. I understood their cancellation policy fairly well, but what they don't tell you is that it only works for the specific location that you originally booked through and that it's not transferable to anywhere else. It also is only applicable on reservations and cannot be used for merchandise or drinks. I had friends cancel on me at the last minute (about 48 hrs beforehand) and did my best to use the rest of the credits in a timely manner, but being only a temporary resident my options were limited. They mention that it can be transferred to another person (newsflash I was later told it can't) and that they never expire (interesting considering their policy states it's only good for one year - apparently I read the policy better than the jerk on the phone). I understand it's a business and they have to make money, but at some point there's a balance between consumer and business and these guys definitely haven't found it. It's disappointing because the couple of classes I was able to attend were great, but their self-serving policy with little to no wiggle room and their poor customer service have made it so that I'm highly unlikely to ever attend any of their locations ever in the future.

The class was a blast and then we got to shop some of the works created by Amy and the other folks who spend their days building beautiful pottery. If you want to let your inner artist out, this is a great place to do it.
