I placed an order on Uber Eats. I accidentally ordered the wrong sauce for my wings. I called literally 1 minute after placing the order to see if I could change the flavor of my sauce. The woman I spoke to was very nice and said that it wasn't a problem and that she just needed the manager to approve it and it would be fine! Great! Well, the manager gets on the phone, who sounds like he ripped about 25 dabs of extract and says "Bro, it's too late, man. Your food is already made and it's ready for you to pick it up." Uhhhh ok "bro" how do you possibly cook an order of wings in TWO minutes? The order on Uber Eats actually still showed it was being prepared. He didn't even look at my order because he didn't even know it was through Uber Eats!!!! So, the manager obviously lied and didn't feel like changing my order of EIGHT wings, a drink and a small fry for $26.28 because he he was too blazed to even figure it out! Don't waste your time or money ordering from this disaster of a place. I never write reviews, but this was so out of line that I had to write this review! Lol, And finally, I'm not your bro! I haven't been to this location or Chili's in general in a very long while. I remember why it's been so long. I met someone here for a "First Meeting" after we discovered that Brewery Bar was gone! It wasn't packed.. which was nice but I thought I was going to suck my face up into itself at the Margarita. WOW I was kinda shocked at how bad they really were. It was like drinking limeade. Just limeade. We ordered a few things from the menu and tried to down our drinks the best we could. Even a shot of Gran Mon in then we added ourselves didn't help much. The food was ok... I notice they have an aweful lot of chicken. Maybe it's time to change the logo to a chicken instead of a pepper. It will be a while before I go to this or any other location. I am in the restaurant bizz. I'm a server myself. So it was disappointing to work so hard and then go out and treat the family for dinner and the service was slow. Food was mediocre. 25 minutes to get my bottle of bud light and a margarita that the bartender promptly served..just sitting there and people passing by it another 30 minutes for appetizers. The buffalo wings were dry with almost no buffalo sauce on them. The brisket quesadillas were empty. 2 triangles had nothing in them. Asked for guac and chips with my dinner and the chips came out first. The waitress said something about how the button was different than the menu. Dinner took another 30 minutes. Ughh Just won't ever go to a chilli's again. Place was half empty on a Friday night. And still had to wait around for mediocre service and food. I'm glad the restaurant i work at (300 ) covers a night does it right. Don't waste your money. read more

My husband, son and I visited this Chilis on a Saturday night. The restaurant was about 1/2 full and didn't seem to busy. The sever took our drink and food order and 25 min later we still had no drinks. We flagged her down and she admitted she had forgotten. She got our drinks and we continued to sit and wait even though several table around us were sat, fed and had left already. After an hour and 15 min. we could not find our server so we decided to leave. On the way out I explained to the hostess that we had been sitting for so long with no service. She asked if I wanted to speak to the manager and I said yes. When the manager arrived and I told her the issue, her response was "well, we are busy" I replied "is that all you have to say? And she said "I don't know what you want from me." So we left. I reached out to their customer service to complain and got the same reply, but they ended the email with "We hope you enjoy your future experiences at Chilis" Are you kidding me? Why would I ever come back? There are plenty of wonderful local restaurants that need and appreciate our patronage, we will never darken Chilis doorstep again. And before anyone replies, I fully realize that many restaurants are short staffed. My complaint is not that we never got our food, it's that no was was willing to try and solve the problem. Saturday afternoon drop in for two adults- hostess needs to practice her big girl voice (very nice, polite, but you could barely hear her quiet shy voice); others tables sat after us had waitstaff check in with them and ordered first, we were completely skipped over; ordered tri app of mozzarella sticks that were super dark color obviously way over fried with a LOT of oil, chicken crispers that were scrawny, dry and tasted of used deep fry oil and Big Mouth Bites that were also over fried on the grill (blacked crispy one side, both of them). Wait staff brought more iced tea which was slammed down onto table, maybe it slipped from his hands IDK). Won't be back. What happened to quality of food? Paying so much more for a treat meal out that is so not justified or worth it. read more

