Close to the southlands shopping center. This is a decent Chick-fil-a location. They are pretty quick whether you go through the drive thru, dine in, or are picking up. The staff for the most part are pretty friendly. It is clean inside too. They've got an indoor playground at this location. read more

Drive Thru is super convenient - it is consistently packed but moves pretty quickly. The staff is kind and they truly load you up with sauces. Our food was standard Chick-fil-A fare but was good quality and made well. It's getting a bit pricy, but great for a quick meal! read more

Is it me or is food getting pricey? My fave fast food (and my doggie's) is just a-ok this time. 30pack nuggets and a grilled chicken club was $38! For that, we only eat half so we can make two meals out of our order. The bun on the sammy was cold (expected since we did drive thru) but also stale. Although this parking lot has many spots, they don't have enough signs or employees to direct the rude and entitled drivers from blocking the entrance into the lot. Since the lines were long, we decided to order on the app. Went inside and waited longer than the 6-10 minute window given. There was only one employee taking orders inside. The employee calling online orders perseverated on one name that wasn't present, while three other customers that were, continued to wait. Eventually, a cook was brought out to help take inside orders. Systems definitely need to be reviewed. It was not "my pleasure" to visit this Chick Fil-A. read more

This is the closest restaurant to me and I'm going to start visiting a different one. More often than not, something is wrong with my drive-thru order. Today I visited at 3pm, when it was pretty quiet, and their staff still messed up. I understand that they can get busy; however, it only takes 15-20 extra seconds to ensure the right customer is getting the right food. The sandwich I received had a completely different name AND order number than the sticker on the outside of my bag, which shouldn't have been that hard to check. I have called or messaged before and the offer of a "free dessert next time" is useless... you forget or go to a different location. I don't want a complimentary cookie, I want my food provided correctly in the first place. Please teach your staff to double check orders they are bagging; it's a simple fix. read more

First time this location blew our order was tonight. I thought Chicago-fol-A was a cut above the other fast food joints because they always got our order exactly correct, until tonight. Ordered 5 sandwiches, plus salad, waffle fries, chicken tenders and nuggets. This Chick Fil A just gets worse and worse the more I visit. No matter what time of day, it is crazy busy and I even try the hack of parking my car and walking in (so not American!!) and it's crazy town inside too. There doesn't seem to be a lot of organization inside so I just hang out and dodge people while I wait for the order. They also don't do whipped cream in cups for the pups so that takes them down a couple notches as well. I came here after a very long and exhausting 12 hour night shift. I was really looking forward to enjoying my chicken burrito with breakfast salsa. When I checked the bag it looked like my salsa was placed inside, but it was in fact, hot sauce. I had asked repeatedly for breakfast salsa. I want to say thank you to Stanley and the group at Chick-fil-a on Smokey hill road. There was a mistake made on our meal, we ordered a Spicy sandwich meal, Cobb salad and a nugget meal. What we received was 2 kids meals. Needless to say, when I walked in and asked for the manager, Stanley stepped up and refunded our meal. Stanley was kind, concerned and apologized. We went through the drive thru to get a key lime frosted lemonade. We asked for whipped cream and a cherry. She told me she couldn't add a cherry because it wasn't on her iPad. We also asked for a small cup of whipped cream for our pup. She said tell them at the drive thru and they will give it to you. When we pulled around, he told me they couldn't give me a small cup of whipped cream at this location. What does that even mean? The food is always good here, but the service and leadership is sub par compared to other locations. They can do better! read more

This location is "meh" at best. It'll do the job if you have a craving but that's about it. My most recent visit found it to be filthy with no TP and a bunch of random trash all over the women's restroom, which smells of a disgustingly overwhelming baby powder. I occasionally do Door Dash, which they sometimes use. The disrespect for outside drivers is nobodies pleasure - they will fill orders for their own delivery crew with a back lobby full of those waiting to deliver to THEIR customers too. My mobile order included a 12 count nugget meal, large fry and medium Sweet Tea as well as a gallon of sweet tea. The bag was sealed so I know that the problem was with the server. The large fry looked more like a small or medium because at least half of the container was empty. They try to be sneaky by filling the remainder of the box with napkins and condiments! Really? In general, service at this branch has gone down. My previous order, two weeks ago, was for a chick FilA sandwich meal. You can count on CFA for excellent chicken and waffle fries every visit. We've frequented this location several times since moving to the area last year. Even though the drive-thru lane is always long ... they get everyone through quickly! Food is always served hot and fast. Appreciate they almost always have staff manning the tables and providing drink refills without needing to leave your table. I also love their app and the ability to place my order before arriving - makes ordering for a family a breeze. Then just click a button when you arrive and your food is ready - hot and fast. Doesn't hurt that using the app earns you rewards! Who doesn't love free food! I love that this location allows you to select eat in .. Normally this location is very good, however today I was waiting for a abnormal amount of time for my food, however when the worker came out asking people what the name of their orders were he asked everyone around me minus myself, he asked a customer who had just ordered and got them their food immediately. During the day everything is usually fresh and accurate, including sauces napkins and straws. At night though, things really take a turn for the worst. Very slow drive thru line (I know that just sounds weird) and many wrong orders over the last year. There are so many teenagers inside not really doing anything.. the service really suffers. Received the correct food last night, did not receive any sauces/straw/napkins and when I went inside to get some sauce it was a horrible experience. Me and my friend went through the drive thru at this chick-fil-a off smoky hill and aurora parkway in south lands and were not happy with the service we got. My friend got a spicy deluxe sandwich with cheese and the sandwich and cheese were both cold. The cheese was not melted at all on a "hot" sandwich. We went back through the drive thru after waiting a few minutes to see if the cheese would melt, which it did not. Once explaining to the lady's at the window that we just wanted a new sandwich if possible and we were apologetic because we did not want to make a big deal about it. The lady said that it was freshly made so that's why the cheese is not melted and that the only thing they could do was give us a warm bun to melt it, which we excepted. We parked and the bun was colder than the sandwich at that point. I usually always get excellent service at chick-fil-a's but was not happy with this outcome. read more

There's nothing worse than when you get home, and one of your orders is missing, this has happened twice now, and the best that the manager can do is say that you can come pick up the food that you paid for within 30 days, doing nothing above and beyond to make it right with NO apology. I really like Chick-fil-A but all locations are not created equal. This particular location on Smokyhill Rd. is often out of large cups, makes drink orders incorrectly never has the double cup holders and gives out incorrect orders frequently. The poor kids that work there probably take more than their fair share of complaints because the manager doesn't know how to order sufficient inventory for the store. This is a management issue at this location hopefully corporate sees this and gets some training done at this location. read more
