    Merry Maker Marg (seasonal)
    Edie A.

Stopped in for lunch because a friend had a gift card and we heard about Chili's more affordable "3 For Me" options. Big chain restaurants are usually not my preference but I decided, "why not?" The greeter and our server were all very friendly. Our server kept checking on us and making sure we always had what we needed. Our main items took a while to come out, but she did communicate and apologize for that. We shared the chips and salsa to start. Even though they are endless, there were plenty in the first basket. The classic Margarita had ok flavor but I couldn't tell if there was any alcohol in it. As we waited for our food, we decided to try the Merry Maker Marg. This one had a little more punch (as in sugar and a touch of spirit) but we were sad that they ran out of the festive Santa 'Stache straw. (I guess we were on Santa's naughty list!) I ordered the Limited Big Smasher Burger with fries. I was not given an option on how to cook my burger so I can't really complain when it came out well done. Fortunately, the toppings of 1,000 Island dressing, cheese, pickles, and onions helped offset the dryness of the patty. The fries were good and plentiful. For value, Chili's is a good stop with their 3 for Me combos.

The deals at Chili's are unbeatable. [[HIGHLIGHT]]One of my all time favorite sit down casual dining places.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I almost always get the 3 for Me deal because its such an amazing deal to get a steak, appetizer, and a drink. I recently tried the triple dipper and I'm a fan also. The service at this location kind of depends on how busy they are. I've noticed when it's crowded it's slower but that's to be expected.

We ordered three of the "3 for Me" meals for takeout and were beyond impressed--not only was everything delicious, but the value was unbeatable. All three of us chose chips and salsa for our appetizer, and we were shocked (in the best way!) by the generous portion sizes--just look at those big bags of chips! The food was ready right on time, hot and fresh. A special shoutout to the young gentleman handling the to-go orders--he was polite, efficient, and went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. His professionalism really stood out and made the whole pickup process smooth and pleasant. Honestly, this was probably the best experience we've ever had at a Chili's. Great food, great value, and top-notch service. Well done, Lone Tree location--we'll definitely be back!

Haven't been to a chain restaurant in a while and with a gift card, why not? The lunch deals offered are decent price wise as you get a drink (increased cost for alcoholic drinks), a starter, and an entree. Our server, Clare was super sweet and attentive and was exceptional. She definitely knew what she was doing and anticipated our needs. For my entree, I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich. The crispy part was good, but the crispy to chicken ratio was a little more crispy than chicken, thus a side of ranch was necessary. The sandwich came with French fries, which were hot and crispy- just how I like my fries. Chips and salsa were selected as the starter. I always find the chips and salsa descent here. I did choose a margarita to go with my meal. The margarita, as expected, is way more mix than tequila. I ordered an additional drink, the seasonal margarita for $6 and it was a little better. Everything was fine as expected for a Tex-Mex chain. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This particular location seems to have things more organized than others I have been to so kudos to Lonetree![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Took the family here for dinner. This is definitely one if the better Chili's. Our server was awesome. The food took a bit but it was hot, yummy & correct. We left full & happy.

Amazing margarita chicken tonight! Super moist and flavorful. I upgraded to street corn and everything was delicious! I always eat in the bar area. Best serve and atmosphere...

Maybe the head chef has Sundays off. Because we usually have a good experience at this location any other day of the week. Pick up order: My husband ordered sliders, literally BEGGING them to make sure they're well done. Of course, they came pink as could be. The steak was hockey puck dry with zero seasoning. And take a look at the asparagus. Have you ever seen them so dry that they resemble paint brushes? C'mon guys. I know you can do better than this.

I visited this Chilis on Tuesday 10/03/23. I walked in right at noon. Place was not busy. The host/manager was visiting with the people sitting at the table near the front door. He saw me but never acknowledged, his visit went on for a while, I was getting ready to walk, the bartender noticed & asked if table by the bar was okay, so I sat down. Ordered the $10.99/3 for you lunch special, came with a super small Cesar which was iceberg lettuce plus cheese, croutons with dressing on the side and a soda. Food came out super fast almost instant. Had hardly touched the tiny salad. The burger was lukewarm not hot, same with the fries. Not sure how they managed a lukewarm burger right at noon. The arrogant dUCK of a host/manager does not belong in the food & beverage/hospitality industry. I'm guessing he didn't get enough attention as a child or perhaps he got a little too much, attention that is.

Nice standard burger and fries type menu options. Fast and great service with lots of seats. Get the promo menu three for me for a great lunch option

It was a very poor first impression. After being seated, things didn't improve much. The staff working the bar and nearby tables were very short with us from the beginning and gave off the impression that they didn't want to be there. What made it worse was that the restaurant wasn't even busy at all. I ordered a michelada, and honestly it was one of the worst I've had. I've tried micheladas all over the Americas, and this one was terrible. I specifically asked for it to not be too spicy, was told "okay," and it still came out extremely spicy. I couldn't even drink it. For food, I ordered a burrito while my friend ordered fajitas and a quesadilla. The pictures looked great, but the food arrived cold. We had also ordered well before the two tables next to us, yet they received their meals at least 10 minutes before we did. The only positive part of the experience was the woman who brought our food out from the kitchen. She was very kind and welcoming, and honestly the best part of the restaurant. Back staff should probably be taking the orders. After our food arrived, nobody checked on us even once. We were never asked if the food was okay, if we wanted another drink, or if we needed water refills. The server only came back when it was time to pay. Walked by us multiple times and never took the time to stop to ask us how we doing. There was essentially no service throughout the meal. I will say the decor and atmosphere were beautiful. The restaurant did feel like a small piece of Mexico, which I appreciated. However, as a Latino, the hospitality and service did not reflect the warm and welcoming Latino vibe I expected. Overall: great decor, but the service and food were extremely disappointing. There are many other Mexican restaurants nearby offering much better experiences. This place seriously needs to improve its hospitality and customer service.

We happily stopped by this Highlands Ranch location for a nostalgic reminder of days gone by. Michael was a nice, attentive waiter. You're not going to have fancy Mexican food here. Just chain restaurant level. But we do like the queso, and the fajita steak burrito I split with my husband was good. The beans/rice are not that great. (That's always a given.) If I'd had a bigger appetite or we were staying longer and could have leftovers I would have ordered the fajitas since they're my favorite. It was nice to visit an OTB again. This was also a location that hadn't been through their modern makeover so they still had the previous bright decor and darker interior. The old way is so much more festive and inviting than the new, sterile (dare I say ugly) restaurants. It was like stepping into a time machine and seeing an old friend.

As soon as I got home, my late night snacking started. I only took several bites out of that whatever the huge fish. And oh my goodness, it was so delicious! Well-seasoned with very light salt. Although I mainly got it for tomorrow morning/lunch I had a hard time quit eating because of its deliciousness. Extremely welcoming staff (I even met the owner, Alex as he was dining with his family), quality food and value pricing, this place checks out for the hidden gem restaurant that's not necessarily super fancy but it's worth every penny and time.
