Buffet

Clean, simple interior with beautiful healthy plants. Small buffet table and regular menu available for special dishes. We tried menu order including (both chicjen and veggie) stuffed buns, chicken Shawarma plate, lamb and rice plate. Veggie stuffed buns was delicious. Most protein seemed overcooked and was very dry and chewy with not enough seasonings for our taste. Service was very slow and we had to remind our server what we requested multiple times.

New restaurant and buffet near D.U. serving Mediterranean food. You can order off the menu or choose the all-you-can-eat buffet. The lunch buffet is $24.99 & dinner is $ 26.99; I saw an article in the Denver Post this past Wednesday. This place was mentioned as a new buffet that is woman-owned. I met the owner, Sara Hamid. I decided to get the buffet. It had many standard middle eastern food items and a few unusual items. I got their freshly blended Guava juice for $ 4.99; I could hear the blender. I started with 3 patties of Falafel, basmati rice, Lamb Kafta, Fattoush salad & Tzatziki salad. Very good. Next I got some lamb meatballs in a tomato sauce, baba ganoush, pita bread with spices, cabbage rolls, bashmel pasta and lentil soup. I got a 2nd juice, the Mango for $5.99;. Just as colorful and tasty as the Guava. For dessert, I had 2 pieces of baklava dripping with honey and small square of Basbousa, a Coconut semolina cake soaked in simple syrup. The food was warm and fresh. The dining area was clean and well lit with lots of windows. While, there I saw some students and a family with 3 children. There is a handicap ramp. They take all major credit cards and accepted my debit card. I also saw a $5 off coupon for Doordash. They are 100% Halal.

If you're looking for a buffet that's clean, relaxed, and has amazing food that tastes homemade in the best possible way, then look no further. When I say this place has food that tastes SO fresh and delicious I absolutely mean it! Everything was so good and had me going back for seconds and thirds. The people there are also super nice and even gave us kabobs that were fresh and not on the buffet line yet. The dishes they have available for buffet are limited, but ultimately it's quality over quantity. Plus everything is halal! Honestly the food was so good I forgot to take pictures of my dish

The Mediterranean open buffet is a delightful place with lush green plants make the space incredible and delicious food and drinks. The Guva and Mango is the best juices you don't want to missed it. It's a special spot perfect for dining in or taking out. The staff is incredibly nice and welcoming, making it a great family destination. The venue also offers ample space for meetings, accommodating up to 90 people at once.

Healthy food, tasty, clean place , nice enjoyable music, $24 before 4 and after 4 $26 per person. They have great service and access to wheelchair . Restrooms are clean. Good to bring family, friends and maybe your date if you feel comfortable to eat a lot in-front of them lol I will come back for sure.

A great little buffet here. Tasty dishes. Not crowded on a week day. Simple layout. But had a good variety of Mediterranean dishes.

They have a Mongolian BBQ, sushi (that is not half bad), an assortment of Chinese food, and other random things like pizza and cake. The vibe to me reminded me of Las Vegas. Not sure if this a good thing or a bad thing, but when leaving I could totally imagine stepping out onto the strip. Not sure how else to label the vibe, this is the best I can do. Anyway, I will need to go back and I will be prepared next time. Tons of great seafood, but also tons of great non-seafood options. The server was attentive and kept our drinks full and empty plates cleared. The price was not bad. Under $60 for two of us. I want to call this place a gem. I had no idea what I had been driving by all of these years. I will be back, and I will likely be a regular.

