Hopping place!! It was crowded and alive with people bustling everywhere. Large TVs surround the restaurant playing different sports games. Full bar. They make a tasty Bloody Mary. Bar tender came to the table to talk about the new Bloody Mary mix and wanted to know if I liked it. Server was excellent and she checked back often. I had spaghetti and meatballs and Brian had a huge pizza. Food was superb. Bathrooms were clean. Prices were reasonable. Parking is in a lot outside. Handicap accessible. They have take-out. They need to expand to the next space if possible.

First time trying Rosati's. Ordered online and the pie was exactly as ordered. They were behind at the counter with a lot of people waiting for to go orders but the staff was working hard to handle them. This was good Chicago style. The sauce is a bit on the sweet side but tasty. Brand new restaurant with bar and table seating. I will definitely be back.

I'm from Chicago and I was excited about this place first. I placed order for deep dish and thin crust pizza. They told me 45 min for pickup. Came in and they didn't even start making it. Ended up waiting over 2 HOURS total for 2 medium pizzas. My deep dish did not even have ingredients I paid for. SKIP THIS PLACE and go to Dominos instead. For the OWNERS - go to Chicago and learn how to run business properly and train your staff proper customer service! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Great service and delicious pizza! Being from the Chicago area, I really appreciate having this option nearby.

UPDATE, ordered again. This might be the last time. We got a to-go order. $30 for two 6" sub (meatball and chicken parm) and both had the cheese placed on top and wrapped in foil. When we opened them up, most of the melted cheese was on the foil. Too expensive to have this error made. We ordered 3 different items. Son rated the chicken fettucine alfredo 10/10 Friend rated the meatball sub 8/10 I rated the calzone 6.5/10 - didn't love the seasoning on the dough Overall 4/5 rating for our first time trying this new restaurant.

I'm a Chicagoan who moved to CO quite a while ago. I've been excited about Rosatti's opening near me in Centennial. When I saw they were finally open, dinner plans changed and I picked up a pizza to bring home. I'd never been to Rosatti's when I lived in Chicago. I was a Malnati's or Gulliver's guy but we were really happy with Rosatti's pizza. We ordered a deep dish, pan pizza, which is refreshingly not "quite" as heavy and gooey as Giordano's stuffed pizza, which we had to head all the way downtown for. The sauce was not overly salty or sweet and would have been just as delicious on pasta. The sausage was well seasoned. I appreciated the chunks of tomato in the sauce, as they have back home. I didn't realize it but I walked in on opening night. The staff were

Everybody working there is super friendly too. Now on to the main topic. We tried some of the thin crust and the Detroit style.... Both were significantly better than other pizza you can get in a walk in place around here. Perfectly crispy, amazing yummy edge and corners. But also a great thick crust dough on the Detroit style. The thin crust has those same amazing crispy edges . This place is great and we will be back.

I really wanted to like this place!!…read more Back story... I stopped in on a Friday afternoon, around 12:45. The place is not that busy. The sign at the front says to wait to be seated. One of the staff (blonde girl) walks up to th me stand, puts menus in the holder, and walks away. No greeting, no eye contact, nada! About 3 minutes later, another member of staff (male) says someone will be right with me. After a couple more minutes, I am asked if I want to sit at the bar or a table. I chose table (I wanted a pizza and the room to spread out) and off we go. This may have been my downfall... So I am sat down and the male staff member gives me a menu and says my server will be right over. She comes over from behind the bar (blonde girl from before) and is super friendly, explaining the menu and takes my drink order. She the comes back with my beer, along with a flyer with a QR code for me to sign up for their loyalty program (I will then get $10 off my first order). I figure that's a good deal and after she takes my food order (2 small "Detroiter Pizza" for $10 a pie, as it is "313" day (March 13th)), I download the app and sign up. Here is where the really frustrating part comes up. I sit a and wait over 35 minutes for my pizza to arrive. Now there was food presented to me multiple times during my wait, but it wasn't my order (cheese pizza paraded around to multiple tables). I finally am brought my to-go pizza (I had ordered 2 smalls - 1 to eat there, 1 for takeaway), but waited another 15 minutes for my actual meal. During this time, no one comes by to check on my table or ask if I need anything (beer glass has been empty for 10 minutes). The male staff member asks multiple tables around me if all was good and if they need anything, but suspiciously skips asking me. So I finally just call out to him and ask if my pizza is still coming out or not. To the actual pizza.... It was FANTASTIC (which makes me leaving this 1 star review hard). I thoroughly enjoyed the crust, the cheese, and the sauce on top and even with all the issues already laid out, I'd thought I would likely return. But... here is why I will not. When I checked my banking app earlier today, I have 2 charges from Via 313. The first charge is what I signed for via their mobile device that was brought to my table, but the second is for $18 and change and I have no idea what that is about? With this many cock-ups and shady charges, I simply cannot recommend Via 313!

It was a little disappointing that they couldn't get the Bronco game on any of the 3 big TV's but the manager did try. It was also distracting that everything time someone came through the door it would slam shut. The spaghetti bolognese wasn't bad. It was a good sized portion and came with a garlic knot but the sauce was a little watery. The side salad was large with tons of green peppers, onions and olives. We also had a large supreme pizza which was loaded with toppings and had a nice, crispy crust. They definitely don't skimp on ingredients. I think the floors could have been cleaner because there was visible trash under the tables (see photo) and the smell on the way back to the restrooms was terrible. But the food quality and service were above average.

Everyone ordered different items at the table and we all got to taste a bit of everyone's food. There wasn't a single dish that wasn't out of this world delicious. This place was jam packed and I never had to wait for a drink refill or to have plates cleared from the table. Can't wait to go back to this place soon!

Unfortunately, Na Favola does not eliminate the fact that 'great Italian restaurant' and 'in Denver metro' remains an oxymoron. We ordered the Focaccia bread. That was delicious, and the olive oil and vinegar mix was tasty. I ordered the Tagliatelle au Ragu. First of all, they gave me Tagliolini, *not* Tagliatelle. And the Ragu was a 1/2 liter. Really? That's not how the Romans do it. The other person in the party ordered Amatriciana. Kind of meh. We've had amazing Amatriciana in Rome, this fell short. The tiramisu dessert was amazing. The service was well paced. We sat in the side area. The main area (where you enter) is very noisy. So this is a bit of a generous 4 star review. The pizzas look great - we might come back here to try them. This place is good, not great, but it is better than most Italian restaurants in the Denver metro. Which, sad to say, is a low metric to exceed.
