You can just go down the street to a massive buffet that even has sushi on it for only $1 more for lunch. They are just not competitive with price, size of offerings, quality, or anything else. I loved the old Cicis because even though the food was lower quality, at least it was cheap. Now it's low quality and expensive. There are so many better options near by that you can skip this place. I haven't been to a CiCi's Pizza in years, all of the locations in my area closed down 7-8 years ago. My entire family was craving a Mac n Cheese pizza so me made a quick stop here. The $5.99 buffet days are over but the pizza at this location was coming out hot and fresh. Some of my favorite's were the deep dish pepperoni, the garlic cheesy bread and of course the cinnamon rolls. The whole family was happy that we stopped and no one left hungry. My son kept seeing commercials for Cicis and requested it for his birthday dinner. I think he was more interested in the arcade games on the commercial rather than the food but effective advertising nonetheless. The closest location (this one in Aurora) is about 30 minutes away and I'll admit I wasn't looking forward to a buffet, but since it was his birthday we gave it a shot. First of all, I was pleasantly surprised at the price. All six of us ate for under $60. We can barely do McDonalds or other fast food for that much nowadays. The restaurant was clean and inviting, plenty of seating. The food serving area was clean and organized. The salad bar items were fresh and good. The pizza isn't gourmet and that wasn't the expectation, but it was tasty, fresh, hot, and there was a good variety. I also enjoyed the pumpkin cinnamon rolls they had for dessert. Overall, my expectation were surpassed on the food. All the employees were friendly and helpful. The arcade games were a big hit with my kids after dinner. Most of the games give tickets and they have a spot to give out prizes like a mini Chuck-E-Cheese or similar spot. I don't know what brought up the conversation of Cicis Pizza, but my family and I were craving their macaroni pizza. We haven't been here in years, so we made our way as fast as we could. When we first walked in we had to fill out a covid form basically stating that none of us had any symptoms of covid. Once we did that and made our way to the counter the hostess took our temperatures. We were then cleared and good to go! I can definitely say that I felt very safe and that protocols were in place. The food was plated by the staff and I felt that they did a pretty good job of adhering to what I wanted. The salad was the perfect amount and although the pizza selection was pretty scarce, you could ask one of the staff to make you what you wanted and it would be ready fairly quickly. I used to take my kids when they were young to a Cicis in Johnson City TN, so i thought I'd give this one a try. The price despite the rising costs was very reasonable $8-9 bucks for the buffet. For the price the salad bar surprisingly had a wide variety of both fresh salad items and dressings. The facility was clean and employees unsolicited by management, were constantly cleaning up and sweeping. Pizza was strictly managed which I get as it was slower (eventually picked up) . But no complaints here either, while eating my salad the fresh pizza steadily made its way to the buffet. And the quality was much better than what I remembered in TN. Wow! What a thrilling experience at CiCis this Tuesday. My friends and I enjoyed some mac n cheese pizza and some sweet nostalgia. The pizza and salad bar were amazing. The staff did a great job keeping the buffet stocked and clean. We played a few games on the arcade and when we went to recharge our card the machine broke. A team member was so kind and helped us right away. Then when we were ready to cash in our tickets the same guy helped us again. He was AMAZING and so much fun. But an adult buffet is $8 and you can usually find a coupon to pay even less (my partner and I ate for $4 each tonight!). While the majority of the pizzas are fair to middling, when you find one you like you can request it and they'll make it for you fresh! The buffet lane is small, a basic salad bar, around 9 kinds of pizza, breadsticks, one kind of pasta with two kind of sauces, and 4 kinds of dessert. They keep the buffet clean and full. It's was plenty of clean tables. The only reason I took one star is because the cashier was not in the main counter and we have to wait until someone from the buffet line noticed us. You don't come here for amazing food, you do come here for an absolutely amazing value with good food. I really can't say enough about an under 7 dollar buffet per person restaurant. They have a salad ball with all the basics, a noodle-soup bar with marinara or Alfredo, and a pizza bar with about 10 pizzas that are constantly being refreshed and remade. And if you don't see what you like? They will make you whatever you want, no charge, even if you want just 1 slice. The place was very very busy on Friday night, but I was very impressed at how adamant the employees were to clean off tables as they arose and to keep the food full. My personal favorite, mac n cheese pizza, is one of a kind. The cheese is actually really good! They also serve desserts, and have a kid play area with some arcade style games. I have not been to a Cici's in 10 years and, although I am glad I brought my kid here, it will probably be another 10 years. Right when I walked in, I said 1 adult and 1 kid and paid. I thought the price was high, but I paid since the place is basically foreign to me. I looked at the receipt and she automatically charged me for 2 sodas. I did not order soda, nor were we going to drink any soda. I understand maybe people steal, but to automatically charge still seems criminal to me. My kid liked the pasta and the games. The pizza is never ending and the pasta, although it doesn't look like much, it's delicious (add some parm and maybe even some fresh veggies from the salad bar)! Being a parent to a child who plays sports means I attend many a pizza award ceremonies at low cost pizza joints or Chucky Cheese. I have been to this place twice now and yup.. it still sucks. My son's football team went on a Thursday night at 7pm.. It took upwards of 25 minutes just to get thru the line to the register to pay for the buffet. They were not that busy but the inattentive manager (or someone in charge) kept leaving the sole cashier who seemed to be new (and like a deer in headlights) alone to manage the line. The kids love this place because there is such a