Wanted to write another review since it's been a while. Fat sullys never misses. We always have great service, great food and the ambiance is nice too. I tried the arugula salad for the first time and it is my favorite salad. I am going to have to try to recreate it at home it's so good. We always get the large 26" pizza and then eat it as leftovers the next day. It's a fun family date night. The truffle parm fries are always a must and my husband got the chopped salad and enjoyed it. Even our 4 year old ate the chopped salad. I love coming here. great location, plenty of parking, loved the ambiance and that although the place was hoppin, there was no wait. it was very clean to boot. the pizza was great: loved the crust and the flavor of the sauce. for the price, they could stand to be a bit more generous with the toppings, though, or simply less miserly. the wings were tasty, but we've certainly had better. the mini ramekin of ranch was just enough for 3 of the 10 wings and despite requesting more when our food was served, we never got a return visit from our server until it was time for the check. will certainly go again and try a sammy, burger, or breakfast, though. read more

Good stuff. I have been to the original location but that was a good 10+ years ago. Shopping in the area and suddenly remembered knowing this location was here. Stopped in the hopes it wasn't too busy on a Friday night. Surprisingly it wasn't. Every other placed we stopped had a very long wait. I wanted the giant pizza..like really badly, but settled on a giant slice with Italian Sausage and a Cesar salad. Quick, it came out so fast. That was a good thing. The slice is really large as was the salad. I love a thin real crust and this fit the bill of giant, floppy have to fold and eat with 2 hands and a side head tilt pizza. The salad is for 1 was pretty damn big. Packed with croutons and big fresh parm pieces. It was a little heavy on the dressing for me, so I know to ask for it a bit lighter next time. It's served family style so the more who order the bigger bowl to share. One salad for 1 is plenty to share between 2 ppl. The staff was attentive and multiple checked on us frequently, but not so much as to be annoying. There are a bunch of board games there you can play if your in the mood to chill and hang. Overall a fun, active place on a Friday night. They even have an open air patio which would be great on warmer winter days and summers. read more

I saw that there was this location in Greenwood Village and I've only ever been to the one in Denver on Colfax. It was nice to find this in a not "downtown" location so easy parking - big space. We were able to be seated quickly on a Thursday night - which also happened to be trivia night!! We started with garlic knots. Man - they were great!! It can with marina and queso. So unique and so delish. We had ordered a 12" without knowing it was gluten free only (missed that on the menu). Our waitress was extremely understanding and fired up single slices for us. Those slices were huge on their own so we both were filled. I'm glad I got to bring a New Yorker here and myself being from Connecticut - we approve of this pizza! So good. read more

Ordered here on a stormy night specifically because they have a drive through pick up window. Unfortunately, they ignored us and we had to go park and enter the restaurant anyhow. The order was correct but the pizza was dry, bland and crust too burnt for my liking. Garlic knots are deep fried and not like traditional baked ones. They were NOT good. I would never order those again. I might try the pizza again and ask for extra sauce and make sure it wasn't burnt. This was our 2nd try eating their food. Maybe 3td time will be the charm? Woohoo! BF had been BEGGING Denver Biscuit Co to bring Fat Sully's to our 'hood, but finally gave up. Then I saw Katie F's review!!! They closed early yesterday, so we rushed over today. It's got a very bright, fresh vibe. We were seated quickly, and our server was GREAT. Nice blond guy. I did the self-serve coffee, and BF had iced tea. We ordered the Lights Out burger with waffle fries, and a monster 26" pizza, half cheese, half pepperoni and onion. BF insisted that I try the burger. YUM. Really juicy. Fries were delicious. The pizza was flawless. Thin, crispy crust lightly dusted with cornmeal, perfect ratio of cheese and sauce. Shoutout to their Merf's hot sauces! I had never tried them. The pineapple arbol and the berry arbol are the perfect balance of sweet and heat. The jalapeño lime packed more heat, and I skipped the mango and ghost pepper. Maybe another day :-) We're looking forward to returning again and again and again. We used to drive down to the Highlands for Fat Sully's! This location closes at 10 pm, but we'll see. This is my second time at "Atomic Cowboy" & it was amazing both times. The Strawberry spritz is delicious & I'm so thankful for a real mocktail menu! The garlic knots are so yummy & come with both white & red sauce to dip. The personal pizza slice is perfect for one, featured is pineapple & Canadian bacon. I felt like it could use more sauce personally, but that's a preference. The servers were very nice. However, the music was skipping the entire time out on the patio which made for a background annoyance throughout the meal. Hopefully they'll get it fixed. I love the vibes here!! read more

