Tried Jet's Pizza for the first time after seeing numerous commercials for them during Colorado Avalanche game broadcasts. I really like Detroit Style deep dish pizza and was excited to taste Jet's offering. My wife ordered pickup for the family... two 8 corners, 1 four corner, and some bread sticks. After some confusion with their in-store check-in process (waited 25 minutes for food that was ready as they didn't pay attention to who had checked-in), we were out the door at almost $95. The family enjoyed the pizza, but it was just okay. For me, the sauce was very lite and not that flavorful. The dough and topping g were nothing great. My overall experience can be summed up as "decent but not great and definitely not worth $95". I liked Jet's Pizza but just feel it is over-priced. read more

Needed Jet's style cheese pizza. The only one and only. Via313 wouldn't do it. I m against paying the delivery charge so here I am. Saved few dollars using the oder using the texting. It was easy ordering process. You just need to know what you are ordering. Made to the store. Busy Friday night bit was able to find a parking space. Just mention your name and mine was ready. I could habe taken to a brewery next door or just do another 20 minutes drive, back to home. Took the latter option. Pizza was still hot and delicious. Jets Pizza is the only pizza I'll eat in town. I'm so particular about pizza and I can't stand greasy sloppy sauced up pizza with tough cheese... however you won't find that here. The Detroit style crust is what dreams are made of. The only issue I have is in order to get 15% off your order you have to text it in (convenient!) but our order has never been right. But it's always right when we call it in or place an order online. Either way, I won't stop eating here, I just wish there was a better way to get a discount without our order being wrong each time. The pizza is good but it is way too expensive. When the coupon price is $21.99 for a large pizza carry out "special" then it is too expensive. I can get a $7.99 or $9.99 carry out from one of the other national chains. No thanks. read more

Going into this place and seeing many workers without hats on and their head covering their hair, which was just flapping around the food, has made me not want to go back here ever again. The one guy (picture attached) was taking out the pizzas and boxing them, all the while using both hands and pushing back his hair every 30 seconds. Didn't wash his hands a single time for the 30 minutes I was waiting in there. Also, the one girl working with him had a hat on, but her hair was all styled out with stands of hair hanging down on both sides. Hair was not up in the hat or covered, just dangling around serving food. I guarantee if many people saw what the assembly line of workers making the pizzas were doing, they would not order from here ever again. No one has any integrity or pride in what they do when serving food to people. I will be reporting what I saw to the health department. read more

Not our favorite. We also got the boneless wings. Those tasted comparable to most other boneless wings. All in all, not the best, not the worst. Middle of the road. First bite, this pizza seems like it cannot be beat, but maybe Detroit style is just not my jam, because after my first slice, I was not feeling it. The cheese and pepperoni taste great, but the sauce seemed odd to me, maybe it was a fluke, but it was not good. I used to love going to Jets pizza but lately the store is a mess. Placed my order at 5pm to have pizza and a salad delivered at 6:30pm. The delivery time came and went and by 6:45 pm we tried calling a few times but no one answered. We went ahead and ate dinner since we weren't sure if we were getting a pizza. We loved Jets Pizza, but will no longer be ordering from there any longer. After placing an order that was over $100, every single pizza was made wrong (one being for my vegan brother and sister-in-law that was made with cheese when it clearly stated no cheese). The only thing that was correct was the order of cheese bread. We called and asked to speak to a manager and were told there was no manager in the store for us to speak to at the moment but one would return our call in 10 minutes. Its been a few days now so safe to say our call won't be getting returned. What didn't help was the the gentleman on the phone couldn't care less and kept not responding to me. I'll add that I was calm and understanding because I know things are crazy right now with staff, but his attitude and no response from a manager has made it so I will no longer give any of my money to Jet's Pizza. read more

i have to say this parker location is an absolute s...t show. have ordered 3 times now and every single time its a disaster. Just order a pizza for a 545 pickup time and its now 625 and still not ready.... like a baseball game...3 strikes and you are out. Plenty of other options out there... I really wanted to like this Jets location, and if I'd never ordered delivery, I probably would. Unfortunately the delivery process here is pretty awful. I've ordered delivery a dozen times, an once the order arrived on time. General,y it is at lest 20 minutes past their estimated delivery time (It's a 10 minute drive). The longest wait was 2 hours 10 minutes and the order was still wrong. Tonight's wait is 30 minutes and counting. It's a joke at my house how long I will wait before I call, just to be told the pizza is "on the way"..... I cannot comment on pick-up promptness or in-person service... but delivery downright sucks.
