I tried to like this place but it's just not good. Primarily their meats are tough and lots of times overcooked. The "salad" bar was lacking in varied selections and the cheese breads seemed old and hard. It's a fairly clean place which is great but the food fell short of my expectations I have from other charrascurria restaurants. Our server Christian was very kind and attentive to most of our needs and that was nice. The room decor was a bit cheaply done and made me feel like it was a school lunch room. They had a large selection of oils but no vinegars and the food just didn't go over the best in my opinion. I'll not recommend this place, sadly.

I've dined in with a great experience for price, quality and service. However my last 3 times taking out a variety of items puts the at 5 stars. Steak Parmegiana, Carne de Panela, Pork& beef medallions, pork loin, beef, chicken and rice croquettes. Always come with tasty rice and a variety of yucca. fries, mashed potatoes, cheese bread balls and macaroni salad. All amazing flavors. Inviting and comfortable dining room.

Food is very tasty. My first time having Steak À Parmigiana & it was delicious even though I've never had sauce on steak before. Server was very friendly when I picked up my takeout order. Seems like a quant place.

First time trying Brazilian food and wanted to try a local restaurant! The staff here were wonderful. So accommodating and ready to answer any question and offer their opinions. I tried the classic traditional caipirinha which was great! The server brought over a taste of the coconut flavor as well for me to taste as he said it was his personal favorite. My hubby ordered the beer. We both ordered the combo 3 for dinner. Comes with two chicken wrapped bacon, 2 pork ribs and 2 steaks so the two sides as well as rice n beans(they ask if you'd like beans). We did salad and fries for sides. My chicken had good flavor but was very dry. Same with the pork ribs. The streaks had great flavor and was juicy but chewy. Fries and salads were good and hubby got the beans with his rice and said that was good (no beans for me). Also got the chocolate mousse for dessert which was yummy. The atmosphere and staff really made it a great dinner but the dryness of both the ribs and chicken is what took the rating down for me. I'd love to give it another try though!

It's not often that you see a Brazilian restaurant in Colorado. And this place does it right! The menu is different if you go on a weekday rather than a weekend. On weekends, they have an all you can eat Brazilian tableside service for 33.99. On weekdays, it's more like casual dining with a curated menu. Coconut Lemonade. Have you ever heard of such a thing because I haven't. For 7.95, we were given a large pitcher of this heavenly beverage and couldn't get enough of it. I would come back just for this alone. Combo 1. Wow, there was so much food and everything had such a great flavor. The salad was particularly my favorite! Not only was the food phenomenal, but the service was awesome. The waitress was kind and gave great suggestions. Looking forward to my next visit!

Today was probably the last of my four trips to Aroma do Brazil since 2017, all for takeout. Because the food is tasty and prices are reasonable, this spot should be a regular for us. It hasn't been and I was reminded why upon ordering and then when we arrived home to eat. There are trends here for me besides good food. Four visits, four times they're out of mashed potatoes. Weekday lunches all until today. Four different reasons. Take them off the menu, please, or let us know when you have some. Idaho and the San Luis Valley are good places to look. This was not worth mentioning before because I gave the benefit of the doubt. Today, I was given the wrong order. It was the one stuffed at the bottom of the bag, so we trusted it was correct like our other combo on top. Nope. Instead of a Combo #3, I got a plate with no meat, no beans--just some random sides I did not order. Not worth driving back to Aurora. I'm so disappointed. I was really looking forward to sitting for the weekend all-you-can-eat Gaucho service, but they just can't seem to get the little things right. Não, obrigado. This is not a one-star restaurant but our experiences have left us dissatisfied. Two stars for longitudinal letdowns but otherwise solid food.

This place is a gem! The owner is so sweet and did a great job serving us as well as explaining the menu. The service was superb! The food is phenomenal! We were here for the lunch and everything was delicious. The ambiance is relaxing and well done. I am very impressed with the overall experience of this restaurant

The food tastes better than the lighting captured it. Not featured are their fried yucca which was to die for!! The peppers are such a yummy & spicy addition to the meal & the dessert was a fun experience, however the passion fruit option does not compliment the rest of the dish. My combo number 1 was the perfect serving size while getting to sample multiple things. The normal salad was yummy, while I wasn't a fan of the quinoa salad. Service was great. Also not featured were their yummy lemonades. Although these were more sweet like a dessert drink, definitely a must have!

For a return experience we had a most incredible Brazilian meal at Aroma this evening. It carried us back to our travels to that beautiful country 17 years ago. Starting with amazing service, we had combos that three of us shared. Incredible meats, salads, yucca fries with sauce that sparkled -- mayo mix with their chimichurri sauce. The chimichurri also sparkles on its own as well! The lemonade is out of this world. Gotta get some! We finished with a delicious pineapple fried with cinnamon sugar, topped with ice cream. It was great to travel by memory with Aroma's wondrous food. We'll be back!

