Today brought my granddaughter for her 1st trip. Haven't been in many years. First the 2 young men working the cash registers were absolutely zero personality. It was like talking to two walls. Obvious they hate their job, and what they are doing. This is the place to put people with warm welcoming personalities. They were zero help, I was having problems with the app, they stayed they knew nothing about it. I asked if someone did, they didn't know. Purchased some food (#2 combo) a single topping pizza, 2 drinks and some cheese bread. Added a one trip salad bar for nearly $12. Because there were 3 of us, had to add another drink, and 45 minutes of play time. This total was $85. The two walls didn't explain the play card, it's unlimited for a certain amount of time. Didn't realize (wasn't explained) that we could stop play to eat. So 30 minutes of the 45 minutes was essentially wasted. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT! Added another $20 to her card so she could play. I feel ripped off!!!! Buyer beware!!! The $12 salad bar was honestly not worth $10. Moldy mushy spinach and cheese covered in some kind of white powder (I think moldy).Lettuce wet and soggy instead of crisp. Not impressed! They have employees walking around with some sort of spray and a towel. I guess they are supposed to clean tables. Never saw them clean anything, just walk around goofing off. Never saw a manager, who is supposed to make sure these people are actually working? Someone needs to, because they don't. We even cleaned off our own table, threw away our trash and had to ask for a box to take hope the leftover pizza, not a single offer to help. Chukee cheese is so much fun! Its affordable and the kids have a blast when we come! They love it here. The staff was amazing to our autistic child who was having sensory overload here and they gave him a free chukee doll. The food was good and our night out was awesome. read more

Service was outstanding, the gentleman at the front didn't have any purple cups and my grandson called him out because his sister wanted one and the gentleman showed him they was stuck together as a display, we got combo one and he explained the discount for a 60 minute card and explained how to pause it when the food came out . I'm surprised by the low reviews here. This is by far the best Chuck E Cheese I have been to ever. I have been to Englewood & Highlands Ranch and this is most definitely the BEST. It's big and spacious and has more fun games. The staff is great and constantly cleaning & sanitizing. The bathrooms are super clean which I have never seen at Chuck E Cheese. Also the adult beverage selection is the best here as well! Highlight recommend for a cold day or a bday party! read more

Still the worst Chuck E. Cheese we have ever been to. One year later, 12 out of the 16 machines we played are still out of service. Unbelievable that Corporate has not addressed this yet. There is no hope for this location. On top of majority of the games being out of service, they were out of all cups, so they gave us SOLO cups, and they were out of traditional wings, AGAIN. Held my daughters first birthday party here ... came in and it took Emily (our hostess) FORTY minutes to get our kids play bands activated, her balloons were not prepared and they did not serve us our ice cream included in the package, on top of all this I had to keep reminding them not to forget essential things; such as cups, napkins, and plates... This was during when I was in employee. They have always been complaints From employees about management I have had four people who work there have mental breakdowns and me going up to them talking to them and calming down the situation before they leave so they don't go home angry. I used to work 4 to closing and it was the worst, The management would put you on days you ask specifically to have off they did not care for the time I was really at school every time they call me to take an extra shift they have me working more than five hours a day even though I was under age with little to no breaks and they also cut the time on your pay stamps to make it seem that you only worked 5 hours. They under pay the ones doing the most work, lied about work benefits saying "Get free food from 15 and under" but We had to pay for 8.99 individual pizza and a soda! The party managers would do nothing while they were supposed to help you clean! (Party managers:Cylas Schlee, Johnathan Ellinger,) They would push all the work on you and just criticize you while doing it! The only good party of working there was the party and dancing and singing with the families! She also allowed a 16 girl yelled at the top of her lungs and cusses in front of KIDS! My family and I went on a Saturday, so we knew that it was going to be busy. When we ordered, the cashier was really nice but forgot to give our salad plates, pizza plates and cups. We waited a while for our food, the salad bar wasn't even refilled. we had to wait for someone who could give us plates and all the workers ignored us so we ended up not getting any plates, but luckily we got our cups. The game area is dirty, food and drinks all over the floor, chuck e didn't really interact with any of the kids except when they did the dance with chuck e. Very disappointed. We're a fan of Chuck E. Cheese and my kids loves chuck e but this night was very disappointing. We visited a lot of Chuck E. Cheese from Hawaii to here, so all over the place. This place is by far the worst Chuck E. The customer service here is awful! I went in on a weeknight and counted maybe 5 families there at the same time we were, so not busy at all. No employees were visible when we entered and we waited about 5 minutes for someone to come up from the back to let us in. We opted to order using the QR codes on every table since we again couldn't find an employee to order. We ordered 2 pizzas, each took over and hour and we were told when asking it's "because they don't get online orders right away" with a huge attitude. We had to track someone down everytime we needed something from the back or we had to "interrupt" an employee sitting with his family as there was no one up front for the duration of our visit. Once our kiddos were ready to pick prizes from our tickets two employees were sitting at a table putting together some cups directly across from the prize counter and had watched us wait for about 5 minutes. I politely asked if one of them could help us to which I got the dirtiest look and the biggest sigh as a response. One of the boys just picked up his phone and began texting someone to come help us. During covid they are having people still come in but doing things for covid protocol . It's clean compared to other Chuck E. Cheese. I'm from California and I was pleasantly surprise! There was a guy there I think his name was ISAIAH he was VERY CONSISTENT With customer service , he could be a mile away (I'm exaggerating ) but far and give me the thumbs up to make sure everything's good. He's on top of everything . Whoever hired him should pat themselves on the back. I gave him tip I wanted to specifically give it to him , gave him 40 bucks . I'm very big on customer service and he nailed it like crazy . Even though he was doing so many things and having to focus on many things he made sure that he doesn't forget us and ALWAYS followed up on us! Pizza is always good! Best Chuck E. Cheese in Colorado!!! I've been to several ones in Colorado and this one is the best. The staff is amazing, they always seem to have enough staff. The other ones I've been to are always short staffed and the workers are rude. The arcades always work and the ticket munchers are rarely out of order. The arcades are newer than the other Chuck e cheese. They also have an interactIve dance floor for the kids at no charge. If u want to go to a snooty one where everyone is rude, try the Lone Tree Chuck E. Cheese. Or if you want a small one with outdated games, try the Superior one. But If you want to go to one where everyone is friendly and helpful, this one is the one for you. read more