Absolute worst of the worst from start to finish. Table was just wiped down, still had lettuce and cheese stuck to the table. Trash on the seat. Hopefully I can attach a picture of the floor which will show what a dump this place is. Waiter, I'll use that term very lightly. Once he eventually noticed we were there he took our drink order. We ordered two Cokes and an ice tea. He brought two diet Cokes. Once he EVENTUALLY came back to take our food order we asked for the correct drink orders. No exaggeration, 10 minutes later he sauntered up with the correct drinks. Of course he leaves the two diet Cokes on the table. Then dinner arrives, well kinda. Par for the course, our world class waiter screws up the dinner order. He increased his performance from 1 out of 3 on the drinks to 2 out of 3 on the dinner. My wife's correct dinner did not come out until everyone else had already finished eating. I could go on for pages to try to explain what a horrible dining experience this was. A favorite Friday hang-out spot! Say what you want about chain restaurants, we enjoy Chili's for the value and food quality. Sit at the bar and enjoy the 3 for $10 where you can get a side (Chips and Guac), burger and a drink! Managers are friendly and engaging. 2 meals for $25 deal, and add a margarita for $5. Service is good and we have found that food comes out in a timely manner. It is a good time to unwind as a family and catch-up, often spending about an hour munching, catching-up, and watching the games. With the playoffs over the last couple weeks, this has been a lot better. We always walk away full! Broccoli is an option for the side to sub for fries to keep it a little healthier. We had not visited a Chili's for a while as I was not a fan of the kids menu (selection and price) but that said, as my kiddos are now teenagers they take advantage of the 3 for $10 and they rarely finish everything. Have not taken advantage of their points program, but it looks inviting. read more

Okay, I was deeply surprised when I ate here and received one of my top 5 absolute best burgers I have ever had. It was just the Old Timer burger and fries but wow it was good. I mean this thing was juicy, packed with toppings, and was just delicious. As always the southwestern egg rolls were also fantastic. They were crispy and flavorful and the ranch they came with was also fantastic. My server was also very nice and she did an awesome job of checking on me and making sure everything was going well. I grading on a curve given this is a Chili's, but all things considered, this is a good location. I have been here for lunch a few times with coworkers, and been happy with the experience every time. Ordered 2 Fajitas dinners online from Chili's at Parker & Arapahoe Road, first one was Beef, Chicken & Shrimp, and the second dinner was Beef and Chicken only, because the person for this meal is very allergic to shrimp, so requested no shrimp on second dinner. When I arrived, I followed Chili's instructions to remain in the car, send them a text notifying them which parking space I was in and someone would bring the food to my vehicle. After 10 minutes of waiting, I decided to go into the restaurant and asked a middle-age man, which appeared to be the Manager about my to-go-order, which responded with a very arrogant attitude instructed me to go to the counter and ring the bell. I rang the bell and "Kelly" came to the counter with my order, asked her about the delivery policy of waiting in my car, she said that their computer tablet was not working and was unable to acknowledge my text message ... very unprofessional to say the least. When I opened the containers at home, noticed that both meals had shrimp, as mentioned I specifically ordered Beef & Chicken for the second meal due to a shrimp allergy for that person ... be very cautious when ordering online from Chili's at Parker & Arapahoe Road, Aurora, CO 80016, never know what you're going to get. read more

I have honestly never had worse service before. I am in the industry and it was so hard for me to still leave a tip. That is how bad it was. The waitress Adrian, was attentive in the beginning as she did bring us waters and an appetizer. However, it took forever to see her again. We finally ordered our meals and they came out in a timely manner. I ordered a burger and it was so greasy and did not taste good at all. Nothing like I've experienced at chilis before which was surprising. We sat for about 25 minutes after we were finished eating, waiting to ask the waitress for a box and to split the bill because we couldn't do it on the tablet. She hasn't shown up yet so I asked a waiter named Aaron for boxes and to find our waitress for us. He did both of those things but was pretty rude about it. Overall, the experience was just so bad. We came here yesterday. Ordered chicken fajitas and the one salmon dish with chips and a queso dish. Presentation was ok, but disappointingly had no flavor. My tortilla was refrigerator stale and old and at the end of the meal turned hard as a rock. The queso tasted like can chili beans with melted government cheese. I didn't like it but next time I'll try the "white queso" option instead. (if there is a next time) The chips were ok, but the salsa was horrible. A can of tomatoes with curry or something...definitely not something we ate. This meal surprisingly woke up the chef inside me, as I was able to come to the conclusion that Its better to just stay home and make it myself. But i ate half of my meal, and my friend finished hers. The music was good, our waiter was dancing and chill. The servers were nice. The bathrooms were clean. Refills offered continuously, so the service was good, location is good but the traffic was horrible. A message to the owner... you should paint those huge chilies outside red and green. I went to Chili's today and had a great server! She was very welcoming and nice. She asked us for To-go cups and if we wanted anything else.

