I was really wanting some wings the other day. This was a convenient stop for me, so I made an order. I really like wings, so I would have to say I'm kind of a wing snob. We have always had issues with attitude at this location. However tonight is the reason for my rating(along with my previous experiences). I ordered from their app. Realizing I needed additional sauce, I called them, repeatedly, to the tune of 10 times. Each time I was placed on hold and after exactly one minute, was hung up on. When I got to the store, no one was on the phone. Once I got home, my order was absoultly wrong! It had my name on it, so it was my order. Most of the time when we eat here it's pretty bad. We usually drive a little bit further to go to the one in highlands ranch. However this time when we went the food was pretty good. Very poor service and horrible with doordash, I work with doordash and have gone to this location multiple times, with doordash you are assigned an order and a time for when the food will be ready for pickup, each time I've gone to this location I wait till it says the food is ready and then proceed to go inside, every time I walk in they either don't bag or don't prepare the food until I tell them I'm there to pick it up and end up having to wait an extra 15-20 minutes than I was scheduled to making the food late and my pay decrease, also more times than once while I was waiting multiple customers asked for a refund on what they ordered due to waiting longer than 30 minutes. Went in for a large family feast order after placing the order ahead of time online. It was not ready at the promised time, and when they were finally getting around to putting it all together they dropped one of the bread rolls on the floor. One of the workers just picked it up off the floor, made eye contact with me, and I am pretty sure they put it in the basket with the other rolls and acted as if that was alright. That was very disgusting. The whole crew seemed like they were not really in sync with one another or even up to speed with their jobs. Order was incorrect. When I called the store the girl who answered repeated my order 2x but wasn't listening to what I was saying was wrong and talked over me finally I was able to say what was wrong, she didn't apologize just said bring the wrong ones in and it will be another 18 mins. This doesn't just affect my order but also my husband who now has cold wings and fries since we had to make another trip back to the store. There was no option to compensate and still no apology when we made it back to the store. I then checked my order once we made it back and it was still wrong!!! There was other attempt to rectify the inaccurate order now 2x! Very dissatisfied. And the restaurant smells like sewage and the drink station looks like it hasn't been clean in years! I used to like this place but it's been steadily going down hill for quite a while now. They raised their prices but lowered their service and food. Last trip here we waited 45 minutes for our order. The tables are sticky and dirty, the straw dispenser has some disgusting film all over it and the food was below average. With all the other wing restaurants in the area, we're not going here again. The only person that needs to make a stop here at this point is the food inspector. read more

Just flew in and needed gas for the car and food for us. We saw this Wing Stop and decided it sounded good for lunch. Two young men working the place were polite but VERY slow. The whole place was dirty and looked like it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in days (or weeks!) We searched the entire dining room to fine one table that didn't have crumbs and greasy smears on it. The floors were filthy and had thousands of footprints visible on the greasy surface. The bathroom was unwelcoming as well and if we hadn't already ordered, we would have walked out. Our simple order, placed at 1:09 took twenty minutes to come out, despite only two other customers in the dining room. They proudly display several "Best of" awards in their window, but needless to say, we weren't impressed. When our food finally did arrive, I will say it tasted good and the fact everything was deep fried made us comfortable eating knowing anything bad would have died in the fryer. read more

Placed an order for SB 52 wings on Friday, for pickup on Sunday at 4:15pm. Big mistake. Line was 20 people deep and the staff was telling everyone that their orders were going to be 30 minutes late. When I looked into the kitchen, it was chaos beyond belief. HS kids all looking at the tickets and no communication or leadership at all. Nobody working and everyone looking = bad management. A guy came in before me, who drove 30 minutes to the store for a big order, and it wasn't ready ... he basically told them to have it ready in 1 hour and that he wasn't going to pay. INVASION OF PRIVACY!!! I've taken the family out to eat at this place every so often. The wings and fries are great and we get pretty good service for the most part. PROBLEM : I'm extremely disappointed in this place, I'm not sure if all of the Wingstop places do this but what really disappointed me to a point that I'll never eat there again is what happened on my last visit. Everyone should be concerned about this. My family and I go in and I order the food and sodas, everything is fine to this point. Then my fiancé and I decide to have a beer with dinner and the guy behind the counter asks for my ID, "I just need to swipe your ID", he said. Swipe my ID???? This is sensitive, personal information, you can see my ID but you're not going to swipe it. Apparently, they swipe your ID through a device that stores your info and the fact that you've consumed alcohol. That is no one's business if I have a beer and I am certainly not good with Wingstop storing this info! Why would a restaurant need to store their customer's information? I love Wing Stop but this location is filthy. My husband and I stopped in for some lunch. The girl behind the counter was really unpleasant and seemed bored. There was plenty for her to do the tables and floors were filthy. I ordered the boneless garlic parmesan and fries something I have had before at another Wing Stop and know I like. We sat down and had to wipe off the table since there was no where clean to sit. The table was wobbling and when we switch tables that one was wobbling too. Have no idea what they did but the wing seasoning was off and the meat was dry. The fries were soggy and covered in too much salt. There were two tv's both of which had dark spots on them. Another worker came in the front door and the girl and him started talking loudly almost arguing right behind the counter. Very awkward situation. We ate maybe one wing two fries and threw the rest away. Looks like management needs to give this place an overhaul I will not be back to this location but I do like Wing Stop at other locations. read more