Just had my daughters 7th birthday party here and it was the BEST, no clean up, free help anytime I needed, set up was already ready, all I did was bring the cake the kids and the presents!! After being so afraid that things were going to go so wrong because of some of the reviews on here, I can honestly say not one thing went wrong!!! We all had a good time and I can't believe it was actually a perfect party!!! It seems they are super understaffed so everything is taking longer. They aren't doing a great job checking stamps before leaving either. The worst part is seeing this enormous group of kiddos eagerly awaiting the arrival of Chuck E, because their video announces his impending visit, only to all just stand around sadly looking for the giant mouse who is definitely not going to show up. So I do some push ups, and sit-ups in preparation because I promised the kiddies we could go and I had some coupon for 2 pizza 4 drinks and 2 million tokens! So I show up and ask for Tyler Durden of course the girls at the front says she doesn't know, OK i say "I understand" and wink, she shoots me a like ok weirdo! I imagine she has a black eye and fat lip for good measure. We place our order and get our wheelbarrow of tokens, of course the kiddies fill up with carbonated sugar and then run off to play what ever beat down game that Chuck E still has. I strategically pick a corner table so I can have the lay of the land, and you know what its just a bunch of kids going ape shit for games and the play land! What a gyp man MSN, Yahoo and CNN all had stories about Chuck E Cheese being a wild west fight club and I came here and all that happened is my kids had fun, we ate some marginal pizza while drinking a gallon of soda. We will be back, but for my money Chuck E Cheese was way better back in the day with animatronic characters and the shows they used to put on. Food, eh, fun-ok, yea. I got to give them thumbs up for the ladder/tunnel area in the back. No tokens required and physical activity like no other. I think my 4 year old had the most fun there. The games are pretty fun too, with a handful of machines in there that give you a pretty decent chance of winning 20+ tickets on them. There's a pretty gnarly racing game that people have the habit of setting their tokens on top of this sloped ledge while playing. With a little audacity (and a plastic fork or knife), you're bound to dig up about 5 bucks worth of tokens from behind that thing. read more

If I could give this place is zero I would a one is an overstatement took my grandkids there over the weekend spent $100 on a pizza wings for drinks and a 60 minute card for them to play on we got an additional 30 minutes for buying it an hour and a half later we still have no food to screaming two year olds and the manager had the audacity to say what were we targeting you and just not feeding you are you kidding me then proceeds to tell me we're a little backed up I asked him well explain to me why all the tables that sat after us have eaten and left he then says what do you want for me I've been here three days and have nothing but a mess since I got here I said refund my money he took me to the register and proceeded to supposedly refund my money for our pizza and meal and then he decides I'm just gonna refund the whole thing and then just re-charge you for your play card I said OK great today I look at my bank statement and I've been charged almost $140 for an hour and a half of playtime and half the rides and games that were there we're not even working the kids that work in the back were running around jumping inside of the basketball machine to grab the basketballs and screwing around the entire time we were there only saw them clean up one time no wonder we didn't get our meal they were too busy screwing off with zero guidance from the manager this place is a shit hole it's dirty it's broken and outdated not worth your money save it read more

Went there today and they were open but couldn't access their drawers to sell things. The manner was super nice and apologetic. He gave our family tokens for no charge 4xals and didn't charge me for the cotton candy I tried to buy. This place is absolutely terrible. A lot of the games are broken...take the points off of your play card but don't do anything or do not give you tickets. There isn't a game here that will give many tickets...the most we won (by sheer luck) was 18 tickets. We got an average of 4 tickets pet game. For the amount of money you spend on a play pass, you're better going to the dollar store to buy 20 toys than to only get 1 toy that is worth a quarter. I know it's more about the fun, but my 4 year old daughter didn't have as much fun here as she did at Dave and Buster's that is geared more towards bigger kids. She also was able to get a lot more tickets on all the games than at this place. I hardly ever give bad ratings for places but in this case, I absolutely wish I could give 0 stars. However....the ONLY good thing was the girl that was working there was really friendly. read more

Anytime we come here my son has a blast. Prices are decent and they always accepts coupons tied to their store. Some of the games don't work but honestly your kid wont even notice because everything else is loud, flashy and operational. The staff are friendly and ready to help. Yes there's beer but your with your kids.... I give 5 stars because there is not alot of places you can take your child in Colorado in the winter time that can keep them occupied, fed, and entertained that wont cost an arm and a leg!
