As an original Midwest gal, I love me some Detroit Style Pizzas, so I was happy to see a Jet's Pizza not too far from me. Their online order system was super smooth and easy. The deals were prominently at the top and selecting your menu items was a breeze. Bonus, the online ordering system allowed us to order and pay cash in-person! Annnd, we were able to order well-done wings not just regular bake. We decided on Triple Cheese Turbo Stix, Hot Jet's Wings (Buffalo), and the Jet 10 Detroit Style Pizza. You can select the usual S-XL sizes but they also have 8-corner and Party Size. Everything was ready in the time they say it would on the confirmation receipt. We had exact change. And we were out as soon as we were in. One thing was that we did order extra butter garlic dipping sauce that didn't make it in our boxes. They had been my go-to for years, despite them being more expensive than most delivery chains. There had been a few slip ups, but we generally understood. This last order however, was the straw that broke the camel's back, so to speak. We had ordered two pizzas, one of which was a Hawaiian with extra cheese. The website quoted 35-50 minutes for delivery. Over an hour later I called to follow up, and was indifferently told that they had one driver and there were three orders ahead of me. The pizzas arrived after 90 minutes. The Hawaiian had virtually no cheese. We did not call back since we had hungry children and could not wait for another delivery, god only knows how long that would have taken. Operational challenges happen, but update your website so that customers know what to expect. Especially when customers like myself leave a 20% tip in good faith at the time of ordering. This is also not the first time that Jet's couldn't tell the difference between "extra" and "light" cheese. I reported this incident to the Jet's "Contact Us" web page, and no one has bothered to return my message. Not even a "whoops, we're sorry." You've screwed me over for the last time Jet's Pizza. read more

I kept getting ads for this place on Facebook so I finally decided to try it. I'm so glad I did! The pizza here is fantastic. I ordered the Jet10 deep dish pizza. It is basically a vegetable supreme pizza with pepperoni, ham, hamburger, Italian sausage, and bacon. It sounds like a lot but it was perfect. This is a Detroit style pizza so it is not heavy on the cheese or anything, but very tasty and thick. I ordered online for pickup and I was able to get 20% off. When I went in to go pick up the pizza, I could smell the delicious bread. It reminded me of how Pizza Hut used to smell back in the day but better. I highly recommend trying this place out. I ordered a Detroit medium style pizza and received a round pizza. They give the option to pick up online a medium Detroit style but the online server shows as a round medium for Jets pizza employees. The fact that this is the second time that it happens to me says that they really don't care about their customers. First time I thought I made a mistake but come to learn it is Jets server that does not offer a medium Detroit style pizza, then maybe they should update their menu. And the fact that we paid more but received less is bizarre. read more

Well I ordered an 8-corner ($5 off) then went to the screen to select meats, veggies, crust, etc. Having done everything I needed correctly (I think). I checked out. Pizza only, no drinks or salad. My bill came to over $43!!! For 1 pizza!!! Thank goodness I got $5 off otherwise my 1 pizza would have cost almost $50 ... for 1 pizza. It appears their regular pizzas cost $19 - $26 so I'm baffled why the extra cost. Was in a hurry so didn't inquire further but gads! Did I get snookered? On top of that I really don't understand the 8 corner concept because my 1 pizza only had 4 corners. read more

Jet's is a great local pizza place! Their prices are more than fair and the portions are great. We usually opt for the bbq chicken pizza and get the 8 square deep dish one. It is absolutely delicious! They have the regular bbq chicken but then they also have an aloha bbq chicken with pineapple, yum. They have two different options for discounts, if you call your order in you get 15% off, but if you text you get 20% off. I've tried the texting one (never heard of that before) and it was SUPER easy. Highly recommend Jets, we love it! read more

This is really good pizza, and they've tapped into a niche market with their "Detroit style". I'd describe it as being kind of "fluffier" than Chicago style. They have so many intriguing crust flavoring options and a decent selection of toppings. I was a little disappointed to not see artichoke hearts as one of them though. Second time this location has completely screwed us. Ordered pizza for 6pm delivery tonight with my parents watching our children as we enjoyed a movie out. Didn't show up until 6:45 with no communication. On Easter I ordered online with a bunch of people over waiting. Said a delivery time. Didn't show up so after 40 mins past delivery time I call and they are closed. When people plan ahead for important things you need to be reliable. Went online and saw they had a text to order option and they gave 20% off for this option. Extremely easy to order using using this method. I don't live in Colorado, but was there recently visiting my sick grandma in the hospital. She'd had enough hospital food and said she wanted pizza, so I found this place locally and ordered us pizza for dinner. The online robot ordering system was a bit odd, but it got the order right. The pizza was great. Grandma said it's the best she'd had in years and Jets is her new favorite local pizza place. Good reviews from Grandma are the only ones that matter. read more

Direct mismatch to Menu picture and what arrived! I ordered a medium pizza with butter crust and an 8x8 THIN crust pizza showed up. Don't get me wrong, it had good flavor, but it was definitely not as described. I'm not sure if Yelp provides the pictures or if Jets does, but it was an upset. That $16.50 medium pizza was only made for one. Luckily we ordered wings and didn't starve. Wings were OK, nothing special. 8 wings for $9, no dipping sauce included, no veggies either.
