Even though the place was packed, someone was there to see me right away, and I got a nice table on the patio. My burger was perfectly cooked, flavorful, and I really liked the combinations. (The picture shows it cut it half by me because I couldn't possibly finish the whole thing.) My sweet potato fries were also perfectly cooked. The beer was great. I can't overemphasize how good and friendly the service was, even though the place was slammed with people on a busy weekday night. The interior decorations looked nice. Nice place to stop for a juicy burger after shopping or checking out events. The bacon cheeseburger was so good and I wanted to eat all of it but it's pretty big so I could only eat half. The onion rings were okay but needed more seasoning. You definitely needed the sauce to make it flavorful. The fried pickles were delicious and had great flavor! I usually don't order a milkshake but tis the season, it was strong peppermint so make sure you really like it! Went here before a movie a few weeks ago and the food/service left a lot to be desired. We were sitting upstairs and it was pretty empty but the initial trip to our table by a server took forever and the time to even order our food was so slow. I got a classic smash burger, which was good but not great. I added tater tots, which I regretted because they came out luke warm at most and didn't have any flavor. If you're craving a Philly-style burger, the food here is decent, but that's about where the positives end. My experience upstairs was a service disaster. First, they messed up my beer order--gave me the wrong size--and didn't even check in with us throughout the meal. We asked for our food to-go, boxes made it clear we had a movie to catch, and yet we were still left waiting far too long. I generally avoid chains, and this visit certainly didn't change my mind. Buyer beware. Bad Daddy's Burgers' Create Your Own Burger option is a complete fraud, period. They charge the same price for a 4-oz patty as they do for a 7-oz patty. There is absolutely no price difference. When this was brought to management's attention, they refused to do anything about it. Overcharging customers for a smaller portion is not right, and the fact that management won't correct it makes it even worse. This is misleading and unfair to customers. Got seated immediately as the place wasn't overly busy on Thursday evening around 7:30. Waited a bit before a nice young lady took our drink order. She explained that our waitress (Kenzie) got several tables at once, but she assured us the Kenzie would be along shortly. It was true! Kenzie showed up right after our drinks arrived. She was very friendly, apologized for our wait, took our order, then thanked us for being patient. My husband ordered the Frenchie and enjoyed it. I ordered a build your own burger with no bun. Delicious dinner. Came with our son and daughter-in-law. Had some wings as an appetizer. Crispy and very good. Shared the truffle fries and sweet potato fries. Again delicious. DIL had the sliders and said they were good. Son had a self built chicken sandwich and ate the whole thing. Hubby had a burger and devoured it. I had the impossible burger and while it was good. Our server was a large man with a thick face mask that muffled his voice. It was like being served by Darth Vader. Ordered take out four our family of 4. Ended up being $93, normally this is expected, to get decent-quality food ordered out, still a little pricy. We went to pick it up, as the delivery fee was $48, even though we live less than a mile away. when we got home, we checked all three burgers, and only one of them had the bad daddy's sauce. disappointing, that is one of our favorite parts of the meal. Secondly, for my daughter, she ordered a Cesar Salad and a SEPERATE side of fries. However, for some reason, her side of fries were including in a package with a chicken sandwich... she is allergic to tomatoes and therefore could not eat the fries due to the contamination. Decided to try this after driving past it 100 times while we were in the area for the Spooky Streets event, but ended up really disappointed. The source of my frustration is that I paid almost $20 (11.85 for a large build your own salad + $7 for salmon) for a salad with salmon, and was served a salad with maybe tilapia? Salmon is pink, this fish was white. How can you charge $7 for salmon and serve tilapia, one of the cheapest fish in the sea? Pictures for proof. This is not the color of salmon, and if it wasn't going to be salmon it should have been mentioned and discounted. The service here was fantastic, hence the extra star. It is so rare these days to have all staff be happy, welcoming, and great at their jobs, and everyone here was. I should have given the server a chance to rectify the situation but it was late and I just wanted to get home, and also felt kind of like a crazy person being like "is this really salmon?". If you're sticking to burgers you will probably be fine, my husband's was pretty good, but if you want a $20 salad with salmon try something else in the area, because you're just going to get previously frozen tilapia here. read more