I like that they are the denver biscuit company in the morning and then Fat Sully's after that. It's a great concept. The pizza is huge! You can either get a while 26inch pie or order it by the slice. My daughter and I got the whole pie, it was a lot! But good, the crust is crunchy and very thin. Easily foldable. Probably best with less toppings, so it doesn't weigh down the crust. I enjoyed it but would just get a slice next time, it's plenty! We also shared the garlic parm wings, those are a must have. Their wings are crispy and really flavorful. They give you a lot too. Our server was attentive and really nice. I love their booths, big and comfy. I'm not kidding, the togo pizza is HUGE!!! 20" HUGE COSTCO SIZE SLICES. I've only ever tried the pepperoni and pineapple.. and toppings are freaking delicious! Excellent quality and the sauce and cheese and crust just melts in your mouth. It's a killer taste with the ranch.. delicious ranch! Good chewy crust, delicious flavor This pizza really is delicious.! Fried Oreo dough dessert - one of the top desserts I've ever had...Wow. Holy shit I've never had a worse first experience in my life. Heard good things about their garlic knots so my partner and I ordered delivery. Ordered 4 items. They forgot the egg we paid extra for on one burger, the onions on the other, and the sauce we paid extra for with the garlic knots. Garlic knots were okay, the rest of the food was mid at best. It's my go to place for New York style Pizza. Lots of toppings to choose from. Locally sourced too. If you want a nice place to get a bite or enjoy a dine-in only 26" pizza, stop by. Fat Sully's has really upped their game in my recent visit for their pizza. Sulley's pizza slices are enormous as advertised! What I loved this time was the crunch and chew, much better than the previous visit. Sauce was on point making for a nice visit. Service was top notch and the ambiance is pure fun sending you back to a 50's with a modern twist. First of all, our server kept making comments about the size of the pizza we ordered: which was literally the **only option** except for pre-cooked, re-heated pizza slices. First he tried to talk us out of ordering a pizza here. He said "are you sure you want a whole pizza?". Who isn't sure of that choice when they make it, I wonder. So my husband said "well we did see it was a really big pizza but it's the only one we can buy, right? The less large size said it's for take out only????" And our server replied, "yeah the such and such inch pizza is for take out only. The other pizza is 26 inches though. You want to order that? We have slices." My husband said "yeah my wife explicitly said she didn't want to order slices." Server: "okay, if you're sure...." And finally accepts our order. Then he comes by and brings my salad, huge salad btw but had lots of rotten and gooey old, dark, wet, lettuce and greens leaking onto everything so after finding my 3rd clump of that, I had to set it aside. They are not turning over their salads fast enough it seems and the quality had gone downhill fast. Anyway, so he drops it off and forgot the dressing and comes back and said, "hey, do you want me to put the pizza on a different table, it's pretty big" Good grief, I thought, yes, we heard that you thought it was too big of a pizza for us. There was another table he was serving that ordered slices and a giant pizza and he didn't ever comment to them such things or offer a different table for their pizza. I know, because I was surprised when a giant pizza came out for them and paid close attention to how they were treated. Finally our pizza comes out and he's not wrong, its massive. But it's also paper thin. Arguably too thin because after it got cooler it became kinda brittle and hard in several spots. My husband wolfs down 3 giant slices. My toddler eats lots of one. I have one and a half. There's half a pizza left. And the Pizza Gods didn't come down and punish us for our mistakes and failure to eat the full pizza. We just took it home and ate leftovers like we often do with any size pizzas we order. And all was good in the world. What this guy didn't know was that there was a very specific and special reason we came in there and his weird pizza size issues sort of ruined it for me. I grew up super poor and saw New York style pizza sold at fairs and things and never got to try it. When I was finally an adult I was a broke student and still had a lack of ability to afford that kind of pizza, in the Midwest there weren't joints that sold by style pizza ever. So it was a big deal to me to find super super thin NY style pizza being sold at a restaurant that was anything like what got sold at fairs and festivals. And before we came I told me husband this story and said I wanted to order one with just pepperoni and kind of pretend I was having the hot fresh fair pizza of my childhood. He agreed and we had a fun adventure in mind. This store only sells slices or a giant pizza so we were forced into that size. Why we couldn't have been allowed to order what we wanted in peace, I don't know. But there was a broke kid in me that was already embarrassed by the size and cost. :) I can afford pizza now, please just let me have it in peace and joy. I promise we eat the extra. ;) Over all, I don't know if I'd come back. I don't want to be pressured about food ever. I find that really socially awkward in general. On the other hand, we did like the pizza. I'd recommend the restaurant change their menu and allow anyone to order any size for eating in or carrying out, and training servers better on not down-selling their customers and instead accepting orders graciously, despite their opinions. You might not know what's motivating people's choices, they could be fulfilling childhood pizza fantasizes lol. But even if we just wanted a giant hot fresh pizza, just cause we love pizza... let people order it in peace, please:) read more

