I stopped in on a Friday night, and honestly, the first red flag should've been that there wasn't a single person dining in. In hindsight, that probably told me everything I needed to know. The pizza was ready on time, but once we sat down to eat, it was just underwhelming. Very basic, nothing that stood out. I'd say it's maybe a slight step above Little Caesars, but you're paying $30+ for a 14-inch pizza. Most other places offer 16- or even 18-inch pies for the same price or less, and with a much more authentic New York-style feel. Overall, I'd give it a solid 3 stars, right in that average, middle-of-the-road range. Nothing terrible, but nothing memorable either. I might go back if I had a coupon, but at that price point, there are just too many better options nearby. I'm not sure what this means, but the pizza did have an abundance of pepperonis which is a plus. However, the dough was dense and the bottom of the pizza looked and tasted like it had soaked up a lot of grease. A group of use met here yesterday for an early Sunday lunch. My husband and I each ordered an unlimited salad bar, split a medium pizza, and got beers. The items on the salad bar were full and fresh. The pizza toppings were very plentiful and the crust had a nice chew. The staff were very friendly at both the front counter and when they came by the table to check on us before and after our pizzas were delivered. Pricing for the pizza is a little steep but we'll return to check out the lunch buffet on a weekday. They do have an app to earn points, but even with the help of the staff, I couldn't figure out how to use with without entering and saving a credit card on file, which I don't like to do. read more

New Parker biz alert! So excited Mountain Mike's is open. One of my favorite things is their lunch buffet; salad & pizza! I love the nostalgia of a good pizza buffet. They had a variety of fresh, hot pizzas ready for lunch as well as their salad bar was completely stocked. The staff is 20/10, they are all so kind and welcoming. I love the ambiance as well, you can hang and watch tv or play some arcade type games. They have a mobile app with rewards as well as to-go ordering. I saw beer on tap as well! We ordered delivery last night. It arrived quickly. We ordered a large pepperoni, small garlic cheese bread, and marinara. I was surprised by the small box for the $30 large pizza. Honestly the box and size of the actual pizza resembled a medium sized pizza at a majority of other pizza restaurants. Slices are cut small so there appears to be more than there is, so I'll give them that. The amount of pepperoni was the only thing I appreciated. Bottom of crust was greasy, very little cheese and I am not one to order extra cheese, especially not at that price. Most of the pepperonis were overcooked sadly. I love little pepperonis that get crispy edges with cooked but most of these were just burnt and they weren't even red, just dried out and brown. I thought it was silly that the garlic cheese bread doesn't come with a sauce at all, but they offer options for sauces for an up-charge. We opted for the marinara. When I open the container, the sauce had a watery substance on top so I mixed it thinking it had just sat awhile. It was grossly thick, reminded me of tomato paste consistency. It was so thick that when you dipped your bread into it, nothing stuck to the bread. I'm not exaggerating either, you could dip over and over and no sauce would be on the bread. I had to use a fork to put some on my bread. The bread was ok, no hint of garlic at all, just dough and a little cheese. Bottom of the garlic bread was also very greasy. The marinara was not anything that resembled a real marinara sauce. I honestly think they used tomato paste, added a small amount of water, and no seasonings. We always love to try new places and I had high hopes. With so many pizza options out there, our experience with the food at Mountain Mikes was highly disappointing. I wish I would have taken pictures as reference but I wasn't expecting the flavor and quality to be so lacking. I also hesitated rating because we didn't dine in and I am well aware that dining in can be a totally different experience than delivery. It was just so bad, that I wouldn't want to waste my money again. I decided to rate only when I thought that maybe I could save someone else money and avoid disappointment. Again, there are so many pizza options out there way better priced for way better quality. I'm not opposed to expensive pizza, but I expect it to have quality ingredients and good flavor. read more

