We arrived and were immediately seated. We orfered food, and it took 40 minutes to come out. Our food arrived cold, and part of our order was missing. We asked our waiter to get the rest of our order, and also had to ask for silverware and napkins. Amazing to me that silverware and napkins are not brought out before food, and only given by special request. The cam to see how we were doing and we told her about the cold wings and missing potatoes. She took the wings back, and was back in about 5 minutes with replacement wings(a different flavor than we ordered) and potatoes. Our waiter never checked on us, and was clearly overwhelmed. When we walked in, the hosts barely acknowledged us and just sat us down. Our server came by flustered and said she'd be with us in a second. From what I could see she only had three tables--two with entrées and one other new table--so it didn't seem like an overwhelming section. We ordered the 2-entrées-for-$20 deal. I got a strawberry lemonade and my husband ordered the mint spritz. When the waters came, one had a fly in it and the other had black specks. Twenty minutes passed and still no drinks. When I finally asked, the server came back with soda water and Sprite--but they weren't ours, and we had to tell her that. She apologized and said our drinks must have been brought to the wrong table. The food eventually came out. I asked for an extra BBQ sauce for my wings just to dip. A guy brought it and said, "Tip of advice--if you want more sauce, ask for them wet." I don't like my wings soggy; I just wanted extra dipping sauce. Maybe he meant to be helpful, but it came across as rude. Later my husband asked if the drinks had free refills. She said yes. She asked if I wanted one; I didn't at the time. She came back a little later while my drink was still full and asked again if I wanted another. I joked, "If they're free I'll chug this one," so I did--shouldn't have, because I couldn't even finish the second. Had the check in my hand reading it and she grabbed the card of the table. While she was running it, I noticed our roughly $25 maybe $30 (with tax) check was rung up as $46. I'd been charged for my lemonade three times--once for the $1 up charge because of the combo deal and twice for $4 strawberry lemonades. My husband's $4 mint spritz was also doubled. When I asked about it, she quickly said "oh i didn't say that". At that point I didn't feel like arguing and she already grabbed my card and charged it so we just left. Usually when the card is on the check it means i confirmed what im being charged so then ring it but she just grabbed the card off the table. It was genuinely just a crazy experience for no reason. BWW is a go to place to watch a game. They have NFL ticket and accommodate fans for all teams. Pam was our server and she was so upbeat and on point, even though she was BUSY! Food is good. Pricing very fair. My only issue is the smell in the restroom. It's bad. I think they have a sewage issue that needs to be addressed. It can't be good for employees or patrons. read more

This is the first review i believe i have ever written in my life. Service initially was terrible, walked in to sit at the bar on the opposite side of the entrance so i walked around the whole bar and took my seat 1 chair down from another customer, made eye contact with one of the bar backs or maybe he was a bartender i have no idea he completely ignored me, he then sparked up a conversation with the bartender that was actually serving drinks. The bartender that was actuality serving drinks was quite distracted by the conversation and other customers who got there long before me and did not acknowledge me for such a significant amount of time i was about to walk out until the customer beside me told the bartender he should probably serve me. I only didn't speak up because Im not a rude person, definitely felt invisible or unwanted at the bar for that. But the bartender ended up being very attentive and kind after apologizing which was nice, he even recommended i set up the rewards app so i get a free order of wings, which was cool! So i ordered a beer, wings and onion rings. The onion rings were good a little less than i would've imagined, but the beer tasted like dish soap, which was disgusting but at least i know they clean the glasses. and the wings came out luke warm more on the side of cold if anything. 28 bucks for cold wings even with the free wing bonus and soap flavored beer was not the vibe couldn't wait to finish my last wing and leave so i could write this up. It says they have new management on the door and i would be horrified to know what it was like before this if this is how the place is run under new management. Obviously the owner of this place couldn't care less about how its run. Worst experience I've ever had at a BWW. Even with the new management the one star reviews still ring true. I will not be coming back and i would recommend eating at any other establishment in the area than here. Which is sad to say because the bartender was very kind and deserves better from his coworkers, and management. If i could i would ask for a full refund, I'm just not that kind of person. All i was trying to do was grab something to eat after a long day at work. And ended up more pissed off than before. I put a review out here two years ago when I stated I would never go in again. Today we went to a movie at the nearby theater and my wife wanted a beer afterwards so we went into the bar. Nothing has changed in 2 years. There were two employees setting over at a side table, to employees standing at the host to stand having a good old time and one employee on the floor. Not a single person at the bar and the people next to us had not been waited on in 10 minutes and based upon my past experience I just got up and left because I know it was going to be a miserable experience. Why does this business continue to stay in business and why do they continue to get negative reviews and do nothing about it. Over two hours wait for a takeout order and still didn't come out, just had to cancel my order. So for starters: we ordered our food at the same time. Mine came out first...with no utensils or anything. My partner got the same thing but it took his food another 10 minutes or so to come out. We never got our drinks until 20 mins or so after we started getting our food. The lime in his beer was rotten pretty much. We got what looked like costco nuggets without sauce. We sent them back to get re-sauced and they were cold as heck. At least the fries were passable. We then complained to the server saying that the wings were cold and she said she'd take em off the bill. We didn't even eat them. At that point we wanted to leave. 15 mins later and no check. This is the closest to us Southland. It's really nice it's big, There's a lots of TVs. We were greeted immediately and put at a table. The service was semi-slow but given the pandemic and maybe the holidays I will give them some slack. Our waitress Aspen was great attentive even one busy with other tables. I normally have plain bone in wings I like them extra crispy I'm not a fan of a lot of sauce so I kind of stay away. My great aunt used to make breaded cauliflower, when I was younger. I noticed on the menu they had cauliflower wings I asked the waitress about it and I decided to try it (again plain). I was excited shocked amazed and mesmerized with the memories as these taste just like my Great aunts. I think that these are my new favorite as I've had them twice in the last two days. Here was my biggest complaint., I know that it's hard to enforce but people walked in with no masks walked around with no masks and nobody say anything. Where is management? There's a big sign on the front door that says mask required to enter. Please people be respectful. Nothing to complain about really. My boyfriend and I ordered fried pickles which were nice and crispy. We each ordered boneless wings which were perfectly sauced.
