Loved the cozy, historic feel at CV Tap House in Centennial. The space has such a warm and welcoming atmosphere with red leather booths, vintage decor, and a really comfortable vibe that makes it easy to settle in and enjoy your time there. I also loved learning about the history behind the concept. It's part of the Champagne Velvet brand from Upland Hospitality Group, built around Champagne Velvet -- a pre-Prohibition beer from 1902 with a really fun backstory. Food-wise, we really enjoyed the garlic cheese curds, jalapeño smash burger, and crispy chicken sandwich. Everything felt flavorful, comforting, and perfect for a laid-back night out. We came for the beer maybe we'll be back for the food. But the beer selection was pretty small: 6 seasonal, 6 local, 3 core beer. We felt there could have been some better selections but we did enjoy the coffee stout (seasonal) and the wheat (core) beer. We sat at the bar, service was pretty quick and efficient. Dropped in for the Lone Tree Brewery tap takeover and release of the collaboration 7 yr aged Whiskey. This is a nice spot in the Centennusl/ DTC area. The vibes were nice and relaxed. A nice little crowd was there trying the Whiskey & watch NCAA March Madness. Our server was Natalie and she was fantastic and attentive to us. She suggested great drinks for us. The food looked good. It was simple but perfect sandwiches, wraps, and burgers. We ended up buying like a bottles of the collaboration Whiskey that day. We really like the set up inside and out. Irlts really cool they have an outside bay window so you are sitting at the bar from the outside also when it's nice outside like the good weather we had. We will definitely be back. read more

Went to I.C. Brewhouse for dinner after work with my friend. It was both of our first times so we asked the server what we should order and she gave great recommendations. I opted for the House Salad and Buffalo Chicken Flatbread which was honestly delicious! They were out of Red Sangria so we ended up getting the Sweet Citrus White Sangria instead. We got a pitcher so that we could split it and it was honestly a lot for each of us (probably about 3 glasses each). Overall very delicious experience and I loved the ambiance. Very clean and modern. They also have a bunch of screens playing sports so I will definitely be returning once football season kicks off! :) read more

This place was not busy at all when we came in on a Sunday evening. The service was pretty lacking, which was likely because the bartender also seemed to be waiting on most of the tables and was very busy. Our waters weren't refilled once during the meal and it took a long time for us to place an order/receive our food even though there weren't many other diners. The food we tried was very hit-or-miss. -whiskey bbq pulled pork sandwich: this was pretty good! It had a nice smoky flavor, and the slaw had a bit of a kick. The fries that came with it were dry and undersalted though. -fire roasted chicken and corn salad (as a wrap): this was decent as well. The chicken was well-cooked, and the spicy ranch was spicy enough. Same issue with the fries as above. -BYO burger (American cheese, mushrooms, garlic aioli) with side Caesar: the mushrooms and garlic aioli were the best part of the dish. The burger patty itself was a bit grisly and not very well-seasoned unfortunately. Also, we ordered this medium-rare and received it very well done and dry. They offered to replace it, and the second one was just as bad. They did take this off the bill, which we appreciated. The side Caesar was okay but nothing special. -three little pigs flatbread: this was very enjoyable. The flatbread was crispy, and all the components worked well together. We would order this or another flatbread again. Overall, it's unlikely that we will return given the poor service and average food. The restaurant itself is nice and has a great patio, but with all the other options nearby, I have a hard time recommending this place. read more

We went there the other day. Want a place we didn't have to dress up but a variety of food. First I must say they are dog friendly on their open patio. Nice looking area with access to an outside bar. Everyone was very nice but I did feel a little pushed. We ordered drinks and an app Bavarian pretzel which came out before our drinks with the water to follow. It was not very crowded and we had 3 different servers come to us I had a Rubin which was ok except not enough meet and sliced thickly not y favorite way to eat it the coleslaw was creamy but needed more vinegar and seasoning. Came here for a work dinner and got the wedge salad with steak. The young lady who served our table was cordial even though it was late. The ambiance was nice and quiet, conducive to a conversation. The tables are on the small side and so are the portions. The menu is limited especially when it comes to healthy options. This is a great bar & grill near Fiddler's Green Amphitheater. Raven is a stellar bartender. She doesn't hide bad alcohol with sweet mixers. Her flavored mules are especially fantastic, not overly sweet and very refreshing. The buffalo chicken salad is great. It's a good mix of chicken, veggies and spring greens. It's not a giant pile of iceburg with a chicken breast on top, like some other places. The onion rings are hot and crispy, breaded not battered. They have tons of parking and a nice patio with a big bar order window. Their dining room seating is primarily booths for 4 people. FYI: If you come in before a show at Fiddlers, they have more limited drink menu, to expedite getting beverages to everyone. And, you'll get your beverage in plastic, not a copper mug. read more