Horrible Horrible Horrible! They messed up our order after waiting 25 minutes for it! They did offer to fix it but we were in a hurry and didn't have time to wait. The cleanliness (or lack thereof) of the restaurant left something to be desired. While waiting for our food, 3 people told the guy at the register that there were no paper towels in the mens room. 2 women told the same guy that the ladies room was out of toilet paper. Did either get fixed??? NOPE! When we used restrooms at end of meal neither had paper and both were beyond dirty! They weren't even busy. When I arrived the staff told me to wait 10 more minutes which was fine at first seeing how they looked very busy. Ended up waiting 30 minutes instead of the 10. When confronting the staff about the status of my wings, they ignored me and LITERALLY rolled their eyes coupled with a annoyed sigh. By the time I got my order, 6 other customers got their wings and left. No form of compensation was made for the extra half hour I had to spend there, other than an insincere apology. I decided to add a call with my phone and called them on the other line. A girl answered this time, who sounded as if she had marbles in her mouth. I don't even know what she said. I have never given a negative comment before but felt compelled after my third bad experience at this location. The first two times my wife ordered online and went in to pick the items up only to find we were missing items once she got home. First time was 10 wings, second time two of the sides were missing. These were both $100 orders. After 6 months we decided to try them again. This time I ordered online 1 hour ahead of time. I went in 10 minutes early at 5:20 to make sure I was able to get through the line in time. At that time I told the cashier to please check my order as the last two were wrong. My 5:30 order was not done until 5:50. When it came out I opened up the bags to check everything right there on the counter which seemed to bother the young lady. Turns out we were missing a large fry so I was glad I checked. I went out the door and brought the items home. My wife unpacked everything and asked if I left all of the dipping sauces in the car! You guessed it, none of the 8 sauces I paid for were in the bag. I was mad at myself for not checking but I should not have to. I called and told them I was heading right back for the sauces and could they have them ready. When I got there they were not ready and all they said was sorry. No attempt to make it right. By the time I got back to the house most of the items were cold. My 3 orders totaled over $300 and each time we had several friends over. None of them will ever eat there again and obviously neither will we! It is a shame because they are close and the wings were decent. read more

We have sworn off this place so many times that I've lost count. But I thought (stupidly) that I'd give them another chance. That was a mistake. I actually like the wings. The problem is the service. They've gotten our order wrong, requiring a return trip to the store and another half hour of time lost. Then I started checking the orders thoroughly before I left the store. Once, I placed the order and found out when I got there that they were only taking cash because their credit-card machine was down. They taped a sign to counter, but the customers in front inadvertently blocked it. I had to leave without the food because I didn't have $35 in cash. Today, I ordered takeout -- one order of six boneless wings, with fries and drink. I had been told it would take 11 minutes. When I got there, there was one couple ahead of me in line. Fifteen minutes later, I left the restaurant with the food, and that was only after the girl at the counter asked me for three more minutes after taking a phone order, and I lost patience. I got my food almost 40 minutes after placing the order. There was only one person there to handle the phones, cash register and preparation of trays for the customers eating at the restaurant. I felt sorry for her, but also frustrated that for the umpteenth time, the service was awful. I don't know who manages this restaurant, because from the looks of it, I'm not the only one to complain about service. Maybe they just don't care about service and are trying to save money on wages.
