Papa's Public House is awesome! I was asked to sub in for a drummer in a local band I know, The Lunchables, so we played there this past Friday. The bar itself is small with an even smaller stage, but where it lacks in size, it excels in everything else. There are clearly a good amount of local regulars that go there and for good reason. It feels like a place that will remember your name after one visit. The alcohol selection seemed decent (I can't say for sure as I am always happy with cheap beer) and although I didn't try the food there, my bandmates said that the hot dog was really good and the birria grilled cheese is to die for. I will make sure I go back and try them both! If you are looking for a good time at a local bar with good people, Papa's Public House is your place! This was our first visit to Papa's Public House, and we were thoroughly impressed! The restaurant was spotless, had a great atmosphere, and the wait staff was attentive from the moment we walked in. Olivia did an outstanding job taking care of us, and Phil was excellent as well. We were hoping to see Murph, but maybe next time! I had the all-you-can-eat wings, and they were fantastic. My wife ordered the hamburger, and she really enjoyed it. Between the great food, friendly service, and welcoming atmosphere, we'll definitely be back. Was visiting a friend in the area and decided to try out this place for some dinner. It's in a strip mall type plaza with plenty of parking and there was some type of event happening that night that made seating limited for walk-ins, but we luckily found the last four top that was available. You have a pretty good view of the entire place from outside, it definitely gives bar vibes, but is also a good place to bring the kids for a quick easy meal. The service was great, we were greeted quickly and the wage that gave her recommendations between different dishes when I asked. People come in for the Birria grilled cheese so I decided to give it a try. My friends decided to have the wings. I was a little disappointed in the sandwich, the bread was already very soggy when it came out, when combined with the tenderness of the meat, melted cheese and consommé for dipping, it turned into a mushy mess. The flavors were good though. My friends were also a little underwhelmed by the wings. The meatball sub looked pretty good and if I came back, I would try that, I appreciate the staff's friendliness and attention to our needs read more

What a great find!! Previous reviewers are spot on. I hope this place has the option to expand in the future. My husband and I stopped in and it was perfect. 6-7 tv screens and a variety of NFL games and of course the Broncos. Greeted by several staff. Courteous and friendly to be sure. We had toasted ravioli and a tasty marinara. I had the house burger and fries. Very yummy. My guy had a birria grilled cheese and a bowl of green chili and loved it. Sorry Papa's Public House but I didn't love too much about your bar and grill but first I must say the owner and staff were very friendly and Murph even bought me a shot of Jameson. I feel like everything was ok like the beer selection and food menu but just ok. I got their house IPA which was good not great. I got a 6 piece wings with the dry rub. I feel like there was wayyyy to much rub on the wings and rub was a little smokey and a little maple tasting but I ultimately didn't really like the flavor. It just kind of a bland space with a drop ceiling and small overhead LED can lights. A very plain back bar. I was told their is live music on Fridays and Saturdays. My fiance and I live five minutes up the street, we just started coming here regularly and we are so impressed! The food is unforgettable (especially the pulled pork sliders and the street tacos). Service was awesome, we've had Tena as our server the last couple of times and she's always providing great service. Tonight we went for trivia for the first time and it was so fun even though we knew like none of the answers. CJ, the one in charge of trivia is super fun, we talked with Kenny and Bob for a while they seem really nice. 10/10 recommend!
