It's Friday so there was a bit of a wait. In my opinion, it was worth the wait. While I was finishing my slice, my kids finished their BBQ chicken pizza fast. Then they were stealing my slices. Pizza was really good. It's a small restaurant but they were able to find a perfect spot for us. Have off the classic pizzeria vibe, from when j was a kid. There were 3 beers to select from on tap, but they had others for bottle service. The waiters were really good. Polite and helpful. We really enjoyed our visit and look forward to coming back. read more

Lubo's is a very popular eatery for a good reason - their food is excellent and they are reasonably priced. They already had a wait before 4:30pm so we decided to eat at the bar. The restaurant isn't very big and the back half is closed off (I've never seen it open). They do have a patio but I'm spoiled by air conditioning. We had great service at the bar by Tanner, the manager. And the guys making pizza kept us entertained. The entire staff was in constant motion - keeping all the customers happy. We watched the food coming out of the kitchen area and everything looked so appetizing. Our pizza was perfect - as usual - but now I'd really like to try the pasta. read more

This place is losing it. Half the dining room closed on a Saturday night with a half hour wait?! Staff walking around like they are in molasses, no one eager to sell food. This place tastes great, good value, but the service has really dropped terribly. I'm not coming as often any more. They obviously do t need the business. read more

The absolute best mozzarella cheese I've had in Aurora, Colorado. Their pizzas are scrumptious and that's pretty much what Ive ever gotten here. Their servers are very nice and they turn over the tables pretty quickly. It's clean and reliable. I'll be back. read more

Really good pizza and appetizers! I got the NY style and definitely some of the better pizza in the area.

Love this place. Visit it every time I'm in town. The staff is so dedicated and hard-working and really take care of the consumers. The ambience hits the spot, right down to the old-school video games stocked in the corner. The patio is pretty nice too. But the food? Excellent. Large, heaping portions, top notch quality. Just came from a 3 day binger of eating pizza for almost every meal in manhattan. This place is better than any pizza I had there including Johns on Bleecker and better than Joe's on Broadway. LuBo's is tucked right off of Parker Rd and Orchard Rd. Coming from Parker, it might be easily missed its in the plaza that is partially hidden by the gas station. They have plenty of seating in their dining table, with how good the pizza I was, it might be one of the places to catch a game. Service was excellent, they were all super nice! We ended up trying two things on their menu: BBQ Chicken Pizza and a chicken parm hero. I honestly have no complaints. At first, I was surprised that the BBQ Chicken seems to have a yellow sauce to it but it was delicious! If I had to guess, it must be a honey mustard BBQ sauce. I thought the tanginess helped really balance out the pizza. There was just the right amount sauce on there. Also, it was not really greasy! The chicken parm hero was epic. I loved how the cheese was completely melted on top. This place is probably making it on my Top 3 pizza places in the area! read more

I made a 16" NY pizza (Anchovies, pineapple, jalapeño) and it was right up there with the best I've had in Denver of that particular combo. The crust is great with a bit of a sweet flavor, the tomato sauce is solid, and pizza overall awesome. For the price, this is easily worth a revisit. For this quality, Denver joints would likely run you $10 more. I also had the combo zone (supreme style calzone), and it was veeery rich. I couldn't eat more than a few bites. Still very good, but certainly heavy and rich. PS. Ranch is homemade. read more

Love this place! I've been going here for 20 years and I haven't had time to review them. If you are a native New Yorker this is your place! It's the closest to New York style restaurant in Colorado. The pizza is amazing, they offer Sicilian and traditional pizza. Both are delicious, lots of toppings, and perfect light crust. They also offer pastas and salads too. Great for takeout and large parties. They even have a patio. Lot's of parking options. The best thing is the staff is very welcoming and make the experience great. Always attentive, willing to help, and making sure you are enjoying your food. It's hard to find family owned establishments that have traditional values. Very family-oriented too. Great place for lunch or dinner. Great for families, dates, and large groups! Everything made fresh to order and worth the wait! They are unfortunately closed on Monday and Tuesday, but I would be a bigger person eating there all of the time! I drive very far out of my way for them! I decided to try this place with my family after seeing great reviews on Google. I completely regret that decision. The tomato Alfredo was flavorless with overcooked pasta. The garlic knots were also flavorless and the pizza was so soggy on the bottom that there was liquid left behind on the pan. I don't enjoy eating wet pizza. Overall, the food was not worth the money at all. However, we did love the staff there and they were very kind. We will not be going back. read more