variety of pizzas and a mini arcade in the back. The food is edible.. but that's where it ends. The dining room was dirty, food on tables, dirty dishes starting to pile up. I would love to swear off this place forever, but I know I'll probably be back with another ports team. I've seen their commercials a lot and I had their Mac and cheese pizza once at the Taste of Colorado event. So this is my first time eating inside a Coco's. This is the cheapest pizza buffet I've been to and it's a pretty good deal $6.39 for the adult buffet + $1.99 for a medium drink. There was an option to get 5 wings for 2 bucks more. There's plenty of pizza options though so I don't really see a need for that unless you really realllllllyyyyy can't live without wings. Included in the buffet is a salad bar, soup, pasta, pizza and desserts. The salad bar is nothing to write home about, there could definitely be some improvement, like cottage cheese at least. There's a basic cabbage and lettuce mix, a pasta salad, you'll soon see a theme with the pasta they use at the buffet (hint: it's the only pasta they use), and the rest of the salad bar is just veggie toppings like grape tomatoes, both regular cucumbers and pickles, beets which I haven't seen at a salad bar before and a few others. The salad dressing comes out of thick squeeze bottles instead of a bucket you ladle from. I very much prefer the ladle method as it's much easier to get the right amount to cover everything. There's also oil and vinegar and bacon bits bottles. Their soup was a cavatappi chicken soup containing two things they like to reuse, cavatappi, a spiraly macaroni with ridges,and tiny chicken cubes which will reappear on any of their chicken dishes such as Buffalo chicken pizza. Soup was alright, nothing spectacular. Just broth macaroni and chicken cubes. Their pasta offering is just the same macaroni from before except soupless. The sauces they had were Alfredo and marinara, it wasn't bad actually. It could've actually been good if you had separate pasta choices to choose from but the sauces were hot and flavorful. Now onto the pizza section, the bulk of the pizza buffet. There are quite a lot of options to choose from and many types of cheesebreads too. The stuffed crust cheesebreads are basically just pizzas without sauce and they're pretty good. I'd say bacon and cheese was the best and to not bother with any of the plain cheesebreads. There's all varieties of crusts, thin, regular,stuffed, deep dish. Although it's called deep dish it isn't deep at all, basically you're just getting microwave French bread thickness pizza without any extra layers of sauce or toppings. The crust is just as thick as the middle of the pizza. That macaroni reappears as the Mac and cheese pizza and that soup chicken shows up on the Buffalo chicken pizza. It's not the most amazing pizza but for the price it's still acceptable and qualified to be considered pizza. For desserts they had cinnamon rolls, apple/Bavarian pie pizzas and fudge brownies. The cinnamon rolls were fluffy and gooey, the Apple pie was sweet and sticky. Those were good but the brownies were dry and stale and not fudgy at all. You have to clean and replace your own plates here but there's plenty of plates and the used plates bin gets cleared regularly. The bathrooms aren't great, the first sink looked like someone bled all over it, luckily there were two sinks. There's also a game room filled with crane machines and one arcade Batman driving game. read more

We went to this location for the first (and last) time for dinner during a really busy hour on a weekend. The restaurant was very busy and the line to the cash register was almost out the door. They had a sign on the counter regarding a 49 cent fee for debit cards. The pizza buffet had various dried out pizzas put together with other dried out pizzas. They would take a fresh pizza out of the oven and put it below the counter. So when the new pizza made it to the top of the counter, it wasn't hot. The salad bar only had 5 toppings and 4 dressings. Luckily when I went to the salad bar, they had put out new iceberg lettuce. The pasta and pasta sauces were dried out and looked they had been sitting there all day. They had Alfredo and Marinara. The sauces were not hot. We could have special ordered some pizza slices, but they did not offer to make us any pizza like the Westminster location where the staff was friendly. Now I feel bad for giving the Westminster location only 2 stars. I guess the only way to go is to special order pizza. We like Cici's Pizza, but we won't be back to this location. read more

I am from Utah, but I am currently in Colorado for work. We don't have Cici's pizza in Utah but I see commercials for them all the time. So I like the commercials and have been very excited to try them out. I was completely underwhelmed. The Buffett was not as large as I had anticipated, and the options were lacking. They say they are a pizza, pasta, salad and desert buffet. They had about ten kinds of pizza available at one time, while I was there. I think that's sufficient. When it comes to the pasta however. There was one pasta and two sauces. Very disappointed. The salad bar was also disappointing. About ten topping options that were wilted and unappetizing. Their ranch dressing came out of a bottle! Seriously!?!? How hard is it to make ranch? 3 desert options... really?!? There have these garlic rolls that look kinda like cinnamon rolls which are delicious. Every pizza I tried was yummy. The desert pizza I tried was gross. I think it had banana pudding on it. The pizza selections were constantly changing. When one would run out it would be replaced by a new flavor. If they don't have the flavor you want, they'll make it and bring it to you. Even if you want only one slice. I paid less than nine bucks for lunch including a drink. The cashier was kind, but you could tell she didn't want to be there. That was how I felt about all the staff actually. The service was adequate, but it would have been great if they had only tried. Although the food was mostly great. I was very disappointed with the experience. Maybe if the commercials hadn't looked so Damn good. I may return for the food at some point. Either there is no manager around, just a poor cashier and cook to do everything, or there are 8 associates just standing there talking about anything and everything they can. BRING BACK THE ALFREDO SAUCE, I hate the marinara sauce they currently use on the pasta. It was so much nicer/fresher to have plain pasta and you put as much or little sauce as you want.