Visited I.C. Brewhouse for the first time yesterday for dinner and a beer and had a decent meal and was able to watch the hockey game on the many screens available in the restaurant. I did not know that this restaurant was tucked away back in this part of the neighborhood, so thankful that we know about it now. We arrived during the middle of the dinner rush and were able to get a table quickly. We asked the hostess for a table where we could see the hockey game, and she set us up with a great table. There are so many screens here that I do not know if there would be a bad one. We ordered the fried cheese curds as an appetizer. The cheese was tasty, but we did not like the sauce that came with it, so we asked for some ranch and our waiter took care of us. For dinner I was hungry for a burger so I ordered their BBQ burger. Their burgers are a 1/2 pound burger and this one came with candied bacon, cheddar cheese, BBQ sauce, and an onion ring, along with the lettuce, pickle, tomato, and red onion. My burger was cooked just like I requested and had great flavors. It was also huge and I was not able to finish the whole burger. If you are not into fries they will sub out the regular fries for a wide variety of other items, I got the tater tots and they were delicious. You can get truffle fries, sweet potato fries, or even a side salad. My wife got the chicken fingers and they were amazing. It looked more like a chicken breast than a chicken tenderloin. They tasted great and she was very pleased with our meal. This is a fun place to come and get a beer off their extensive beer menu and watch the game in a casual atmosphere. We sat at the bar and service is super friendly. It is happy hour all day on Sundays, so we sampled a few of the offerings. We both had the margs on HH which were puckering. I barely finished. Way too much sweet and sour. For food, we tried the Brussels sprouts and the short rib poutine. The sprouts were a bit too Al dente and had unnecessary seasoning on them. The chipotle aioli dip is fantastic. The poutine was ok. I dipped the fries in the aioli. Nothing really wowed me here, but I suspect it could be a fun neighborhood hangout. read more

It's nice that you can bring your dogs on the patio. That's about it. The bartender with a bunch of tattoos is extremely rude. He only spoke to his friends/regulars. In order to get anything, I had to be the one who initiated it, then he never responded. He'd just walk away and put In the order. Never asked how anything was, or refilled my water. Another couple came and sat near me and I guess they ordered a unique beer or drink and he just walked away from them and they were so confused. The guy had to call him over to put in their drinks. This place is awesome!!! We came here on a date night and got to try the new menu which just came out this year in 2025! The shawarma chicken tostada's were fantastic, they have this amazing smoky flavor with a chipotle crema. If you like heat then definitely gotta try the Colorado pork green chili. It packs in so much flavor in every bite. They have a fantastic short rib dip with ton of juicy flavor in every bite and a great take on a return but with turkey instead! We finished off our meal with a cinnamon roll ice cream sandwich which was to DIE FOR! I love this place because they have a great selection of draft beers and SO many TVs so it's perfect for coming by to watch football or really any sport! The staff was so friendly and gave great recommendations on food to eat! I can't wait to come back in the summer because they have an AWESOME looking patio for happy hour!!! read more

Was looking at lunch spots and came across this place. Very impressed when first walking in very clean and pretty. Very new school style. We got seated immediately was a bit to hot outside but has a nice patio. Small beer menu but love the lay out of beer go lightest to darkest we had the west New Image IPA and was crisp and delightful. The mushroom Swiss was so damn good I recommend that immediately . Everyone at my table was happy with the chicken sandwiches and burgers even the smoked wings were great. Next time I will be getting a new sandwich because it all looked great. Why am I even reviewing this? The salsa trio was Pace Picante Mild salsa, Pace Picante Mild Queso and 7/11 green guac paste. Chips were seasoned like a Taco Bell Locos Taco Shell and if you're wondering about customer service, you're in luck, there is NONE! First time to this Brewhouse and I liked everything I tried. My friends Dori and Jeff just love the place and come quite frequently. They said the must tries are the cheese curds and burgers. Both did not disappoint. The curds had a nice flavorful breading on them but wish the serving size was a bit bigger. The burgers are cook to order which is great if you want some pink in your patty. I loved the rolls as they compacted while you munched away. Once again the fries that accompanied the burger were on the frugal side. I will be back to try a few more things. read more

