I have been going to Chili's for years and I have absolutely loved it every time, until recently. I order the the crispy chicken tenders, the chicken was completely and entirely raw. Not one tender but all 3 of them. To top it off when the manger came out to talk to us once we politely sent the food back, he did not even apologize for the chicken being completely raw. All he told us was they have a new recipe and they need to fry the chicken tenders longer because the batter is thicker or whatever. My question to him would be, does he understand how severe it can be to send out raw chicken, how sick it could make someone? So my friends and I will NOT be returning to Chili's again, especially after this encounter. read more

Leaving a review just to give feedback during the pandemic shutdown... Picked up a to-go order at this location last night. There were several items missing from our order, including side condiments, sour cream, guacamole, etc (we had 2 orders of fajitas). If it had been busy I'd have understood, but we were the only car waiting there. At any rate, my guess is maybe they were getting a lot of orders and just messed ours up; it happens. What I was actually frustrated with was the fact that the waitress who brought out our to-go order was offended when we asked her to leave the food in front of our car so we can pick it up. She came literally all the way to the window and asked me to roll down my window. Like... What? If you're asking guests to stay in their cars because of a pandemic, having servers come out, stand right next to the car window, and ask the guests to roll down their window completely defeats the purpose! And it wasn't just this server who did this, the server who had come out before her to verify which orders ours was did the same! She stood right next to my car window and asked me to roll down. When I rolled down a bit, she kept indicating I should roll down more... I'm sorry if I don't want anyone breathing right next to my face when I'm in the tiny enclosed space of my car! I wish I were joking, but what happened was incredibly frustrating. All we wanted was to keep at a social distance like we all should be doing right now, and someone got offended by that... Someone who works in the food industry... I hope someone reads this, and implements the feedback. Otherwise your efforts to keep guests and your staff safe are going to waste. read more

Check out this burnt piece of corn on the cob they actually served me. Just for fun I took a bite and it was dry as sand. I asked the waiter if you he could take it of the bill and he just stared at me vacvacuously as if he couldn't understand the problem. I called to let them know and basically they said they would refund the cost of the meal and send me a gift card. One of my family members had no meal. Decent food but carryout accuracy during COVID leaves a LOT of room for improvement. One time, they left off all the cold fajita ingredients (cheese, sour cream...), next time they forgot fajita meat! The food was great. So I went in last night at we exactly 9:28pm. I felt bad because they close at 10pm and I was showing up so late. Anyways I had a busy day and was craving some ribs. As i walked in a gentleman from the bar walked over quicky, greeted me and sat me down. He also told me my server would be right out. Hannah my server came straight out and I apologized for orderingate and explained I would eat fast, Hannah said no worries you don't have too She had great energy and seemed like she was excited to see me. I ordered ribs, corn on the cob, mashed potato and broccoli with a mixed drink. I recieved my food in a short amount of time and all of it was fresh and hot. I enjoyed every bite of it. Chili's is the type of place you go to when you don't want any shock. It's the type of place you go when your whole world is crashing down behind you, your girlfriend left you, your dog died, grandma is sick again.... Chili's is there in the chaos like a lighthouse in the desert. You won't really understand why this restaurant serves things from texmex to baby back ribs but damn it if it doesn't comfort you. This Chili's is no exception. I've been to my fair share of Chili's and this one is one of the better ones. I've been in here a few times and each time the service has been kind and the food has been good. Only downside of this Chili's was the bathroom looked like a Taco Bell bathroom on 4/20, gross. read more

Good service, they make an effort to keep your drinks full, make sure you are all set, without being pushy at all. It is nice for a chain to have this type of service, very happy to report it. Typical Chili's food (which i like), very heavy and satisfying. Location is just off of I-25, Lincoln exit, easy to find. The southern smokehouse bacon burger is awesome. read more

BEST CHILI'S I EVER BEEN TOO FRFR. The service was exceptional and I loved every bit of it. Our host was very friendly when we walked in and he politely directed us to our table I never got his name but he was a really nice guy and as for our server she was so nice and she even joked with us which was really nice. Her and I have the same name which is Makayla but hers is spelt differently but it was cool seeing someone with the same name. The food was hot and ready and she was always coming with refills for us and making sure we were good! Highly recommend having Michaela as your server because she is so incredibly sweet! read more

This is a great location with awesome customer service. They always seem attentive and have sincere attitudes. The food has always been as promised. The great benefit to this location specifically is that they are so close to Park Meadows and shopping --- but out of the way so you can easily get in and out without issue. This is my neighborhood go-to restaurant because I live very close to it. The service has always be very good - everyone is very friendly and accommodating and the food is always out on time and nice and hot. I recommend the ancho salmon as an entree - it has very good flavor and a nice ancho sauce on top that compliments the fish well. Went around 6:30 pm, middle of the week. Aaron was our server. Good service, attentive to our refills and requests. Did not use the pay app. on the table. I hate those; I like good old-fashioned human contact service, and tip accordingly. I would suggest that they have the full menus back at the table, as the best way to increase sales is with suggestive selling, using pictures of the foods along with the desserts. We knew what we wanted, but would not use the QR code to look at the menu on our phones. I believe that they are missing sales and up-sell opportunities. It is what it is, a chain in suburbia... Hostess is less than friendly and has been there since we used to have a house down there. We visited with a group of 20 on a Saturday night, we called to indicate we were coming, and they said no problem. We were all in town for a conference at the Marriott down the road. Our waiter was very cool, straight forward, was able to split all the checks and did a great job making sure all the food was correct and came out on time. read more

