Tonight I visited Rosati's Pizza's far east location, nearly on c470 east and ordered a mini combo pizza with Rosati's infamous thin crust. Apparently this chain is an Illinois sensation. You're savoring a legend or a Midwest landmark by merely frequenting this restaurant. I don't know what to make of it. It was neither overwhelmingly positive nor a fail. The positives are that the cheese and crust are good, not spectacular, but good. The crust itself isn't particularly tasty, but almost biscuit like. It's ok. It isn't too chewy or bread-y to be a distraction. But it isn't crunchy either. The red sauce is overtly sweet. I didn't care for it. Toppings fall off of the crust. So there isn't regular --you could say--pizza construction or topping adhesion present. The actual sausage and pepperoni to me seemed ordinary, not of the highest caliber/quality. They are generous with the ingredients. If I didn't know better, it tastes awfully salty. The environs are challenged as it is harsh inside. You're greeted with bright lighting and a sea of large screen tvs with live acoustics. It's a nice facility, busy, and from what I can tell, well liked. The owners were present and were quite affable, caring greatly about my perspectives on their pizza. If this place wasn't linked with Chicago, I don't think it would necessarily thrive. It is expensive for a 12 " pizza. Yet due to the abundance of ingredients, imminently shareable. In other words, it is a pricey but once it arrives, you can see how filling it is. To me, if I am going to dine on thin crust pizza, I'd rather hit Marcos coal fired on Larimer as their ingredients are to me, uniquely special. I think that if you hail from Chicago suburbs, you owe it to yourself to visit this Rosati's store. read more

I have never been accused of having a fake ID before from the bartender from August 5, 2026. He asked me for my address and I didn't feel comfortable sharing that information with him because I have the right to refuse and I thought he was gonna steal my ID and turn me in with something. If you live in the neighborhood, this will be your new spot. Man cave central! Never seen soooo many TVs for sports. Used to go to one in Encinitas (San Diego) all the time. Last night I drove 25 minutes to have some pizza! Thin crust is my preference, but you cannot go wrong. Easy parking and the owners who happened to be there were really hospitable! Hopping place!! It was crowded and alive with people bustling everywhere. Large TVs surround the restaurant playing different sports games. Full bar. They make a tasty Bloody Mary. Bar tender came to the table to talk about the new Bloody Mary mix and wanted to know if I liked it. Server was excellent and she checked back often. I had spaghetti and meatballs and Brian had a huge pizza. Food was superb. Bathrooms were clean. Prices were reasonable. Parking is in a lot outside. Handicap accessible. They have take-out. First time trying Rosati's. Ordered online and the pie was exactly as ordered. They were behind at the counter with a lot of people waiting for to go orders but the staff was working hard to handle them. This was good Chicago style. This is a great pizza addition to the neighborhood! They have so many food options! Pizza, subs, pastas, salads, apps (wings!), and don't forget the cannoli!! Oh my goodness, that dessert dish is delish! Pizzas come thin, double, or Chicago deep dish style crust. Slices are available early in the day, I think until 3pm? They have a full service bar. Be prepared if you are going to watch a big game. They have lots of tvs with plenty of sports options to watch. It can be crowded. All of the staff have been very friendly and attentive. The space isn't huge but there are several tables. Sort of placed close together, but when people want pizza, you do what you gotta do! Food is prepared when ordered so expect a little wait. Good food takes time. Made to order food takes time! Go get some and enjoy! read more

We really wanted to make this our neighborhood favorite and have tried several times. Not only is the pizza a let down with unbalanced sauce (when there IS any) and limited toppings with each option we have tried, but the wings were clearly fried in week-old oil. No wonder they offered a 2-for-1 on them. I would suggest going elsewhere. read more

I'm a Chicagoan who moved to CO quite a while ago. I've been excited about Rosatti's opening near me in Centennial. When I saw they were finally open, dinner plans changed and I picked up a pizza to bring home. I'd never been to Rosatti's when I lived in Chicago. I was a Malnati's or Gulliver's guy but we were really happy with Rosatti's pizza. We ordered a deep dish, pan pizza, which is refreshingly not "quite" as heavy and gooey as Giordano's stuffed pizza, which we had to head all the way downtown for. The sauce was not overly salty or sweet and would have been just as delicious on pasta. The sausage was well seasoned. I appreciated the chunks of tomato in the sauce, as they have back home. UPDATE, ordered again. This might be the last time. We got a to-go order. $30 for two 6" sub (meatball and chicken parm) and both had the cheese placed on top and wrapped in foil. When we opened them up, most of the melted cheese was on the foil. Too expensive to have this error made. We ordered 3 different items. Rosati's hits the mark for pizza and beer. Staff is always welcoming and efficient. The owner is often present and very eager to hear your thoughts. I lived in Chicago area for 40 years and it's an accurate presentation of Chicago Tavern style Pizza. Now they need to put a location in Monument. It would kill! read more

Their pizza- when hot and fresh- is fantastic. But the service at the restaurant is mediocre at best. And the restaurant itself is tiny, meaning the waits are long, limited space to takeout waiting and the kitchen is sloooooow. We ordered our pizza at 5pm. When we went to pick it up, they canceled our order because they were behind on making pizzas. It took us 20 minutes to get through the take out line just to find out there was no food ready. Absolutely ridiculous. They don't have a system in order to manage the volume of orders. There are 20 people working there, it shouldn't take over an hour to make a pizza. Management needs an overhaul!! read more

First, a large group came in shortly after we sat down. We were asked to move so they could put the large group where we were. We said fine although it wasn't appreciated. From then on the waitress ignored us, no drink refills no checking in with us. Now the other group had extensive service during this time. We believe she forgot to put our order in because it took forever. Then she must have ignored our pizza when it was ready because it was lukewarm warm when we got it to take it home. Per usual Rosati's has great food. That being said,the service was terrible. There were multiple times we watched the new owner pour drinks for himself. It was almost impossible to get the attention of the bartender and other staff as they seemed to be almost avoiding customers for refills or orders. I ordered a sausage, pepperoni and black olive calzone. When I got home, I found out they gave me a jalapeño and pineapple calzone. What the heck! I would not recommend Rosati's at this time. I love this place! I have only dined in so I can't speak to delivery. The food was incredible. Great pizza! Lots of TVs to watch. Service was good for a very busy night. I also applauded them for showing what they choose to show on their TV and not changing their beliefs and values because someone got their feelings hurt.