IC Brewhouse feels like it was built to serve the apartment complex it shares a parking lot with. It is not apparent where non-residents are allowed to park without the risk of being towed to enjoy a meal here. Getting past the parking situation the service was wonderful. Our bartender/server was super friendly and conversational making drink and menu suggestions based on our conversation. The menu is limited but has enough variety to satisfy most people. I really, really wanted to like this place. It's close to the house. I met my friend Brad here for dinner and drinks. We hadn't seen each other in TWO YEARS. I suggested this place based on reviews. First, vibe. It's MUCH too bright and the number of televisions is ludicrous. It was also cold. Good thing that I wore a sweater. Service was efficient, but impersonal rather than welcoming. Brad had a porter, and I had a mule from the happy hour menu. Brad loves nachos, and they're his benchmark for food quality. The nachos here were skimpy on toppings, and he suspects that the cheese is Velveeta. I ordered a Cuban sandwich, because I love them. It was just okay. Not bad, but not a must-have. The fries were good, not great. Could have been slightly more golden and crispy. My glass was snatched without my being asked if I was finished. I had moved it next to my purse, and the server reached in front of me and grabbed it. I told her politely that I wasn't finished, and got it back. That is a personal pet peeve. We weren't given glasses of water, so I was chewing the ice. I prefer to he asked if I'm finished. It wasn't crowded and we hadn't finished eating, which makes the snatching rather bizarre. I'm not going to bring BF here. He likes nachos and Cubans too, and these could have been better. The burgers do look good, but I'm not sure it's worth returning. They have a great outdoor seating situation which makes it easy to social distance. You can also put in orders to go and while we were there we saw a lot of orders going to the surrounding apartment buildings. We got the burger, their chili, and a house salad, and everything was tasty. This will be a great spot to come before going to Fiddler's whenever concerts start back up. read more

Hey DTC- there's a new brewhouse in town! IC Brewhouse opened in fall 2020 (amidst the pandemic, ugh) and has quickly made it to the top of our favorite brew pubs. Let's first talk about the space. In this completely new-build complex, IC Brewhouse came ready to adjust and accommodate. Our first trip in was while inside dining was still an option. There are lots of big-screen TVs, so it's a stellar spot to catch your favorite sports game. Our most recent visit was this week- after the county restricted indoor dining. Not to fret! The well-lit and heated patio was a perfect gathering spot for me and my run club friends. Menu is good- featuring a wide selection of local and regional beers. I would recommend the flatbreads and the boneless wings- both delish! Several friends got the nachos and devoured the whole plate- must be a good sign. This place was a surprise. And truly has something to offer for every type diner. Beers and cocktails are on the menu and the list for both is larger than expected. I had the après ski spritz which was surprisingly delicious considering this is primarily a Brewhouse! For apps we got the whipped feta which was just okay in my opinion and the blistered shishito peppers which were sooo good! The peppers are served with this lemon dipping sauce which sounds like it wouldn't work, but, absolutely worked. All the main entrees looked amazing and I had a couple of bites of a burger which was delicious! But, my main entree was the Buffalo chicken salad and it was so good! Just the right amount of chicken and the salad was a fresh mix not just second thought chopped iceberg. The dessert was a churro sundae which was absolutely delectable and I cannot wait to go back and have again! Overall I was really impressed with IC Brewhouse and next time I want to watch a game or golf it will be on the top of the list! read more

This place opened only a year and a half ago and you can see how new it still looks. The bar seats were great for us. The girl bartending was great. We tried many happy hour items and it's a good deal. The flatbreads were awesome. The pizza rolls were ok. The Buffalo chicken sliders were great and the best item was the seared tuna salad as its an enormous portion. I had red and white berry sangria and a tropical mule, all was excellent. We had a great experience here! We came from out of town and were very surprised to find that most restaurants in the area close at 7 or 8pm! We were so thankful ICB was open later! Our waitress was also the bartender and she did a great job. Most importantly our food was delicious! I am a vegetarian and my boys are not. There were plenty of options for all of us. I had the Roasted Broccolini Cesar salad and it might have been one of the best salads I've had! The tomato bisque soup was fabulous. Came here for the avalanche game last night. Super nice restaurant with really good food and service. Zack took care of our large party and was absolute awesome. He kept our drinks full, suggested entrees and apps and took great care of our party. We were a 10 top and he was super organized and help everyone keep their tabs separate. In addition it was a super late Avs game so they stayed open an hour after close so that we could watch the game, it was so appreciated and super hospitable.