I went there yesterday on a Friday (03/17/23) during lunchtime with a co-worker. It was my first time there, so I was pretty excited. When we arrived, it was soooo packed, so we decided to order carry out. We were directed to the back bar area to place our orders. My first issue: Even though she saw two of us standing there, she only gave my co-worker a menu. I had to ask/get her attention to get one for myself. Second Issue: We placed our orders, and was told to go wait in the corner like children until it's ready. Third Issue: Someone else came (a man) close to 10 mins after we did to place his carry out order, yet he was able to hang out around the counter area where he placed his order. Fourth Issue: The guy's order was ready before ours. Fifth Issue: It took almost 30 plus minutes for us to receive our orders. Six Issue: When I finally got my order (one slice of pizza with 3 toppings), it was extremely cold, so what was all the wait for? My co-worker just order some type of biscuit sandwich with extra gravy. It makes me wonder if she purposely tried to waste another person's lunchtime? To say that I will NEVER go back to this place is about the nicest thing I can say about this establishment. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. read more

We went to the centennial co location for dinner. We always go to one of the Denver locations and for a month we have been wanting to go but living in the Parker area going to Denver sometimes needs to be more planned out. Well your new location we noticed finally was serving pizza now so we were excited to go. The server was so so very nice but the location was dead and the pizza was horrible. We never have horrible pizza from you guys but this time it looked like it was reheated and I mean overly overheated. I have attached pictures we took of it when we got home. Your pizza online and what you normally make at the Denver locations is fresh, has cheese you can taste and not stiff as a board with no taste like this was. We are from NJ and love our pizza and love your other locations but $70.00 later for a large pie some cocktails an app and this was the cost for a disappointing meal. It makes us sad to go out to eat anymore. We went there for dinner on 1/8 this was our pizza that looks like reheated pizza which is what it tasted like too! Not fresh. We have an ooni pizza oven at home and make great pizza out of it (not NY style) which is why we were craving here but was quickly disappointed. Pizza is great. Service is horrible. On three occasions we've ordered pick up. You get a time your pizza will be ready to pick up and you show up only to be told your pizza isn't ready. I've waited 30+ minutes after the time I am told it will be ready all 3 times. They never care and continue to take long past promised time. If you read other reviews, it's all the same issues. They take forever and don't care. It's a shame because the pizza is the best in the area. read more