So I used the take-out service because of this virus. The food I got was cold. I live 10 minutes away and came as soon as I ordered. I feel bad because I want people to work and make money but cold food is unacceptable. I did tip tip before I came. They did give me complementary dessert which was nice and I appreciate that. I just think if you're going to do a takeout service may be the food can be hot or at least warm when I get it. read more

Good food, good memories, good place to eat. This location Chilis never gave me and my family any problems. We have come here ever since the early 2000's. I always liked Chili's and it's one of the places that's just a go-to for my and my friends and I would never really write a review but I had a really good experience I wanted to share. So it was my birthday and I ended work pretty late so the only thing really open around my area was Chili's so we went and I never mentioned it was my birthday. But our waiter Alex overheard us talking about my birthday and surprised me with a ice cream dessert. I know it may not seem much but I had been working all day that day so it was a nice little surprise to receive to end the night. It was a great way to end dinner thanks to our waiter and just shows that your waiter/waitress does care. read more

What a pleasant surprise. It's New Year's Eve and we had guests from out of town flying into DIA, on their way to the mountains. We needed to have dinner..but it was sort of last minute and we didn't have reservations. They recommended Chili's at Parker Road and Arapahoe and suggested we use the "Call Ahead Reservation" to see if we could eliminate a delay. This is where the "GREAT EXPERIENCE" began. We checked in at the front hostess station, where we were immediately recognized as being on the list. There was a rather large crowd in the waiting area....so were somewhat surprised when our wait ended up being less than 5 minutes. Once seated, we were greeted by Marisa...who even though she appeared to be VERY busy...took a moment to answer a couple of menu questions and got our drink order. Now, the place was full and the bar area was packed....but Marisa continued to update us on the progress of our food and drink orders. She was 'refreshingly honest' in her many communications with us and our guests. The meals were EXCELLENT and the service that Marisa provided was STELLAR. She graciously influenced us to add a Molten Chocolate Cake for dessert and it was the perfect suggestion to cap off a very good meal. Can't say enough good things about Marisa, as she was a professional in every way. We did not have an opportunity to talk with a Manager (it was very busy)...but if we had, I know that I would have given him a 'thumbs up' on the entire experience. The only complaint/suggestion that I would have left the manager with...was the very annoying 'SQUEAKING' Front Door. That should be fixed/oiled ASAP...it's such a small thing, but it does leave an impression when noticed. PS...the ability to pay at the table with the Digital Monitor system was appreciated and was something that we weren't familiar with but it was very easy to understand and complete our payment with. read more

It had been forever since we went to a Chili's, but we had a couple of gift cards and decided to go. We were greeted pleasantly and seated right away. Our server did a good job overall, he forgot a salad but brought it late after we mentioned it and he comped it. The biggest problem was that the beer was flat and the food was tasteless. First I ordered Blue Moon - flat - sent it back. Then Coors Light - flat - kept it anyway. I drank my one (of the two-for-one happy hour, very small glasses), gave the other to my husband and we switched over to soda. Table side guac was okay but the chips were strange and the salsa was gross. I got fajitas and the best thing were the tortillas, which I'm sure came off of a food-supply truck. My husband got chicken with cheese and bacon on top and that managed, somehow, to be very bland. The kids loved the tabletop electronic tablet and the hostess told us they could play games on it, so we let them. Later on the bill there was a $0.99 charge for games. There may have been a notification/permission screen but, if so, our kids clicked right past it. We didn't say anything, as it was not a big deal, but had we known we would have just handed them our iPhones instead for free. Fortunately, you can use the gift cards for the tip too, so we gave the server a nice tip to burn through some of the balance. There is about $10 left on one of the cards, I will use it at Macaroni Grill for lunch at some point, as I don't plan to return to Chili's anytime some. read more
