Cute place that immediately felt homey. Very attentive staff. I came in expecting breakfast given the cafe in the name, so creole was a surprise. Picky eaters need to be mindful, it seemed like substitutions weren't really possible. But 5 stars just because I had the best pork chop there I've ever had. It was so good I shamelessly ordered another one to go.

Ordered from Nono's togo thought it was OK. I was kind of bummed the jambalaya was a seasonal dish especially it being a Creole restaurant. I ended up getting the Beef Stroganoff since it seemed like another popular dish on the menu. I'm not sure if the togo box made the portion look smaller or if ordering togo means getting a smaller portion, but for the cost of the dish I wasn't sure the portion size was worth it. The dish itself was not bad, not overly salty (which is important to me). It was worth a try and I may be down to come back to try the jambalaya whenever that is back in season, but not sure Nono's would be my top choice.

Went with a group of friends for dinner. Food was amazing. The steak was cooked perfectly (melted in the mouth) and the blackened chicken was so juicy Service was amazing!!

NoNo's Knows how much I Adore their Famous Spaghetti and Meatballs I Rave about it constantly. They haven't had it for 9 Months, until tonight. The Flavor of the Tender Meatballs and the Sauce is the Best Spaghetti and Meatballs I have Ever Had. I also ordered their Key Lime Pie, which was their Special Dessert tonight. Again, OMG It was the Best Key Lime Pie I have Ever Had. Extremely Unique in Flavor, not too Sweet or too Tart. I have Leftovers. You must go and try their Famous Spaghetti and Meatballs, which will only be available through tomorrow 4/4/25.

Shepherd's pie was pretty good, but I would've liked more peas instead of corn. They really loaded the corn. Side of mac was weird. It had good flavor, but the pasta was in the shape of long tubes. I've had mac with elbow pasta and penne, but never this one. I don't think I liked it. Beignets and strawberry margarita were outstanding. This is probably more of a seafood place, since it's New Orleans type food. Waitress was very nice and attentive.

SERIOUSLY the Best cajun restaurant in my life. This place is authentic. Fresh flavors. Service is always fast: their servers are friendly. We enjoyed the atmosphere here it was always laid back and casual. Great for kids. Our favorite spot when we lived in Colorado out of all cities. I regular find myself drooling just thinking of the amazing Pink Strawberry cake I ordered an entire cake for mu birthday one year. If I could buy that cake recipe I would! Seriously! Smothered catfish was epic, sauce amazing! Oh how I miss NoNo's cafe.

We visited NoNos around 3pm, so we did not deal with the lunch or dinner rish. So overall, parking was easy. The service was good and attentive. Because we sat in the patio area, it may be a little harder to get someone to check. But even with that, the server did come and check in frequently. Now the food: I did enjoy their cornbread. They add pickled jalapeños in it, which was perfect with the butter and cornmeal. We ordered two entres: Blackened catfish and the beef stroganoff. If I had to pick one, I highly recommend the blackened catfish. The sauce was full of cajun spices and the first bite was an explosion of flavor in our mouths. It was creamy and with the blackened catfish that was slightly l seasoned was perfectly balanced. The beef stroganoff was underwhelming. Although creamy, I will say it was lacking seasoning. I had to add some salt, and wished that it had a deeper flavor. But overall, the food was delicious. Next time, I'd like to try their kicken blackened chicken.

    Crawfish Monica is REALLY GOOD!

My daughter ordered the Eggs Jennifer with crispy potatoes which goes well with their homemade ketchup. You gotta try it. My dad and I shared the bowl of gumbo. Gotta have some with their homemade hot sauce. Yummy roux. And my husband's fave is the sausage gravy. My fork tends to wander around the table so I feel like it was a very fulfilling meal! Service is always friendly and I love all of the Mardi Gras and N'Orleans decorations. I even recognized the picture of Lafitte's bar, the oldest bar in New Orleans on their wall that's a local legend that used to serve pirates. I would LOVE if Lucile's would take over the open spot on Simms, north of 6th, that used to be Campfire Lakewood. Heavenly delights with mounds of white sugar like Scarface in heaven. Maple Sausage flutters her eyes and exclaims "The dough was fluffy on the inside but crispy on the outside like a good tortoise that's been at the zoo for 100 years and you've come to form a parasocial relationship with. Every time you return, it's there." We've also ordered a round of beverages, as varied in colors as the rainbow on a rainy sunny day. Silly Sausage has ordered the chicory coffee. "Chicory notes. Violin. Fur Elise." Lil Chile Sausage has ordered the fresh-squeezed grapefruit juice. "It's magical. Sorcerer's apprentice from Fantasia, for sure. Like when the waters from the well flood, but it's grapefruit juice. I'm drinking the grapefruit juice to stop the flooding." And Cutie Pie Sausage sips on his Bloody Mary. "Top 3 bloody Mary's ever. Other top 2 are in Idaho springs and urban farmer. Pickle spice is awesome. THICK TOMATO!!" Oohhh... Ahh... The flavors are resplendent! But wait... Our entrees are arriving! Maple and I have ordered the red beans and rice. Maple slurps her beans and chews her rice, but breaks to consume her biscuit all in go. "The biscuit was unreal. Rb&r are delicious. Sausage has a little bit of spice, but not an overwhelming amount of spice... Like a jazz band walking down Bourbon Street in my mouth. I can hear 'When the Saints go Marching in...'" Lil Chile has ordered the blackened salmon plate. While speaking to his fish and asking for blessing to consume it's flesh, he remarks "Wow! I'm properly full. Nice notes of spicy and Louisiany. I feel like Shia Labeouf - I'm ready to rage! I'm ready to choke someone out." Silly has ordered the blackened salmon po boy. As she wraps up eating her meal, the voice of The Spirit of Food speaks through her, "It tasted like Mardi gras. I was getting the beads... You know what I was doing to get the beads" And finally, Cutie Pie has ordered the Biscuits and sausage and gravy. He leans back in his chair, full as can be. "It was overly indulgent, but I'm highly satisfied. I feel like a hippo, not a violent hippo, that needs to sleep." Life is so short and community feels out of reach. The world is in flames and we stare into our phones to obsess over humanity's self-hatred. COUGH COUGH! The spirit of community lives in Lucile's. Our belly's and hearts are full, yet we are light as a feather. Our experience here will DEFINITELY be coming back to the bedroom. Thank you, Lucky's!

I went with the smoked sausage, ribs, green chili mac and cheese with baked beans. The sides were all good, the smoked sausage was the stand out and the ribs could be better. I do understand the difference between a little char and burnt pieces, however mine were more burnt and it was a detractor from the ribs. I ended up trying to pull that part off and eat the softer parts. In the game of bbq, you're gonna have a few pieces that are in direct heat and have more flame exposure, just don't give those pieces to me. Capable of cash, card and contactless payments with no hidden surcharges like many places seem to be doing. The portions were plenty and enough to share or to make two meals if you're watching your intake. Parking is along the street and pay attention to the signs. Some areas have time limits and there's a garage nearby if you choose. I drove by because on the main street, it seems unassuming until you're looking for their signage. Around the corner are other businesses and some residences so it threw me off a bit. If in the area, I would dine here again to explore more of the menu. Of course, if you go later in the day, the chance that they'll run out of an item is higher.
