Believe me when I tell you this. Beware of the quality of chilis in the mid to late 2020s or any chain family restaurant for that matter. If you generally eat well and are active, this food will put you on the pot. After living here for almost 4 years, my wife and I decided to stop by the good old Chili's across from Charles s. No more than 30 minutes after my wife and I demolished the generally safe and delicious triple dipper, some chicken crispers for her, a smash burger for myself, and a couple glasses of the margarita that the waitress recommended, things went sour... in a haste... A slight lurching in my stomach slowly but surely erected into a fireball type stabbing pain in my upper to lower intestines. After a solid 25 minutes in the bathroom, and before my wife decided to ask management to check up on me in the bathroom, I walked out of there sweaty, disgruntled, and ready to get the heck out of dodge. Needless to say, we didn't finish our margaritas, we didn't look the waitress in the eye, not after what transpired in the men's room. We drove outa there hungry and hurt. My wife's stomach reaction was delayed, a time bomb If you will. I'll spare you the details , but if you're looking for good eats in the neighborhood, I would avoid restaurants like this moving forward. read more

Stopped in for lunch because a friend had a gift card and we heard about Chili's more affordable "3 For Me" options. Big chain restaurants are usually not my preference but I decided, "why not?" The greeter and our server were all very friendly. Our server kept checking on us and making sure we always had what we needed. Our main items took a while to come out, but she did communicate and apologize for that. We shared the chips and salsa to start. Even though they are endless, there were plenty in the first basket. The classic Margarita had ok flavor but I couldn't tell if there was any alcohol in it. As we waited for our food, we decided to try the Merry Maker Marg. This one had a little more punch (as in sugar and a touch of spirit) but we were sad that they ran out of the festive Santa 'Stache straw. (I guess we were on Santa's naughty list!) I ordered the Limited Big Smasher Burger with fries. I was not given an option on how to cook my burger so I can't really complain when it came out well done. Fortunately, the toppings of 1,000 Island dressing, cheese, pickles, and onions helped offset the dryness of the patty. The fries were good and plentiful. Very disappointed with our experience. My friend is a twin, and when we came in to celebrate their birthdays, we were told they would both receive a free birthday dessert. We thought that was really nice and appreciated the gesture. However, when the bill came, we noticed that we had actually been charged for the desserts anyway. It was frustrating because we were specifically told they would be free, and nobody mentioned anything different until after we paid. Not a huge deal financially, but keeping promises and being clear with customers matters, especially when people are celebrating special occasions. Hopefully this can be improved so future birthday celebrations don't end with the same disappointment. I'm pissed... read more

The deals at Chili's are unbeatable. One of my all time favorite sit down casual dining places. I almost always get the 3 for Me deal because its such an amazing deal to get a steak, appetizer, and a drink. I recently tried the triple dipper and I'm a fan also. We ordered three of the "3 for Me" meals for takeout and were beyond impressed--not only was everything delicious, but the value was unbeatable. All three of us chose chips and salsa for our appetizer, and we were shocked (in the best way!) by the generous portion sizes--just look at those big bags of chips! The food was ready right on time, hot and fresh. A special shoutout to the young gentleman handling the to-go orders--he was polite, efficient, and went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. Haven't been to a chain restaurant in a while and with a gift card, why not? The lunch deals offered are decent price wise as you get a drink (increased cost for alcoholic drinks), a starter, and an entree. Our server, Clare was super sweet and attentive and was exceptional. She definitely knew what she was doing and anticipated our needs. For my entree, I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich. The crispy part was good, but the crispy to chicken ratio was a little more crispy than chicken, thus a side of ranch was necessary. The sandwich came with French fries, which were hot and crispy- just how I like my fries. Chips and salsa were selected as the starter. I always find the chips and salsa descent here. I did choose a margarita to go with my meal. The margarita, as expected, is way more mix than tequila. I ordered an additional drink, the seasonal margarita for $6 and it was a little better. Everything was fine as expected for a Tex-Mex chain. This particular location seems to have things more organized than others I have been to so kudos to Lonetree! read more

I visited this Chilis on Tuesday 10/03/23. I walked in right at noon. Place was not busy. The host/manager was visiting with the people sitting at the table near the front door. He saw me but never acknowledged, his visit went on for a while, I was getting ready to walk, the bartender noticed & asked if table by the bar was okay, so I sat down. Ordered the $10.99/3 for you lunch special, came with a super small Cesar which was iceberg lettuce plus cheese, croutons with dressing on the side and a soda. Food came out super fast almost instant. Had hardly touched the tiny salad. The burger was lukewarm not hot, same with the fries. Not sure how they managed a lukewarm burger right at noon. The arrogant dUCK of a host/manager does not belong in the food & beverage/hospitality industry. My go to place for me and my brother! They have excellent food, service, and ambiance! The music wasnt too loud and was a sampler of all sorts of music. Our server was great and saw I liked the tortilla chips so much I was saving them so he got me a bag to go and I was in heaven. I Love all the food especially the baby back ribs and also the queso! We love coming here as a family especially after soccer practice or tournaments. The time we come is always towards the end of dinner rush, so it's not as busy and we always get seated right away. Service is always perfect! I love the family atmosphere and is very kid friendly. We love the variety of food options on the menus which makes it perfect for all families.