King Buffet is my favorite Chinese buffet in Colorado. Where else can you get all you can eat…read moresushi, chinese dishes and Mongolian BBQ you can eat for around $20, or even less at lunch time. It gets very busy, so the food is always fresh. One Sunday night there were about 50 people waiting in line. Its a big place so the line moved fast, and my wait was only about 20 minutes. No reservations taken. The Hot and Sour soup is so good! I've had Hot and Sour soup at other Chinese restaurants which was just soup with very little in it. At King Buffet its like stew, with lots of vegetables, meat etc, and so tasty! The Chinese food is decent. I've had better in San Francisco including dishes you can't get in Colorado (such as Tomato Beef Chowmein, and Hamyu, a salty fish dish). But for Colorado, its good Chinese food. You get eel sushi at dinner time. And there is Mongolia BBQ, where you load your plate with fresh veggies and meat, and sauces. Then give it to the cook behind the counter who will cook it on the huge round hot plate right in front of you. As fresh as it gets! King Buffet has opened in Aurora, and soon coming to Westminster. Go enjoy!

We chose to sit in the bar area, and we weren't disappointed. I enjoyed everything. The broth was delicious, and my husband and I loved the selection of dumplings, noodles, and all the different items you can add to your broth. The meat was great too--thinly sliced and ready to cook in no time. I also learned something new! I had no idea there was a little train that brings your sushi roll to the table. I didn't know how to send it back either until someone kindly showed us. And I definitely wasn't expecting the train to talk to us when the roll arrived--such a funny surprise! The sushi selection was very good as well. There are lots of options on the conveyor belt and several rolls to choose from. Honestly, it's hard to prioritize when everything looks so tasty. It really is an experience. Since the only option is AYCE, don't expect to come in for just a few small bites. Will I go back? Absolutely. It's definitely an experience I'd love to repeat.

They also have a self-serve sauce bar with plenty of options, including garlic, green onions, cilantro, and more. The service was so poor we had to keep requesting items-only to see them go to other tables and not ours. I requested "bone-in ribeye" 5x, and almost 2 hrs later one did show up, but not after half the table was done. Several orders of pichana were so overly done that it could have passed for beef jerky. Often the signature fat cap was left off as the gaucho cut the piece top to bottom. It's not like the selections were not ready, we could clearly see them making their way through the restaurant, only to be thwarted a few tables away. I requested chimmichuri for the 6 of us, got 2 1oz ramekins a half hour later. No apology, no explanation why this tiny amount was to serve 6 adults. When we were done, no "thank you for choosing Fogo de Chao". Other locations, the head server or manager would frequent each table-not here. And maybe that's why it is-what it is. Never coming back here again.

We were seated right away and given plenty of time to take in the restaurant's history and look through the menu. Our food came out quickly, and the staff was always nearby if we needed anything. We started with the cucumber salad and shrimp shumai. The cucumber salad was refreshing, but the shrimp shumai had a strong fishy smell and taste that didn't seem very fresh--I couldn't eat more than one. For my entrée, I ordered the nabeyaki soup with ramen noodles and chicken, and it was excellent. The soy-based broth was rich and flavorful without being too salty, and the ramen noodles were cooked perfectly--tender with just the right amount of bite. Overall, Domo offers a really special atmosphere and a memorable dining experience. I wouldn't recommend the shrimp shumai, but I'd definitely come back to try another ramen flavor, and to see the cats again.

This is my Japanese comfort restaurant…read more One of the hidden gems of Denver, Domo is a Japanese restaurant that has been around for a long time serving home-style tradional Japanese meals. You won't find fancy sushi here or fusion cooking here, but rather tasty home cooked style classic Japanese dishes. Dishes like Japanese curry, oyakodon, and other donburi and noodle dishes. Having been here multiple times, I cannot recommend this place enough for a homey style meal. No joke, each meal here makes you feel warm inside, like a good home cooked meal. It's comparable to many meals I've had traveling through out real Japan. The flavors are simple, but each dish is well prepared while emphasizing conform over fancy preparation. You just cannot go wrong with any dish here, though I'm partial to the donburi, the green tea soba, and the hot pot. And if the meal is not enough, there is a beautiful garden to enjoy. If you catch it at the right time, the cherry blossom in the spring is beautiful and transport you right to Japan. Overall, Domo is a place that I'm always down to visit. It's warm, comfy, and nostalgic, and I just know I'll miss it when it's gone.
