Wings were great tonight! This is the best wing chain I've found in Colorado so far, and I've been here a few years. They know how to cook the wings extra crispy, their original hot sauce is tasty with a kick, and the blue cheese is homemade and is really good! The staff was really friendly too at this location. Just a tip, it would be nice if they put some garbage cans out in the eating area, so customers could just throw their trash out before they leave. read more

On Tuesday evening my daughter and I decided to get some wings. We stopped here and ordered a 24 pack of strips, e Pugh for dinner and leftovers for lunch the next day. Unfortunately I ended up in bathroom around midnight due to what I believe was improperly cooked chicken. I stopped by the next day and explained the situation and asked for a refund. I ended up speaking to the owner of this particular store and was told that they do not issue refunds but that I would have to go through a health inspection process and would have to give them details pall the food I ate that day. After telling the owner I would be glad to help with that process I again asked for a refund. He bluntly told me that I may never get a refund. I said this was unacceptable and he then told me that I had no right to shake down his store. I was at this point extremely angry with his rude behavior and insinuation that I was lying about it. While I don't doubt that my situation is unique I believe that this owner's rude behavior and telling a customer that they are lying is enough to warrant a second look at this place before partaking of their food. read more

Good wings, close to home. Stopped by without calling first, and the wings were ready pretty fast and were really tasty (the french fries could have used a little more seasoning though). We place a pre order at 4:30pm to pick wings up for a event that started at 6:30pm the pickup time was scheduled for 6:15pmit is now 6:39 and we are just now leaving for our event. If you order carry out, CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE. My husband and I have ordered carry out from this location three times. ALL THREE TIMES, ITEMS WERE MISSING that we had paid for. The woman that answered the phone was short with me and sighed about 5 times in frustration. After picking up my food, I tasted something strange after my second piece and I noticed that I was eating the blood from the food. Half of the pieces were undercooked and have blood in them. If you are offered ranch, you should get ranch. I asked that they offer something else to not have to return to the store in a snow storm, they said nothing be free ranch. I started going again about 1 year ago (2015) and the wings are better and the place has been remodeled and is much bigger. I have been to this location a few times because it is convenient for my drive home. It is consistently bad and we won't be back. Now they are expanding??? How? Contacted Wingstop Corp and filed another complaint. They said it was a franchise and they had no control but forwarded my email to Franchisee to respond. This is a great place. Not only are the wings excellent, but all of the side dishes are excellent as well. They have a friendly staff at all the locations I've been to. Their the reason I stayed in Colorado:-). I was first introduced to them in 2006 while I was Dallas for the year. After I arrived here in 2007 and saw WingStop, I said to myself, I'm staying. They even have a website you can order on and have the wings waiting for you when you get there. My favorite flavors are the lemon pepper and the garlic parmesan. Lousy experience this evening. Was told order would take 18 minutes, but it took 25 (it used to take only 12-14). Ketchup dispenser not working, I reported it 2 times to staff and check it about 10 minutes after each report and still not working. Wings were not seasoned and shaken in the bucket to coat all the wings. They just dumped the wings into the baskets and sprinkled a lot of seasoning on top. So one side of wings got heavily seasoned and the other side not at all. Also the wings in the bottom of the basket received no seasoning.
