If you like mod pizza you will like Artisan Pizza even more. It is locally sourced owned so this Parker location is the only one! They specialize in more individual pizzas versus a big pizza for the whole table. I tried their hot honey pizza, it is a seasonal special. It was really good! My wife and I hadn't been to Artisan Pizza in a while, so dropped in tonight and had an excellent dinner! Their thin crust pizza is great, service was cheery and fast, and the dining area has comfortable seating. My wife had the fall special pizza with prosciutto, butternut squash, arugula and balsamic drizzle, and loved it. I had the Carni - loaded with meat and very flavorful. The individual pies are large so my wife was full after half, but I persevered and ate 3 large slices, saving the 4th for my young grandkids. We also got a custom pie to go, and since my wife's pie was created with onions despite her ordering it with no onions, I get to eat a (free) delicious pie tomorrow! They have salads, and serve beer, wine and other items, and pies can be customized however you like. All in all one of the best pizza places in the area! read more

FANTASTIC PIZZA. Full stop. My wife took me to this pizza shop in Parker last weekend, as she kept raving about going there with her parents. I must say... her recommendation was spot on! Sitting in a strip mall off just up off Parker Road, I didn't expect much to be fair. I was enthusiastically greeted upon walking into the shop, with a crew busily making about 12 pies and salads. It took about 5 minutes before we could put in our orders (a lot of call in/doordash orders), but nothing to take away from the overall experience. The total was reasonable ($12ish for each pizza) and this location had bottled/canned beers to select from, plus outstanding sweet treats for afterwards from a local bakery/creamery (think ice cream sandwiches, cannolis, tiramisu, Italian ice). The seating area is not large and as we waited for our pies to be made, the place filled up (plus the constant stream of to-go orders walking out the door). Now for the actual pizza... outstanding is all I can say! I had the Tortina (sp) which had sausage, pepperoni, mushroom, black olives, red onion, and green peppers on it. The crust is so flavorful and the fresh out of the oven warmth was greatly enjoyed! I did have a few burnt spots on the bottom of the crust, but that turned out to be remnants of cheese from other pies in the huge oven (watching the guy move those pies around was better than the hockey game on the TV). My wife had a cheese pie and got to choose which cheeses went on (I think she had them all except feta). She didn't say much, as she happily started on the first slice (with a some balsamic spread on top). We both ate about 3 slices (4 for an individual pie) and felt full as we boxed up our leftovers. As we left, I told my wife I will definitely be back to try more pizzas from Artisan Pizza in Parker. If you are in the area - seek this place out!!! read more

I love it when restaurants where I go in with no expectations and turn out to be bomb!! I ordered a few pizzas and some dessert and literally everything was top notch. I got the fabulous fig, Luisa and the Ortaggio with a gluten free crust and literally all pizzas were so good. I was so hungry that I forgot to take pictures but the Luisa and fig were my favorites. Very fresh ingredients. I also got some dessert - the cannoli exceeded my expectations and so did the lemon cake. I enjoyed that the desserts weren't cloyingly sweet. I'm going to be back for sure. I had a chance to visit this place over the last weekend and the pizza is absolutely amazing! They have thin crust wood fired pizzas and they are extremely freshly baked! We had to take a carry out order but the service was pretty good !! We ordered couple vegetarian and one fig based chicken pizza ! Omg the fig spread was absolutely delicious!! We came in one night for a quick dinner. This place is a counter service one where you pick your toppings similar to mod pizza. They have a lot of toppings and a good crust flavor. The place wasn't phenomenal but it does the job if this is what you are looking for. The ice cream sandwich i purchased was really good though. read more

This place is good, not great and that's okay. It's right on the money for value. You've had better, you've had worse but for a wood fired pizza the value is hard to beat. We were inspired to come here mostly because they work really well within the nearby schools with their charity program. Probably won't come back because there are better options near our house and this is about 20 minutes away. read more

I was hesitant to try as when I pulled up, there was nobody else there. I checked to make sure it was open then pulled up my big boy pants and said what the heck. I'm so glad I did. I was greeted with a smile by two of the employees. The young lady waited patiently for me to figure out what I wanted. I gave my order and moved to grab a beer and pay when I had the artery stopping urge for pepperoni so I asked if it was too late to add. She said pleasantly that I could have some if I'd like. When I went to pay, the young man asked how my day was, smiled and opened my beer for me. My pizza came shortly after. It was HOT and delicious. Amazed by the quality tbh. The place is quaint, clean and inviting. They have outdoor seating so you can enjoy the beautiful Colorado weather. Great job. I'll be back. Just wish I took a pic of my pizza. read more

Needed a quick bite after some Black Friday shopping and stopped in Artisan Pizza. I ordered the Ortaggio and added some sweet Italian sausage and two create your own pizzas were also ordered. Just ok. Edible but that's about it. Similar to mod. I was expecting higher quality toppings, the sauce and pizza itself didn't have much flavor. The ranch sides they charge $.80 for a small 2oz I got 5 and didn't end up eating it cause the ranch was flavorless and watery. Pizza not the best and ranch not good at all. I won't be back, and do not recommend. Replying to the owner who is countering what I said. Ingredients did not stand and the ranch was horrible. read more

A year-2 years ago the gluten free pizza was absolutely fantastic, the original recipe was the best gluten free pizza I had almost ever had. All pizzas are the same size, they offer gluten free and you pick your toppings as you would at Chipotle and they make it in front of you. This place is very very good! Why I'm taking. Star away is because I asked for no roasted red peppers on my salad and it came swimming in them. I didn't take it back because I don't like to waste food so I picked them out. The chopped Tuscan is my favorite and the Spinaci salad is my husbands favorite salad. All of the picas are really good! If you are looking for a gluten free alternative do NOT come here. The gluten free crust seriously tastes like what I imagine what cardboard might tastes like. They need to find a better distributor. This is the best pizza in or near Parker and Lonetree. You can choose your toppings including different sauces, cheeses, meats and veggies. Everything is fresh and the best tasting I've had. Besides standard meats there is spinach, colored peppers, artichokes, bacon, sweet and spicy sausage, and more. You can also get a gluten free crust. All made to order. Add a great selection of drinks, good tables, and sports channels. This is the only pizza we get. My friends stop elsewhere on their way to my house and the standard shops are awful in comparison. read more

Came in to place an order , which I normally do online, but had to do in person this time. The young lady that greeted me was very nice. I told her I wanted to build my own. The guy who was operating the oven told me I needed to walk the line. in the midst of her dressing my pizza order another young guy took over. he looked at me and i said we have to walk the line. You would have thought I had pulled a gun out. That pissed of the pizza oven guy and he just said curtly to me what do you want on it I told him and then he grabbed a ticket and rung me up. Their ordering process is simple, either create your own or pick one of their recommendations. Staff was young but friendly. Welcomed me when I walked in, I had a pick up that I ended up eating there. The staff was thorough making sure I had everything I ordered.