We should have realized what we were in for when the less than attentive hostess seemed disinterested in a party of five. We were seated in an area without anyone else and had a succession of THREE servers all indicating that they were in fact our server! We finally got our drinks and appetizers ... 10 minutes later we were still awaiting refills and an answer to a menu question we'd raised. Very frustrating. At 15 minutes we went looking for our server - to no avail. I decided enough was enough and utilized the convenient table payment system to pay for the drinks and appetizers so we could leave - a word of caution, in playing with the system I somehow purchased $0.99 unlimited table games. As 3 of our party were out the door the manger appeared asking if she could make it right. Too little - too late. Chipotle sets a high standard that Chili's is nowhere near matching. read more

The server came over and got my drink order then food order... and that was it. For everything else, I had to flag down one of two servers - for another drink, more water, the bill - and was never once checked on during my meal. read more

I got a Mushroom Swiss burger for takeout. Nothing but bad news here. Fries were cold, limp and under seasoned. Patty was way less than awe inspiring. Buns were thoroughly soggy. Mushrooms were undercooked and were cut way too thick to stay on a burger, Swiss was barely evident. For a $10 meal, I expect way better food. read more

Always friendly staff. Always more than willing to quickly correct any mistakes, which is very rare. Clean place. Food always well worth the price. My Dr. Pepper consistency has not waivered. We visited Chili's at Lincoln & Park Meadows Drive in Littleton, CO last night and after MULTIPLE meals at the restaurant over the years, this particular time was better than ever, because of our waitress, Jenny. Jenny went above and beyond for us last night even though they were short staffed during their peak dinner rush last night. My dad, girlfriend and I ordered apps and entrees at the same time but Jenny made sure our app came out before our meal, per our request. She was prompt with drink orders and we didn't have an empty glass of water, coke or wine during dinner. She was attentive and stretched VERY thin last night. I sent her to the kitchen for a couple additional condiments and side of onion rings, and with her MANY tables last night, she fulfilled my requests within minutes. Deb was courteous, friendly and attentive to our table. I can only assume she gives every table this same treatment (as there was no reason to hold us to a higher standard). I LOVE Chili's and frequent many different locations often, but because of Jenny, I will be eating at this Chili's location as often as I visit. I've been here a few times. Usually go to bar side. Bartender is not very personable. Everyone seems to busy to be friendly. Food is very blah. Beer is good but it's hard to mess that up. Service is a bit slow. Looks like take out for Door Dash and pickup has priority. Overall not the best Chili's I've been to be honest. Never once saw a manager? Are they to busy playing games on their cell phone to check on customers? I won't return even though it's in my neighborhood. Sad. read more

We came here for an early dinner before heading out for a big night on the town. We only had limited time so being able to pay the bill via the screen thing at the table was really handy....especially with the level of service. Really friendly girl, but everything was a bit of a shambles. It wasn't busy, half the tables were empty. We waited ages for our beer and she forgot the lime. She said she would bring it over. We waited, and waited then really slowly started drinking the beer, by the time she remembered it was half gone. The guys got chicken sandwiches and I got the sweet & spicy burger. I asked for it to be cooked medium, it was well done. I didn't complain or send it back because we had to get going and it wasn't too dry. They came out in pretty good time but she forgot my ranch dressing, she got that pretty quick smart. The guys said the sandwiches were really tasty. My burger was good but the onion rings would have been better on the side, couldn't really taste them in the burger. The bill for the 3 of us came to about $35 so not bad really. The screen thing on the table also had an ad for a $30 uber voucher, so we did it and it worked! That was out free trip home from the city. Thanks for that chili's! read more

The happy hour is decent, 2 for the price of 1 on house wines and select draft beers. The margaritas are not suggested as they taste like straight sweet & sour. Free chips & salsa in the bar or with a foursquare check-in. You get a free dessert every 3rd check-in on foursquare as well. The service is typically very good. I don't even know why I still keep giving this chili's a shot. I wish it wasn't the closest to me. It is the crappiest by far. They don't even have an easy way to complain when they get your order wrong when it's to go. If you are going to offer TO GO then you need to 100% check your to go orders. The amount of time they've forgot something as simple as a salad or the dressing is just unreal. And you never know until you are already home. I'm so over it with this location. Not going back. I don't care how far I have to drive but I'm not going back. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else. read more