I've been to 3 other different bad daddy locations numerous times and always had a really good meal. This was the first location where I didn't like my burger. While the bun and non-meat ingredients were nice, the beef patty tasted off. I wasn't entirely sure if it was older meat or just lower quality meat, but I ordered medium, as I always do at any bad daddy, and I started to wish I ordered well-done instead as I started eating. I was really hungry because it was 4pm and I hadn't eaten any lunch, so I got through a little more than half of it before I stopped. This is a tough one, as our server was great, burgers were very good as usual, fries and tots some of the best. Price was also reasonable for a family of 4 with their 'work week' special. The reason it's not 4 stars is the noise level with their trivia night and the speed of the food. Though we like gimmicks and fun nights, the volume was so loud we literally couldn't hear each other or the waitress. We had to wait for the breaks between songs and trivia just to order. Took about 20 minutes for the food to come, which isn't a big deal usually, but the place was almost empty. Once the food arrived, it was cooked well and tasted great, so we ate and enjoyed the meal. I love this place so much! I've been to this location several times and it never fails me. I wish I could remember my servers name because she was such a sweetheart. She checked on me several times to make sure I was doing ok nd that everything tasted ok. I always get the buffalo chicken sandwich when I come here and it is always so good! I always wish they had a HOT sauce but alas they do not. No biggie though because this sandwich is always phenomenal. The truffle tots are also always a must and are always so crispy and cooked perfectly! The fried pickles are hands down the best ones I have had here too! The way they decorate these restaurants is always so fun and keeps you looking around to see all the different pictures and signs they have on the walls. I had big plans for loving Bad Daddy's Burger Bar. Instead, there won't be a second date. We were seated inside, upstairs in a booth. The spot was good except there was an electrical short or something because the light on the wall at our booth was going on and off the entire time we were there. When you're looking to relax, grab a burger and some good conversation, but the super annoying flashing light next to your face is so distracting that it's primarily what you remember about the meal, well that is a deterrent from focusing on anything else. My grilled onions were not grilled. There was an extra charge for grilled versus raw which was fine with until I received some cold, buttered onions instead. I had to take them off the burger because they were a mess. The same awful onions were served on the patty melt in front of my husband. My onion rings were tasty. Cold, but tasty. The tots had been sitting way too long. Overall, the disinterested server added nothing to our experience and we were left feeling like this was not a good way to spend our money or our Sunday afternoon. read more

I have always liked Bad Daddy's but this visit for take out was frustrating from the start. I couldn't place my order online because I had a birthday email that had to be shown in person. I called to place the order and as soon as Sherry found out I had an order she hung up on me - TWICE! I was bringing the order to my daughter's house and this was the only location on the way so I waited a few minutes and tried again. Fortunately I got a young man named Major who was very pleasant and helpful and took my order. I told him what had happened and he let me know that Sherry was actually a manager. I arrived on time to get my order and was told to head to the bar to pay - which I did. I noticed that about half the tables in the dining room had been removed for social distancing and that was great. But the bar was pretty full and only staff was wearing masks. The bartender checked my email and rang me up quickly. I also told him about being hung up on twice and he just said that didn't sound like something Sherry would do. I wanted to get out of that area quickly so I left. When we got to my daughter's and pulled out the containers, all of our order was correct and the food was good. The plastic containers really didn't keep it warm though. The only annoying thing was that my daughter's side salad was tiny - not even half the container. It costs $3 extra to sub the side salad instead of fries or tots and we were all stunned that it was only about 5-6 bites. Definitely not a good trade! I think I'll wait till I feel comfortable eating in a restaurant (as opposed to take out) and maybe give them another try. read more

Definitely a solid burger point. We ordered the Pittsburgher and the daddy's philly. The amount of ingredients was amazing. It was tasty and juicy for both of them. We also got truffle parmesan fries. I first need to say I loveeee fries and truffle Parmesan are my favorite.
