My husband really likes MOD pizza, so we sometimes come here for lunch. Staff are okay, the ones making your pizza and working the cash register are not super friendly. Ingredients could be fresher. I really noticed when getting a salad from here. The freshness of your veggies really says a lot about a restaurant's standards. One thing that I do like about this place if you are not familiar with MOD pizzas concept is that it is great if you like to load up on the toppings. I personally love to add more vs less ingredients to my food no matter what it is and do not like plain or one topping pizzas. Pizzas are a good size for being personal pizzas. The pizza there is usually pretty decent but the staff is the biggest problem. No sense of urgency, no greeting, and we were the only 2 people in line. We stood in line for 20 minutes watching them make 6 online orders. My son decided to take us out to dinner with his first paycheck. It's the first time he ordered and paid for a dinner himself. The staff was amazing, walking him through the whole process. They were super respectful and helpful! He was particularly excited that he could load the pizza up with a bunch of meats and not have them charge him an arm and a leg. I am in disgust of the sanitation of this place. Only 2 workers of the 8 workers were gloved. I was the most upset that the people touching my pizza the most were not gloved ( this was in fact the manager)! Then to top it off, the employees were yelling and cursing at one another. Best yet, they were yelling at the employees that were the only ones working! The manager also had her hair down while touching people's food. A lot of respect lost for this place. I wish I could give this place zero stars but that's not an option. I hope the Mod Pizza cooperation addresses this very serious issue. read more

I'd never been to MOD Pizza before and the people I was with tonight were feeling a little bit of everything , burgers, Tex mex , and me , PIZZA! I've seen plenty of these places for awhile now and tonight I gave it a shot. There was a line out the door , so I figured it must be good. Everybody working and visiting was being a covid safe. 6 ft apart and wearing masks. The pizza was a build your own personal size with toppings thing. They have salads you can put together too. I am a simple girl , so I got just a few toppings. I got a basic garden salad and grabbed 4 of their no name cake pucks ( shared them) It was ridiculous how busy it was. However , customer service was not compromised. I had the opportunity to talk to the Manager, Peter, while I was waiting and explained I was glad to see that the employees were helpful and busting their butts and not faulting at all on their customer service under such fast paced pressure. There were 2 pizza mistakes and they gladly fixed the problems. They apologized sincerely to those customers and made things right. I enjoyed my pizza and salad and the little cake treat. Came here this evening and a lady named Jasmine(found out thru her coworker) helped me and made my 's and salad. When I ordered my salad they were at the bottom of the barrel for the salad and I asked her for a new batch. She was super sweet and did just that. The really sweet part was after I paid and was waiting for my food she came over and apologized if she was rude!! I couldn't believe my eyes or ears honestly. NO one does that these days or even cares. She wasn't being rude at all but maybe she thought I thought that. Bottom line was she showed she cared. It seriously made my day and restored all hope I had in humans. The pizza and salad was super fresh(my son said it was the best salad he ever had-LOL). The inside was clean and all the workers there were very friendly and you can tell they showed pride in what they do, which restored a ton of hope!! I was pleasantly surprised by this pizza shop. I ah e heard a lot of mixed reviews about this place and so I finally decided to try it and I am glad I did. I got the mad dog pizza in the mini size and it was delicious. It was also the perfect size being a 6 inch pizza. The staff was very nice as well and I really like this place. They were very fast and the pizza was very good for the price. Which is the other plus. They are not expensive at all and I payed less than $7 for my pizza and they offer a military discount which I love. They also have an outdoor seating area which for me is a plus.
