I had ordered door dash for some wings, I order 10 hot boneless wings and 5 lemon pepper and 5 garlic parmesan. All of the wings tasted bad. The garlic Parmesan had no flavor, it was just a chicken nugget literally. How is this supposed to be a wing place when I've had better wing at places that weren't even wing places. I threw away half of my lemon pepper and garlic Parmesan because it was just nasty I literally got plain nuggets as for the hot boneless wings they weren't as bad but it could have been better. I'm sorry because I don't like to write bad reviews, but the chicken sandwiches today were bad. We actually get Wingstop every once in a while for their boneless wings and tenders (tenders are better for sure), but they had a bogo on the sandwich so we thought... why not? They just honestly were bad...the chicken was dry, overcooked to the point of almost burnt, thin, and lacking any flavor except for salt. Neither of my sons could finish their sandwich. I don't usually do reviews like this. And I LOVE Wingstop. I was at work and I ordered a pack of 20 boneless wings and a large fry. I ordered all Garlic Parmesan and when it arrived the whole box was lemon pepper. Obviously I understand that mistakes are made sometimes, so I called the store. The woman who answered the phone was pretty rude and I explained my situation as nicely as I could. She told me I had to come into the store to get it fixed, I explained that I was at work and couldn't come at the moment. Thankfully, I had a friend who went and picked it up. When he brought it to me i opened the "fixed" box to find MORE LEMON PEPPER! I understand the first time but when I specifically FIXED it and it was still the same? So that's why I'm doing this review. I will probably never order from this store again, which is sad because I do love Wingstop. read more

I'm a big wing stop fan, I used to order at least once a week bc my girl didn't want to eat it twice a week. But this shop leaves a lot to be desired. I've ordered two times from this location and both times I was extremely disappointed and left hungry. The first time I ordered my usual lemon pepper wings with honey mustard. What I got was wings that were left from the night before because of how dry they were. My mouth felt like the Sahara desert because of how dry it was. Also, it lacked seasoning, it seemed like they were plain instead of lemony pepper. Maybe two weeks layered I decide to give it another shot but instead of wings I order the fried chicken sandwich because my girl is a fan and loves it. I request the lemon pepper flavor, again with honey mustard. What I got was raw fried chickens, pink in the center and uncooked. Obviously I could not eat it because I was not trying to get food poisoning, much less salmonella. Luckily DoorDash was able to credit me both times but suffice to say, I will not be ordering from this location again. This is the worst Wingstop I have ordered from. I made an order online directly through Wingstop and when the door dash driver delivered our order over half the wings were missing. I called the store and the person said yeah I am sorry I forgot to give them to the driver. He then said I can come pick them up when I had them delivered because I could not come pick them up. Then he told me to call door dash and tell them they forgot my wings so I told him he should have to do that and asked to speak with a manager which he would not let me do and said I can just dispute the charge on my credit card. "Fried" corn is barely cooked...after three different orders, I'm done trying. Wings are hit or miss. I always order mine extra crispy and 50% of the time they aren't cooked longer than normal. Fries are also hit or miss. Today the fries have ZERO seasoning on them so I if I could rate any lower than a 1, I would! And this rating is not based off one visit; this rating is based off several visits. Update 7/23/2019: after taking a break from Thus location for a while we decided to give them another shot....big mistake. The wings are never cooked properly. The fries corn still hasn't improved what so ever and the fries, even when we request to cook to extra crispy, come out soggy and undercooked with barely any seasoning. I'd say 10 or so visits is more than enough experience to give the 1-star rating. We kept coming back because it convenient and close.....I'll drive to Flaming Hot or Woodys next time I want wings!! read more

I think this is a dupe business entry, but adding my review here too. So I am a beer, wings and burger kinda girl. You can't get the burger at Wing Stop, but for a chain you can get some darn good wings! This particular WS is in the shopping plaza off Smoky & Gun Club and as far as I can tell - has a constant stream of people coming in and out. I have eaten in ($1 beer specials - small, but can't complain for the size) and it is fine, nothing to write home about. A few tables squeezed into a tiny spot. I mostly eat out and it is a quick order on the web and 14 minutes later - wings! Seriously, they always say ready in 14 minutes :) The atomic wings are REALLY INSANELY HOT! Seriously. They will make your eyes water and your fingers burn! For something different try the Parmesan garlic - yuuuum! Oh and their fries are heavenly too, I think they put a salty/sugar substance on them that makes them just a bit different (the hubby likes the cheese dipping sauce you can order with them). Probably some of the best wings I've ever had. We usually get take out and order 20 or so wings and an order of fries. I've tried both the boneless and traditional and both are phenomenal. My favorite is probably the garlic parmesant but when I want spicy I'll order their hot. The hot is not very hot if you like hot stuff but the next step up is Atomic, which is WAY too hot. They put some kind of sugar/salt mixture on the fries and they're always good, too. We've gone in and sat before and had the $1 draft beer. Can't go wrong there.
