Lobster Ravioli.

Went today ordered Crab Cakes which were delicious and Lobster Ravioli in a Problemo (sp) sauce. The lobster was good, but there was too much sauce! Also ordered Creme Brûlée, was good and rich, My waiter was phenomenal. Beautiful restaurant,

Ok. It's not a colossal size, but it's yummy cheesecake

I first visited HiLo a few years ago. But, visiting my parents I was delighted when they wanted to go there. Steve treats them so well and they love feeling like family. Jackson, JT, Ana, and Kevin all treat them kindly and make the place a home kitchen for them. But, don't think the awesome people are the only reason we love this place. The food is top notch. The salmon is a must and the chicken piccata is another favorite. If you visit here, please tell them I said thank you for tasting my parents so well. They are in their 90's and they absolutely love visiting their other family at HiLo. I hope you love it as much as we do

We have been here for dinner several times and decided to go for Mother's Day brunch. The food was ok, not exceptional and portions were small. But my biggest complaint is that our tip amount was entered incorrectly (40% more) by the server and our credit card company brought it to our attention. We have sent two emails, and I have called twice only to leave messages with staff for the owner/manager to not be returned. It has been nearly two weeks. I really expect better attention from a small business.

We really loved this place. It's so cute inside and they also have a patio in the front. We went mid afternoon for a late lunch/ early dinner since we were heading to Red Rocks for a concert. Anyways, we were the only people in there. The service was great. I couldn't decide between two of the happy hour wines, so our server/host/bartender gave me a sample. I chose the Pinot noir. It was a great buy at the happy hour price. I ordered the roasted garden veggie sandwich. It was so good, with squash, peppers, onions, Swiss cheese and sun dried tomatoes. What really made the sandwich was the sauce and the bun. The bun was so crispy outside and soft inside and the sauce was a little sweet spicy. The side salad was really good, too. My husband had the chicken picatta which had a light sauce and came with grilled veggies. It was topped with capers. Really a great meal and very reasonably priced. I wish I lived nearby. I would go here often.

Spaghetti and chicken parm

First time at Hilo and we were super excited to check it out! We were seated quickly and looked over their extensive wine list. First was their bread with house made pesto which my boyfriend thoroughly enjoyed. I had the pan seared salmon which was incredible - it came with Parmesan creamed rice which was delicious but still light. My boyfriend had the chicken parmesean + spaghetti which he loved. Jackson was our server - he was very attentive and gave us great recommendations! Food came out in a very timely manner. The vibe here is casual and inviting. The space was very clean, nicely lit, and busy, but not overly crowded. We will definitely be coming back and can see this place becoming a regular spot for us!

The food, atmosphere and service was excellent. I had the filet mignon with mashed potatoes and green beans and it was phenomenal. Our server (Holley, if I'm remembering correctly) was exceptional! We will most definitely be back when we're in the area.

Food was fantastic. I had the seared salmon. It was cooked and seasoned to perfection. I ordered the chopped salad with blue cheese salad dressing as an appetizer. That was the best salad I've had in 10 years. I know that's strange to say about a salad, but it was freaking amazing. Service was fast and very friendly. My Diet Coke glass was always full. The dining room is ultra clean and beautifully appointed. Convenient parking right outside the door. I'm a tourist, but if I lived here I'd be eating here frequently.

No Name Grill is a great neighborhood bar in a strip mall across from Southwest Plaza. The bartender doubled as our server and even though she was the only employee out front, she kept everyone happy and did so with a genuine caring attitude. When we told her we had never been in before, she welcomed us and shared some of her favorite items on the menu. We decided to split the turkey melt with chips and it was good. The snake bites were a nice starter. Jalapeños wrapped in bacon and filled with cream cheese never disappoint and the buffalo ranch that came with it was a bonus. Pours are strong and cheap. Happy Hour runs M-F 11-6pm with $3 domestic pints and $1 off wells ($3.75 for a vodka soda!) Filled with colorful regulars of all ages with a Touchtune selection that allowed them to joke with each other through song selections, had me laughing and singing along. Where else can you hear Loverboy's "Hot Girls In Love"? followed up by Celine Dion's "My Heart Will Go On" playing loudly and proudly at noon? Near, far, wherever you are...I am glad we stumbled upon this No Name Grill.

I ordered the meat lovers omelette with sourdough toast, and green chili on the side. I wanted English breakfast black tea, which they did not have so I ordered chai tea and whipped up my own concoction. It actually turned out well. The server was nice and she helped as much as she could when it came to the tea. She brought out as much as she could too hopefully satisfy my tea craving. There wasn't much to the restaurant. The ambience was fine typical Colorado decor. There was a lot of wood throughout the restaurant. The latch on the women's restroom stall did not lock. Luckily there was no one else in the restroom when I went. I had never heard of this restaurant. I was only there because I was catching a ride with one of my friends to the wedding. I had no intention to have breakfast with the groomsmen. My food came out to $24.58 (August 2026) which was nice. I didn't break the bank on brunch. If I am ever on that side of town again in the morning, which is not very likely, I wouldn't mind stopping by and having a quick bite to eat.

What more could one want? The menu isn't extensive but is ample, and it's all scratch made. Some items are available all day, paired with brunch items earlier and dinner entrees later. We couldn't resist the goat cheese dip, and it was amazing. Lightly gamey, as might be expected with goat cheese, but softened by greens and chopped walnuts on toast. It was a large serving, and we spooned out every last bit. We each added a half Caesar salad, one with salmon topping sans anchovies (real anchovies!) and the other with Cajun shrimp minus the pickled onions. The dressing was a true, flavorful Caesar, though if you don't like a lot you may want to ask for it to be lightly dressed or on the side. Our server volunteered having the salads chopped, and we accepted. We were both pleased with the results. The salmon was cooked to perfection with a light pink center, and the shrimp were spicy but a perfect blend with the coolness of the salad. I can't omit the peach iced tea, different from any I've had before. I usually avoid sweetened tea (unless I'm in the South, where I find sweet tea irresistible), but our server said they blend 2 c of sugar with 20 lb of peaches to make a near jam and blend it with the tea. That seemed like little enough sugar that I accepted and was glad I did. It truly did taste like a jam-tea blend. It was sweet, though, so if you don't like sweet tea, it may not be your thing. Between the appetizer and the half salads, we were full enough to need little dinner later. Two added bonuses--a takeout charcuterie shack that will custom make beautiful boards from mini to full size (also available on the restaurant menu) and a dedicated outdoor seating area for diners with dogs. We were in Denver house/dogsitting for our adult children. They're foodies but have never tried this place, and we loved it enough to hope to go again with them when they return. A true winner.
