It was my first time at this location, everyone was SO friendly! Our waiter was very attentive and nice. When I tell you we placed our order for this appetizer. And as soon as our waiter turned around and started walking away this other server came in with the appetizer!! It's a Chilis. You can always bet on the food will be the same experience you've had at another location. Met a friend for dinner and we split the queso, which was actually on the better side. We also ordered a house margarita, but we weren't sitting in the bar to get the happy hour price. For the entree I tried the Santa Fe salad off of their guiltless grill menu. The salad was actually really good and had a good amount of their salad dressing-which I'm sure is where the majority of the 530 calories comes from. Still good and would order again. LOUSY, LOUSY!!!! If you are looking for a decent restaurant, don't consider this place at all!!! If I could give negative stars, this would be a negative 10. FIRST STRIKE,, the hostess really didn't want to seat us (me and my husband), threw down the menus. SECOND STRIKE, it took the waitress almost 5 minutes to even take our drink order. STRIKE THREE, took 5 minutes even to get our drinks and the final straw no one came and even offered to take our order. We got pissed off and left and no one even asked why we were leaving and to top off my husband paid for our drinks and got charged for 4 drinks instead of the two we got. Went to Chilis for a quick bite before a movie. Had the 3 for $10.99 deal. Not bad for the price. My dining partner and I shared the burger, chicken sandwich, a basket of free chips and salsa. Our server was excellent and attentive. My only true complaint is that the chips were cooked unevenly, many were over done and some were bunched together and undercooked. I usually love their light crispy texture. We also each had the holiday special marg, a little to sweet for me. Burger and chicken were nice, All in all a good experience. read more

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!! Went to lunch with my wife at this location. There was a wait for the hostess to see us at the front and she didn't seem very friendly when we were seated. It then took 5 minutes for the waitress to show up and take our drink order. Five minutes later our sodas arrived. We then proceeded to wait 10 minutes for the waitress to return for our lunch order before deciding that she wasn't coming back. I paid for our drinks and we walked out. But that's not all. When I checked the detailed bill in my email I found that we were double charged for the sodas - I had unknowingly paid $14.00 for a bill that should have been under $7.00! A rating of 0 stars would be too high for this place. My wife and I will NEVER return to this location! We've had questionable service here in the past but this was beyond bad. Next time we eat out in this area I'll take my time, business and money across the way to Cheddars. read more

Quick bite for dinner and this comes out the fastest, so I ordered it. The soup is chili and my salad is chilled and delicious with ranch dressing. The chips were crispy and salsa is always great so no worries there. The place was clean and I sat in the bar area. I do enjoy coming to this place because I enjoy the atmosphere, service is good, and the food for the most part is good! I say the food is good for the most part because it is a hit or miss on the things I try. I really enjoy eating burgers and the different kinds here sound so good. I do enjoy classic burger, "Oldtimer" because it's a genuine burger with no fancy sauces, different kinds of meat, or anything out of the ordinary added to it. I do also enjoy my burger with a fried egg on top, which believe is called the "sunrise." However, I did get the queso burger because the photo looked amazing, dripping with cheese, tortilla chips, and pico. Well...I was not impressed. It tasted literally like a messy "cheese burger"-I guess I should have figured that there would be nothing special about it-hence the name. The cheese overpowered any other flavor such as the pico. If you want a burger, stick with the BASIC ONES. I also did get ultimate smokehouse combo which came with 3 different kinds of meats. My favorite item on this plate was the baby back ribs...should have gone with just a plate of ribs, but I wanted a little bit of everything. Welllllll....the cheesy bacon BBQ chicken was literally just those ingredients...nothing special. The chicken crispers were good too, but I could just get regular chicken tenders and be satisfied. Altogether, I recommend finding what you like, and sticking to it. I like to try new things but new things may not always be the best. I will come here again though. read more

I've been to this particular Chili's twice and both times the food was excellent and very fresh and hot. The first time I had the 3 item lunch combo. I had a soda, chips n dip and a burger. Super good and delicious. Good service. The next time I shared a rib combo with a friend. We had the ribs, chicken fingers and jalapeño cheddar sausage, corn on the cob, fries and toast. Everything was delicious! Chicken was moist and so were the ribs. Really enjoyed it. The photos were taken after we ate some of it. Looked so good we dove in! Asked if they could split the order between the 2 of us. Wish the waitress would have let us know that there was a split charge of $3.00. I would have just asked for a 2nd plate and split it myself. That's kind of a rip off, but at least I know for next time. Strawberry Lemonade was very tasty. Other then that, the service was really good. The Manager James came by and he was really nice. Even helping out the wait staff was as needed. He's pretty new and said he's been working hard to improve every aspect of the experience. That's great and it DEFINITELY showing! So good job James! I am honestly speechless. My heart is so full by the compassionate, kind, caring staff at this location. My fiancée and I came in on a slammed Friday night. Everybody was already over worked and there was a woman who wasn't all in her right mind (she wasn't a bother or anything, just talking to herself). The staff made sure to take care of her and offer her food and she is very kind just not all there mentally. The staff continued to ensure she was taken care of and check in on her. Dan, and the other I believe managers did a fantastic job all around even with being slammed and also working with this women. I'm literally in tears typing this.