We do love mountain Mikes. But we feel like it's a hit or miss when we come. Lately the dough doesn't seem to be cooked all the way through. It's raw in the middle not sure if it's because there's too much sauce or the topping seem to be put right in the middle. I think the pizza needs to be ran through the pizza oven longer. And the garlic sticks with cheese the same thing cheese right in the middle but not on the whole thing. Very greasy. I was extremley excited to know that there is a Mountain Mike's Pizza in Parker!! I drove 30 minutes away on a Sunday night to specifically eat here! I am from the San Francisco Bay Area and I KNOW Mountain Mike's. I ordered a medium pepperoni, and THIS new location in Parker had prepared the pizza exactly like the quality Mountian Mike's is known for!! The cupped pepperoni tasted like how I expected, crisp edges with the right amount of spice, salty and savory flavor. Lots of pepperoni! The gooey cheese and sauce mixed together had the right amount of kick and balance, and the crust was fantastic while holding up all the ingrediants. I just happened to meet the owners, Chris and his wife and son. They were very friendly and hospitable. I have eaten at several Mountain Mike's Pizza throughout Northern California, and this new Parker location fits right in! Plenty of parking, and the building they are in has plenty of space, with a TV in the dining area to catch a sports game. Two more stores will be opening in Aurora and Castle Rock in the coming months. I will for sure be driving to this Parker location again!! read more

Overall a great experience. We came here on a recommendation from a friend, plus they have a salad bar! Their salad bar was amazing and the service was impeccable. We ordered a specialty pizza. I will say have them cook the pizza a little extra cause it was a bit too doughy when it came out, but they happily put it back in and it came out great. I think next time I might try their thin crust option. I also prefer a little bit more sauce on my pizza so next time I would order extra sauce on the side. They were very accommodating with the wine. As I thought it may have been a little bit bad and they were more than welcoming to open a new bottle for us without hesitation . I thought the ambience was very good for a quick casual type of place, music was at a good level and they also had a ton of TVs. The booths were really nice and worked very well for our party. Paul and Grace work a couple of the employees who made the experience memorable. I thoroughly enjoyed their cherry dessert that they brought to our table for free because we were new customers. Let me tell you all about a great pizza place in Parker !! The pizza is delicious and the toppings are extremely generous portions ...each bite has so much toppings it is quite amazing ! The pepperoni is not only cooked to perfection, it has this outer char to it that adds so much flavor to each bite of pizza you take! We ordered the mountain and it is HUGE, enough for 10 people for sure! The crust of the pizza is thin but not like a New York pizza, it has depth to it and a nice golden brown crust to it. I wish we had taken a picture of the pizza, but just go and experience the pizza for yourself ... you won't be disappointed! I snapped a picture of the drink though (for my sister, so she could go there). The salad bar is also filled with many many different selections of salad toppings for you to choose from... and great toppings like potato salad, cheese, red onions, hard boiled eggs, mushrooms, garbanzo beans, corn, broccoli, onions, banana peppers, tomatoes, and more! The two of us had lunch buffet on a Friday. Unfortunately, was a little worse than ci-ci's. Can't speak to the salad bar, it actually looked good honestly. I think there are two main issues : 1). No one knows they have a buffet : I found out by reading reviews. Nothing easy to find on website, yelp menu, or out front of the store. Should have a banner out front and maybe even target Legend HS Kids w a lunch special or something. 2). Very few customers so old pizza contributes to low quality. This is for the buffet only, haven't ordered. But brutal honesty, so many pizza places in Parker that are not good, this really doesn't change things ... but lots of opportunity if get the quality there. read more

BBQ at the Ranch - Just had this pizza dine-in. Very tasty - the best pizza I've had in years (i've got kids so I've had ALOT of pizza). The pie was beautiful with lots of fresh ingredients. The crust, standard, was not too heavy. (Gluten-free and thin crusts are available also.) The wait was a little shorter than normal so that was a surprise. We ordered for delivery 2 Large pizzas and two orders of garlic knots for delivery. The delivery driver dropped it off at the doorstep without notifying us and the order sat outside for 30min when we finally realized it had been delivered. Already frustrated we dug into our cold pizza and realized neither the pizza nor the garlic knots were fully cooked. See pictures below. When we tried to call the store at 7:45 it was closed even though the hours on their website said open until 10pm. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone!! read more

Online ordering process was easy. Pickup time was for 5:20PM. Picked up slightly before (5:15PM) and the order was ready. The food was barely warm.. The pizza had appeared to be sitting for a while unfortunately. The same with the bread sticks. I had to reheat both. Unfortunately I do not believe I will be coming back here. Timing of a to go order is everything. Id rather wait an extra 5-10 minutes for fresh food than have it sit under a warmer that does not appear to be doing it's job. :( read more
