10" Veggie with my personal spatula.

Really liked the pizza here! First, we liked the fact that they offer 10" pizzas since my wife and I diverge in our tastes. Sure you can order a half-and-half large, but having our own is more convenient and feels decadent. Of course, their claim to fame is their crust, made with water intended to mimic NYC's. I don't know about that (being a southerner), but I thought the crust was great. My wife, however, who grew up in Italy and New York could not stop raving about it. After one visit, she claims it is her new favorite Colorado pizza and as I drive by every Wednesday I have been ordered to stop and pick some up at least every other week. The New York Italian LOVED it. Toppings were fresh and tasty; sauce like Aunt Lucy used to make, according to my wife. I read a complaint on here about not enough cheese but we thought it was the perfect amount (we both think most places use too much). Stopped and talked to the owner, Keith, on the way out and he seemed genuinely thrilled with our praise and very proud of his operation. The decor was simple but light and the giant photos of NYC on the walls were cool. Being in a strip mall means large windows and lots of natural light. One con: it took a little longer to get our delicious pizza than we expected, but it was not overly long.

The restaurant is clean and bright as you walk in. You order at the counter and they will bring you your food. We have had The OG, The Stinger, and The High Society. The vegetables are fresh and delicious. The red sauce, I like a bit more on my pizza, especially since it tastes great. I have had pizzas in other parts of the world, so I cannot comment on the "New York Pizza / Dough", but I have not been disappointed yet with the pies! Hopefully you won't be either.

Was totally sold on their pizza based on one piece. Love the thin, soft crust and delicious sauce and just the right amount of cheese. From what I understand, this is a food truck company gone brick and mortar. They still have their truck that they use for catering orders You order up front and then wait for it to be ready / go back to pick it up. Lots of nice table space. Wish they cleaned the tables more frequently though: They obviously enjoy making the pizzas more, which is good! I believe their pizza is NY style, hand tossed, with homemade sauce. My kind of pizza. They also have a Gluten Free option (cauliflower crust I believe) for $2 more. We ended up ordering a cheese pizza to take with us to share with others Totally loved the experience and food.

I've already been here twice and it's now my top pizza places in town. We've only done take out and we pre order every time since the estimated times are around 40 minutes. It's easy to plan ahead and order from their website. You can choose to eat on the patio (which is refreshing!) when you take your pizza out. We've tried the Supreme and The OG. For a first timer, I highly suggest the Supreme for those who love a traditional supreme. It's got the goods and somehow even more flavor. The crust is phenomonal and the sauce is out of this world. The toppings are generous. Nothing falls apart, cheese is in tact, and you can customize anything. The OG was also great, more of a simpler pizza, and a perfect option. I never feel gross or greasy afterwards. And a large is reasonable for the cost. Plenty of parking always and great staff!

Been waiting to try this place, but once I realized they have NYC water, we were all in! Good selection of pizzas, salads and subs. They've kept it simple and delicious. Nice seating space inside and out, done a great job with the decor. Guys at the front counter were nice and helpful. Owner was nice enough to give us a healthy portion of their meatballs to try, since it was our first visit. Nice to have them in the neighborhood!

We were craving pizzas and were happy to try out High Society! Greeted right when we walked in. Had a lot of menu options and even got a gluten free pizza crust. Salad came out quick and pizzas shortly after that. Pretty empty restaurant for a weekend night although tons of people were picking up to go orders and they were delivering as well. I'd go back!

Wanted to try out this pizza joint after hearing about their commitment to recreating a 1 to 1 replica of NY water. The owner Keith was super friendly and extremely knowledgeable in his craft, very impressive! Ordered a simple pizza and wings, both were delicious!

I am from New Jersey so my pizza stardards are pretty high. The first fail with my slice was with crumbled sausage instead of sliced. Overall the pizza lacked much flavor, fairly bland taste. The crust was a bit cracker like and needed a more doughy feel. More cheese and more sauce might have helped.

The High Society pizza was excellent.

We got a large stinger for take out and while it was good, it was incredibly greasy and overpriced.

Everybody working there is super friendly too. Now on to the main topic. We tried some of the thin crust and the Detroit style.... Both were significantly better than other pizza you can get in a walk in place around here. Perfectly crispy, amazing yummy edge and corners. But also a great thick crust dough on the Detroit style. The thin crust has those same amazing crispy edges . This place is great and we will be back.