Coconut caipirinha and red wine batida

Okay, Aroma do Brazil is my favorite price to value restaurant in the entire Denver/Aurora area that I've tried so far. We arrived in on a Friday night and only had to wait 10 minutes for a table so not bad at all. Our server was such a friendly face he was a joy to have. We started off with the coconut Caipirinha and the red wine Batida. My partner enjoyed the batida but wow let me tell you that coconut caipirinha was the tastiest drink I've ever had. I could chug that by the gallons. Next time i will definitely order a pitcher to myself! We finished those drinks pretty quickly (oh did i mention they are $6.50?! Wtf when are you ever going to find that price in denver??) our next round was the strawberry caipirinha and strawberry batida. We both definitely preferred our first round cocktails but these were good too. For the food, we went all out and for appetizers got the croquettes (half chicken half beef) and cheesy bread. Note , it took 20 minutes to come out which we he warned us about beforehand. Not sure if that's normal or they had a batch in the oven. Either way, they came out piping hot and fresh. For entrees we both got the combo 3. We're both pretty big eaters and still had a ton to take home. Pro tip, ask for a side of Chimichurri sauce and your meat will be elevated to the next level. The yucca fries were also incredible and noteworthy to mention. We also took Flan home to go because we were stuffed but wanted a treat. Overall, for all the food mentioned above, our total was ~$110 including tip which is unreal for 4 cocktails, 2 apps, 2 entrees, and dessert. Note, tip is included. We will be back, it's only a matter of when. Also, I'm pretty picky with my 5 stars and this place got it happily.

The atmosphere is definitely upscale and makes for a great spot when you're looking for a special night out. Service was attentive throughout the meal, and the drinks were well done. I went with an espresso martini, which was excellent. We started with the pork belly appetizer, which was just okay, but the rest of the meal was much stronger. Things quickly turned around with the lobster bisque and Chilean sea bass. Both were excellent and were easily the highlights of the meal for me. The sides are served à la carte and meant for sharing, which worked well for our group. This is certainly not a cheap meal, but the quality, service, and atmosphere help justify the price. As a bonus, they also offer a kids menu, which was nice for families. Our kids were perfectly happy with the chicken tenders. I dined here recently for a bougie meal with a few work colleagues. It's an upscale restaurant, an homage to the steakhouses of yesteryear, yet modern and refined. For a Monday night the place was popping! Being with other colleagues, I was comfortable having a few others make the decisions. We landed on oysters as an appetizer and these were great. Being landlocked we always get the eye roll when they say the oysters are fresh...to their credit, they brought us a nice selection of East Coast and West Coast oysters that I found to be quite tasty! One of the best parts of dining at Old Hickory is their bread and butter. Like woah, it shouldn't be this good! Soft rolls and decadent butter, it's tough to beat a tried and true combination like this. Sides are a la carte like most steakhouses, maybe one day they'll change this! We ordered a few for the table. These were lacking in my humble opinion, the potatoes and brussels were just okay. They do provide a nice sized portion, and a single side can feed 2-3 people. Back to the good, a colleague and I shared the 24 oz. Bone In Ribeye. Now we're talking!!! This was cooked to a lovely medium rare, and loaded with flavor. Ribeyes are obviously one of the superior cuts of meat for a reason, this was buttery, rich, and damn delicious. I was stuffed, but we tried two desserts. I only had a bite of each, and these were presented beautifully and both great. I have to give a shoutout to our server, who took great care of us, made wine recommendations, and seemed genuinely happy to be taking care of us. Prices are very high, but the service exceeds expectations. If you're looking to ball out, Old Hickory delivers!

We happened across this listing for a restaurant -it's located in the Hyatt regency- but it's an open space with lots of windows and pretty views. Since we were early on a Sunday the restaurant was staffed however there were not many patrons until we were about 45 minutes into our dinner. I had the starter salad with baby gem lettuce and mango, the presentation was very beautiful, and tasted so fresh and lovely. Then I had the trout featured entree also so pretty with asparagus and potatoes and wonderfully served. It was so tasty that I did say I would choose this if available on a regular menu too. For dessert we choose a banana dessert that were fried inside a crispy wrapper served with and iced cream again so pretty and delicious. My husband enjoyed the 5280 burger entree with fries, he stated that it was perfectly done to his specified request. He enjoyed it tremendously. Cons for this paragraph is the wait for the food is ridiculous. Why 45 min at least for any dishes. If you're ordering multiple. They're not coming out all at once. The appetizer orecchiette we got was tasty in regard to the texture. Nicely al dente. But it was extremely salted and extremely sour. Unsure of what flavor profile they want to have. Our server recommended the roasted chicken to be the most seasoned dish. I'm not sure whatever they marinated actually puncture the meat. It was cook well but virtually no flavor. Not any difference if you just boil chicken breast by itself. Everything was really pricey for no reason. Sure it was a good size? But if you compare it to restaurants located in downtown, a similar dish is at least 8-10$ cheaper. $14 for a basket of shoes string fries, $41 for roasted chicken and $43 for steak? On par with coors field at least. My assumption is that any new coming restaurants at the Stanley market is just a test run with a safety net to see if the restaurant actually performs well if it was a stand alone business.