We had 11 ladies, tried to Make a ressie, but they do not them and had to wait till the whole party was present. Not unusual, we were seated within 10 minutes of the last arrival. Went early on a Saturday, they were very busy with take out and dine in. Our server Peter was very attentive. Our food we excellant, I had the 1/2 Greek salad, mussels and Yo Yo. I prefer my mussels in a red sauce, but they were yummy. The Yo Yo needed some red pepper but was very good. I really wanted to try their pizza, and thank Goodness, they had slices, so I got one to go. I was too full to eat when arrived. we love the food but there's no changing table in any of the bathrooms so we can't dine in since having a baby so keep that in mind. the people who've been there forever are amazing but the influx of young kids coming in and out is always an interesting service to put it kindly. i've had a kid spill grease all over me and my bag, cut me off while going to my seat heavily pregnant "cause he needed to take drink orders" but it was my table he was going to lol, and one time another kid ID'd me for a beer and said "cute" while looking at it. which in itself isn't wrong or anything but definitely awkward for me and my husband. so yeah we don't dine in anymore but we do pickup orders pretty often read more

Horrible, if I could give zero stars I would. Asked for wings extra crispy, was met with 2 raw wings on opposite side, but the other side perfectly crispy? - one pictured, other one was discarded. Not gonna waste my money/time/gas again just to show you in person. Nobody can make this up. Also, the pizza was half cooked through - maybe get your pizza ovens checked ? Extremely saucy, the pepperoni wasn't even crispy. When we had this the first time, it was crispy, perfect amount of sauce and cheese. Who on earth is throwing Italian seasoning on top of a pizza when it's done? I went in to Lubo's tonight for a couple slices of Cheese Pizza and asked for fresh garlic on them, which was extra. When I got the slices, about maybe 7 minutes later, they looked as if they had just been really-heated, rather than freshly made. I asked about that and her comment was "Well, they're not day old." Fantastic pizza and italian food. All the wait staff was very attentive. Very vibrant crowd. It was extremely busy on Saturday night Around 5:30. Had a half hour to 40 minute wait. But well worth it. Sausage on pizza is a little on the spicy side. Sauce is very good but more acidic. Doesn't seem they put sugar in to tone it down. Flavor is very good though. read more

A bit liberal to say "New York" but the pizza is decent. Having lived in NYC and enjoyed too much pizza, I can say with confidence that the LuBo's version is a bit too gummy. I guess, technically, Einstein's Bagels are "NY" but they too are gummy compared to more authentic NY Bagels. I will compliment LuBo's on their sauce and toppings, however. And, superior to the abuse you receive from the random guy from the random world birth place, the folks are LuBo's are so very friendly. We have been ordering to-go and improve the pizza by heating up the oven at home with a pizza stone and then dusting the stone with a bit of garlic powder. We drop the pizza on the stone for five minutes when we get home and magic! read more

Decided to try a new pizza spot today so i went in and ordered a large cheese pizza, mozzarella sticks, and an order of garlic knots. expensive as hell for some reason (33 dollars). Wait time was decent however. got home and i tried the mozzarella sticks first and they were horrible. Not only were they not crispy and undercooked, they tasted store bought. Tried the garlic knots and yet another let down as these too tasted store bought, they weren't even hot, and somehow overcooked?? The pizza i ordered was a thin crust cheese which happened to be no where near thin, get this, tasted store bought too!! On top of that, it looked like a regular dominos pizza absolutely doused in oil. Smelled really good too. If the intention was to ruin a dinner then i mean expectations exceeded! will not be returning - absolute waste of 33 dollars and 9 cents plus an appetite. read more

I'm a fan of this place in the southeast suburbs, right off Parker Road and Orchard. They have pretty solid New York-style pizza and other pasta dishes, and they're usually busy all day and night. It's a popular place, and there's a reason for that. They're quick and friendly, and the food is consistently good. I'm not going to argue the merits of various styles of pizza, as I'm pretty equal-opportunity, but this is good stuff. Plenty of toppings, good sauce, and a crunchy crust make this a solid pie. The pasta dishes are huge, so you could even share them if you wanted to, though I don't! This is a great neighborhood place and I'm glad to eat there when in the area. read more