I really wanted to like this place!!…read more Back story... I stopped in on a Friday afternoon, around 12:45. The place is not that busy. The sign at the front says to wait to be seated. One of the staff (blonde girl) walks up to th me stand, puts menus in the holder, and walks away. No greeting, no eye contact, nada! About 3 minutes later, another member of staff (male) says someone will be right with me. After a couple more minutes, I am asked if I want to sit at the bar or a table. I chose table (I wanted a pizza and the room to spread out) and off we go. This may have been my downfall... So I am sat down and the male staff member gives me a menu and says my server will be right over. She comes over from behind the bar (blonde girl from before) and is super friendly, explaining the menu and takes my drink order. She the comes back with my beer, along with a flyer with a QR code for me to sign up for their loyalty program (I will then get $10 off my first order). I figure that's a good deal and after she takes my food order (2 small "Detroiter Pizza" for $10 a pie, as it is "313" day (March 13th)), I download the app and sign up. Here is where the really frustrating part comes up. I sit a and wait over 35 minutes for my pizza to arrive. Now there was food presented to me multiple times during my wait, but it wasn't my order (cheese pizza paraded around to multiple tables). I finally am brought my to-go pizza (I had ordered 2 smalls - 1 to eat there, 1 for takeaway), but waited another 15 minutes for my actual meal. During this time, no one comes by to check on my table or ask if I need anything (beer glass has been empty for 10 minutes). The male staff member asks multiple tables around me if all was good and if they need anything, but suspiciously skips asking me. So I finally just call out to him and ask if my pizza is still coming out or not. To the actual pizza.... It was FANTASTIC (which makes me leaving this 1 star review hard). I thoroughly enjoyed the crust, the cheese, and the sauce on top and even with all the issues already laid out, I'd thought I would likely return. But... here is why I will not. When I checked my banking app earlier today, I have 2 charges from Via 313. The first charge is what I signed for via their mobile device that was brought to my table, but the second is for $18 and change and I have no idea what that is about? With this many cock-ups and shady charges, I simply cannot recommend Via 313!

Highlands Ranch, Colorado…read more This place has been here for quite some time, but this was my first visit. You walk in to the restaurant and there is a menu on the wall. You can choose salads, pasta, or calzones. They also have a display case of gelato. They say they make their food fresh with real ingredients. It is a walk up to the counter and order type of restaurant. You then seat yourself at one of the eight tables that are in the restaurant. They are quite busy with carry out. The guy who rang up our order has no personality. He never said hello. In fact, he never spoke to us at all until I said hello. He never spoke back or acknowledged my greeting. I said well I think I know what I want and ordered my pizza. After I placed my order, he looked at my husband and said "and you"? I think he needs to have some better communication and people skills to be working the front counter. The girl who was working with all of the guys tonight, smiled and was pleasant. Only complaint is that the kids are all on their phone behind the counter. We received our pizza quickly. I had the Margherita pizza and my husband had the Molto carne. The pizza did have fresh ingredients. It was piping hot. It is wood fired, and the crust was thick around the edge, which I absolutely love and thin in the middle. Although my pizza had delicious flavor, the crust itself on the bottom was a bit undercooked. I will also say that the toppings were not spread evenly as I had a portion of the pizza that did not have a tomato or mozzarella. My husband liked his pizza. Their soda cups are awful! And I mean truly miserable to drink from. They are a paper cup and as soon as you put in your fountain soda or water, they become soft and flimsy. I had to hold the cup with two hands in order for it not to spill. Absolutely ridiculous. You really need to get new cups. I have issue with them charging a service fee for using a credit card. Please let me know that you do this. I would've been more than happy to pay cash had I known. You can see it on the receipt picture I have attached. Overall, I thought the food was very good. Next time, I would bring my own drink or water bottle. I might also just go up to the counter and not say a word. And see how the young man who rang me up handle that in the future. When I go out to dinner, I want to be acknowledged and treated with respect. I would give the pizza a 4.5 star. I would give the service a 1.0 star I would give decor a 2.5 star. I would give ease and placing the order 4.5 star. I would give their cups a zero star. I give this place three stars overall. If the service had been good and I didn't have a paper cup that melted in my hand, they would have been 4+ stars.

I've actually been here a handful of times before, but always stuck to the pizza and pasta (which are great). I honestly can't believe I overlooked the sandwiches for this long. I went with the chicken parm sandwich and it was outstanding--crispy, perfectly breaded chicken, rich marinara, and just the right amount of melted cheese on fresh bread that holds everything together without getting soggy. Easily one of the best chicken parms I've had around here. I reluctantly traded half for the sausage and peppers sandwich, and honestly... it was just as good. The sausage had great flavor and snap, the peppers were cooked perfectly, and everything tasted fresh and well-balanced. It's rare you order two different sandwiches and can't decide which one you liked more, but that was the case here. One of the sneaky best deals: you can add a cup of soup for just $2. I tried the rustic sausage and potato soup and it was excellent--hearty, flavorful, and felt homemade in the best way. What stood out beyond the food is how consistent everything felt with what others say: high-quality ingredients, generous portions, and that authentic, no-frills Italian deli vibe. You can tell they care about doing simple things really well.

They were pretty busy at around 5:30 on a Saturday evening and we were lucky enough to snag a table since they also take reservations and some were being held. The service was great, she gave us her recommendations and was very very patient while we all decided what plates to share. They give you some small plain bread knots when you sit down and had no problem, giving us a refill, even a side of marinara sauce for dipping when we asked. We started with the Caprese appetizer, which was fresh and delicious lightly, garnished with the balsamic glaze that sets the flavor off, not too overpowering. We shared three different pastas - the penne rustica, the shrimp and artichoke, and the pesto tortellini. The rustica was definitely the best, it had such a depth of flavor, and the sauce was a perfect rosé of creamy tomato, with the vegetables helping set off the textures and flavors even more. The other two pastas were good, but I wouldn't prioritize ordering them again, the pesto tortellini was so rich and creamy, but lacked any pesto flavor, which was surprising since it was vivid and green, and so visually appealing. The shrimp and artichoke was good, but didn't allow me, I felt like the artichoke needed more seasoning or something to bring it out a little in the sauce and pasta mix. The owner Nancy was such a sweetheart. She was so attentive and came over to us multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed. Next time I'll be trying the Bolognese :)
