As usual, I never have an issue with service, using points, customer service, finding my game, wifi access... Hype atmospheric with large television screens easily accessible by the every table. Clean female restrooms. Today I went with an old school platter with a gentle tweek with the help of my bartender. Everything I ordered was perfectly crispy fried just the way I expected it. Hostess will hold your food and purse on the way out to use the restroom. read more

When we walked in, the hosts barely acknowledged us and just sat us down. Our server came by flustered and said she'd be with us in a second. From what I could see she only had three tables--two with entrées and one other new table--so it didn't seem like an overwhelming section. We ordered the 2-entrées-for-$20 deal. I got a strawberry lemonade and my husband ordered the mint spritz. When the waters came, one had a fly in it and the other had black specks. Twenty minutes passed and still no drinks. When I finally asked, the server came back with soda water and Sprite--but they weren't ours, and we had to tell her that. She apologized and said our drinks must have been brought to the wrong table. The food eventually came out. I asked for an extra BBQ sauce for my wings just to dip. A guy brought it and said, "Tip of advice--if you want more sauce, ask for them wet." I don't like my wings soggy; I just wanted extra dipping sauce. Maybe he meant to be helpful, but it came across as rude. Later my husband asked if the drinks had free refills. She said yes. She asked if I wanted one; I didn't at the time. She came back a little later while my drink was still full and asked again if I wanted another. I joked, "If they're free I'll chug this one," so I did--shouldn't have, because I couldn't even finish the second. Had the check in my hand reading it and she grabbed the card of the table. While she was running it, I noticed our roughly $25 maybe $30 (with tax) check was rung up as $46. I'd been charged for my lemonade three times--once for the $1 up charge because of the combo deal and twice for $4 strawberry lemonades. My husband's $4 mint spritz was also doubled. When I asked about it, she quickly said "oh i didn't say that". At that point I didn't feel like arguing and she already grabbed my card and charged it so we just left. Usually when the card is on the check it means i confirmed what im being charged so then ring it but she just grabbed the card off the table. It was genuinely just a crazy experience for no reason. We arrived and were immediately seated. We orfered food, and it took 40 minutes to come out. Our food arrived cold, and part of our order was missing. We asked our waiter to get the rest of our order, and also had to ask for silverware and napkins. Amazing to me that silverware and napkins are not brought out before food, and only given by special request. The cam to see how we were doing and we told her about the cold wings and missing potatoes. She took the wings back, and was back in about 5 minutes with replacement wings(a different flavor than we ordered) and potatoes. Our waiter never checked on us, and was clearly overwhelmed. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. I understand that Austin was training the new girl and they were busy by themselves on a Monday afternoon. I get that. 100% I work in the service industry down the street! I've never had such service to where I wasn't greeted for 25-30 minutes. Mind you the manager took our drink order after sitting for awhile. And then didn't get our food order for another 20-30 minutes. The waiter Austin read back our order which was right and then everything was wrong when the food came out. Had to wait another 30 mins for food absolutely ridiculous! I could run that place by myself and would have provided better service than what we got. The manager never came to our table after having everything wrong with the service all she was doing was bussing tables knowingly that we had a problem with our food. I'd give 2.5 stars if I could based on my experience tonight. Summer Thursday night at Southlands and they have a free concert with a live band, so everyone knows the area will be more crowded than usual. BWW has a patio that overlooks the center courtyard where the concert is held, so we asked for a table on the patio. Our server took quite a while to come to the table but arrived with two large cups of ice water, so that was nice. Gave us menus and left. Several other tables on the patio were seated after we arrived and the server came for them and took orders, brought drinks, and didn't return to us for quite a while. Finally took our order. Server came back with one metal tray (presumably for bones?), napkins and one fork and one butter knife for our party of two. No wet-wipes. The food arrived after we had been there for over an hour: chicken wings were okay but the fries were cold. Garlic Parmesan wings didn't seem to have garlic or Parmesan. My soda didn't taste right. Server didn't check to see if we needed anything. Would have appreciated having a tray (in lieu of a plate) to eat over, since we were sharing an order of wings and fries. Dropped my chicken once straight onto the dirty outdoor table just as the server walked past, and I was convinced he saw it happen but still didn't think to get us trays. Never offered a refill on our empty drinks, never checked to see if we needed anything. Odd experience; service and food left something to be desired. read more

This is the first review i believe i have ever written in my life. Service initially was terrible, walked in to sit at the bar on the opposite side of the entrance so i walked around the whole bar and took my seat 1 chair down from another customer, made eye contact with one of the bar backs or maybe he was a bartender i have no idea he completely ignored me, he then sparked up a conversation with the bartender that was actually serving drinks. The bartender that was actuality serving drinks was quite distracted by the conversation and other customers who got there long before me and did not acknowledge me for such a significant amount of time i was about to walk out until the customer beside me told the bartender he should probably serve me. I only didn't speak up because Im not a rude person, definitely felt invisible or unwanted at the bar for that. But the bartender ended up being very attentive and kind after apologizing which was nice, he even recommended i set up the rewards app so i get a free order of wings, which was cool! So i ordered a beer, wings and onion rings. The onion rings were good a little less than i would've imagined, but the beer tasted like dish soap, which was disgusting but at least i know they clean the glasses. and the wings came out luke warm more on the side of cold if anything. 28 bucks for cold wings even with the free wing bonus and soap flavored beer was not the vibe couldn't wait to finish my last wing and leave so i could write this up. It says they have new management on the door and i would be horrified to know what it was like before this if this is how the place is run under new management. Obviously the owner of this place couldn't care less about how its run. Worst experience I've ever had at a BWW. Even with the new management the one star reviews still ring true. I will not be coming back and i would recommend eating at any other establishment in the area than here. Which is sad to say because the bartender was very kind and deserves better from his coworkers, and management. If i could i would ask for a full refund, I'm just not that kind of person. All i was trying to do was grab something to eat after a long day at work. And ended up more pissed off than before. Yet, somehow, they messed up wings and they're a wings place. parmesan garlic tasted nothing like expected and was by far the worst sauce flavor I've ever tasted, bbq was okay but not what was expected either, and orange chicken was like a poor attempt at mimicking Panda Express. Nothing has changed in 2 years. There were two employees setting over at a side table, to employees standing at the host to stand having a good old time and one employee on the floor. Not a single person at the bar and the people next to us had not been waited on in 10 minutes and based upon my past experience I just got up and left because I know it was going to be a miserable experience. Why does this business continue to stay in business and why do they continue to get negative reviews and do nothing about it. Went out with 2 buddies place wasnt packed maybe a third of it was filled our server was rude from the start. She was snappy didnt give us time to respond rolled her eyes at us and just acted like we were an inconvenience. Never gave us plates for our wings or appetizers. Food came out slow and cold. We are regulars here, go in once or sometimes twice a week but the past couple of times we have been here, it's been taking forever to get greeted. Servers walk by and do not greet or acknowledge us, which is rude and poor customer service. Our server is great can complain about him. So for starters: we ordered our food at the same time. Mine came out first...with no utensils or anything. My partner got the same thing but it took his food another 10 minutes or so to come out. We never got our drinks until 20 mins or so after we started getting our food. The lime in his beer was rotten pretty much. We got what looked like costco nuggets without sauce. We sent them back to get re-sauced and they were cold as heck. At least the fries were passable. We then complained to the server saying that the wings were cold and she said she'd take em off the bill. We didn't even eat them. At that point we wanted to leave. 15 mins later and no check. Over two hours wait for a takeout order and still didn't come out, just had to cancel my order.
