If controlled chaos had a physical location, it would be this Pizza Hut. People everywhere, DoorDashers playing bumper cars through the lobby, and absolutely no one at the front counter like it's a social experiment. Eventually I cornered an employee who, in a room full of waiting customers, casually hit me with: "about 15 minutes." Forty minutes later... still no pizza. At this point I'm convinced my order is being personally negotiated with the oven. We ordered some pizza from here and part of our order was missing so we called around 9:50pm to see if we could get the rest of our order or a refund for what was missing. The worker answered the phone and then put us on hold saying they'd "get the manager". The manager finally picks up the phone at 09:59pm screams "WE ARE CLOSED" then hangs up on us! Is this the worst Pizza Hut?! I don't understand why the ownership allows it to be. I personally have been in the store waiting for them to remake my order that was wrong and watched 4 employees stand around while the phone rang and rang. They never even considered answering it. I don't know how if they have gotten an order correct in the last 3 years. Don't bother trying to call to get the mistakes rectified, you will be on hold for 25-30 minutes hearing about how much they care about providing the perfect pizza, when it is obvious they don't. Check your order before you leave if getting carry out. It WILL be wrong. Be prepared to wait another 20 minutes for them to fix it. If you don't. You will waste at least twice that time on hold while the employees stand around and let the phone ring. read more

Do not order out. They use Door Dash and it does not get delivered in over an hour, if at all. Pizza arrives cold. Tried twice in 6 months. I have to say I'm disappointed in my services I received tonight. I wrote in the delivery directions in caps to "PLEASE call. Baby sleeping" and upon delivery the doorbell was rung and even got stuck continuing to go off and it did wake the baby. Upon mentioning I physically put do not ring the bell in the order directions I was told "I apologize its been a long day. I don't even read the delivery directions much because everyone usually does contactless." Being physically told that my requests were not met and the fact it woke up a sleeping infant im very upset in the overall service I received. So I've lived in Parker for over 7 years. I have ordered from this Pizza Hut on MANY occasions. Tonight the fam decides we need some stuffed crust pizza, so I pull out my handy Pizza Hut app and start my order. Unfortunately, when I get to my saved home address, I get an error message that there is no Pizza Hut that delivers to my house. What?!? This can't be true, I live IN Parker and literally 3 miles away from the store. So being the persistent guy I am I call the store to make a phone order. The kid answers and takes down my address... then he says "we recently changed our delivery area and we no longer deliver to your address." I get it if I lived in Franktown or Castle Rock, but I live inside Parker Town limits and I'm talking to a kid at the PARKER PIZZA HUT! He then apologizes and hung up. So it is Dominos from now on. I own my own business and can't imagine not serving the city I am located in. This place has been around a long time, and it looks it. The interior is dark, dated, and somewhat worn. I have ordered pizza from here a few times over the years (probably less than once a year), but have only been inside maybe three times. We stopped in the other day because a friend wanted to try the "Crazy Cheesy Crust Pizza". This is the one that looks like a giant flower, basically. It is a large pizza with 16 pockets (2 on each slice) of cheese on the perimeter of the pizza. When you separate the pieces, each one looks like a heart (or potential heart attack). My friend seemed to enjoy it. I had the P'Zone (their take on a Calzone). It was pretty decent. It had a nice crust (almost too crusty), but was not at all soggy. I had the supreme (meat and veggies). It was good, but the veggies were still kind of on the raw side. I also tried out the salad bar. I rather miss the days when many restaurants had salad bars. However, if this is all that remains of those days, then please shoot the sad lettuce mix and feeble offerings, and put this salad bar out of its misery. Service was decent, but the employees here always seem borderline depressed, and I am not surprised. read more

Very disappointing. I found out this Pizza Hut location does not deliver to my home even though I'm only 3 miles away. So I ended up having to pick it up. The Young lady working the register was very sweet and was apologetic for the situation. However there was Another young gentleman behind the counter with the ponytail cursing out his friends/coworkers and flicking them the bird. Very unprofessional. I really don't know what has gone wrong with this location but my family is just done with this location after a takeout order last night. My wife placed the order at the counter for 2 medium 3 topping pizzas, 6 traditional wings (Hawaii teriyaki) and then added garlic knots and Cinnabon thingys while waiting for the two pizzas... She came directly home and the pizzas were "dead"/cold - even a slice by slice trip though the microwave could not save either the thin crust pepperoni, mushroom and black olive pizza or the regular crust ham and pineapple. You know it's bad when people won't even finish a slice. The wings weren't horrible but also needed a trip through the microwave to get them up to temp. Garlic knots and Cinnabon things weren't bad, at least they were warm. I then looked at our receipt and oh boy did we get screwed there - each of the medium pizzas was almost $17, looking at the Pizza Hut website right now they are currently offering LARGE 3 topping pickup pizzas for $7.99 each... OK, shame on us for not ordering online but really, charging almost $20 extra for two pizzas when your staff should be aware of specials is damned shady - would have happily taken 2 LARGE pizzas for $7.99 if offered. To add insult to injury the bolded word "OLD" appeared next to the pizzas and wings on the receipt, not making this up, and wish I had taken a picture before my daughter grabbed the boxes including the remaining largely uneaten pizza, etc. and trash binned the lot - no leftovers last night because nobody wanted them! $55 plus change last night and we won't be back after being a regular customer of this location for almost 20 years, kind of sad really. Pizza hut in general cannot or does not read special instructions. I.E. paper plates and napkins. Why would you deliver to a hotel and not include napkins? Not only do they charge you 3.99 for delivery and I paid 20% tip to the driver they cannot send napkins. When I called the store to complain I was told there is nothing I can do for you. This was the location on Parker Road in Parker, Co. Not only did they not send the above they did not send the dipping sauce for the wings I paid for. We were regulars for the $7 lunch buffet and just found out it's not longer offered. They offer a mini pizza and drink for $5, but the reason we went was for the salad and cinnamon sticks. Went back in Dec 2017, and before that. It's the last actual restaurant that's not just a delivery place. The food is always fine. I got married 40 years ago and on our honeymoon we ate at a Pizza Hut and it was on New Year's Eve , well every anniversary we don't want to break tradition so we go every year! I'm bummed that all the restaurants are gone and this one isn't helping with not trying to do anything to update the insides. They took the jukebox out and that was the best part of the ambience. Second time this month I was able to come in for the buffet. I was hoping for a better Experience than the first time. Well my hopes were dashed again. First time was mainly salad with a couple of cold pieces of pizza that were easily on the buffet from the start. Not one new pizza came out the entire time. Today was very similar. While I enjoy their food, the service for delivery is awful. What's the point of online ordering with fields for your location and a delivery instruction box if your location can't see those? I put my apartment number, apartment complex, and building number in the main address line, second address line, and in the delivery field. I couldn't use my phone during this order delivery time so after an hour later I called to check when I was free to do so. My order was canceled because they can't see the location/building. Because they told me they don't get those fields. I even have it in the email confirmation and even wrote in the floor I'm on to give them even more info. The website wouldnt let us order the p'zolo so we called. They said they have them, no problem. We had to decide other items so we called back 15 minutes later. We were then informed they stopped selling them weeks ago. The manager on duty (Tim) said he is incapable of accurately training his staff and that we were the casualty of his failures. Not an offer of another product, not an apology, he just waited silently with nothing to say. Luckily there are tons of other pizza chains in Parker to chose from.
