Probably the worst pizza I've ever had. I ordered the Mod sized Dillon James. Just look at the pizza picture and you will understand why I took away 4 stars. There was a 6-7" ring of cheese and then sauce ring to the crust. Spent $18 w tip for this pizza and a Coke I'm not saying I won't be back, and those that know me know that I rarely post a one star review but come on now! I took a bite out of the first slice and noticed there wasn't any cheese left on the slice so I took a picture of the pizza. Tip: I would recommend not getting a named pizza and create your own that way you can watch it on the assembly line or go with a salad. Staff was great and I tipped a few bucks after my order, and no I didn't go and take it back. :D Restaurant was clean and the customers mostly happy. I always love MOD pizza and this was no exception. The ability to fully customize my meal with fresh, delicious ingredients never gets old. My pizza came out perfect - no surprise there! 11/21/24- Dropping my previous 4 star review down to 1 star. The guy they had working is super rude and they are not ADA friendly. Their line was moving super slowly and I made the mistake and leaned on their counter to take some of the pressure I was feeling from staning in their line for so long and he yelled at me. I have never had this happen at any other location or other place with a similar set up. After he yelled at me he was then super rude to my mom when he took her order. This guy should not be a front line staffer. Also if they don't want people leaning then they need to make changes to their line, speed up, or start doing table service. A restaurants set up should never give them the right to yell at someone with disabilities, or anyone for that matter. It's just rude. Old: 4 stars. It's about average for a MOD. I was a little sad to see how small the mini pizzas have gotten and the price increase. When I first started eating at MOD the mini was only 3.99. Down in Parker to visit a friend and she suggested we eat here. I've always heard her rave about Mod but I wasn't sure what it was. Turns out it's a similar pizza establishment to Blaze pizza. Chipotle versus Qdoba basically but in the pizza realm. The general idea of Mod is a fast casual pizza place. The setup is much like a Subway sandwich store but instead of sandwiches crispy pizza. You can choose a number of preselected pizza combinations. Think of them as staff favourites or tried and true flavors. OR you can make your own pizza. Best of all the toppings are free. No two proteins and a veggie, you can have ALL the proteins and ALL the vegetables. Sauces? They've got them. Extra drizzle out of the oven? They have that too. Squash? Sure why not. I really enjoy the variety of vegetable options. Same for the meats, although I'm personally a veggie lover. You could learn something from Mod pizza Domino's / Pizza Hut! Inside you work your way around to the prep line. Choose your crust or pizza style. Salads are available too for a lighter option. They also do garlic knots or breadsticks. Desert wise they have some small cakes and depending on your location a frosty or ice cream option. Your pizza is built right in front of you and cooked in the oven super fast. They have desserts available, tea, lemonade, draft and bottled beer, and a few wines to complete your meal. Tons of seating inside for groups of all sizes. This location is a welcome addition to the area. On our way to the springs the back way we noticed it and made a mental note. After a difficult day on the springs we set course for MOD. My co pilot had never had the experience. The were glad to see us and in full swing busy. You walk the line, pick your toppings and on this day you then gave your cell number and returned to your car to wait after you made payment. Every topping was fresh, every employee appeared to make the best effort to be pleasant, accommodating and food safe. I fell in love with MOD a few years ago. I am a regular at the Mod pizza at the Factory Shops and they are 5 stars. This one in Parker is a fail. My online order called for extra mozzarella as well as dollops of red sauce. When I picked up my order I had to request the dollops of red sauce and when I got home I noticed not only was the cheese sparse but it was absent from half of the pizza. The other ingredients were minimal, about 5 pepperoni and 4 pieces of Canadian bacon. This was a bad experience for me. I will go back to the Mod Pizza at the Factory Shops. read more

This is the pizza place one goes to for a custom made pizza. We had just finished our large family Costco shopping trip and usually eat there however the hubs knew his wifey is eating healthier and Mod pizza would have better options. They do have salad options but frankly I'm salad out and thought let's do a cauliflower crust option that has to be healthy! First, I will say my first cauliflower pizza was super tasty and I didn't notice a difference between a normal pizza crust. I topped mine with ricotta, mozzarella, mushrooms, sliced tomato, olives, some oregano, and finally a drizzle of ranch because DUH ranch on pizza is life brah. To be fair I only ate 3 slices of this and the rest sits in my fridge for another day. Sad to say friends after some research Mod's cauliflower crust is not even close to healthy! At 590 calories and 88 carbs for this whole pizza in the picture, I would have been better off eating regular crust which was 450+ calories and 80+ carbs. Here's the thing though, one doesn't need to eat the whole pizza. Think some nutritional information on your website would be extremely helpful for us health conscious customers. Either way, I enjoyed my pizza and do come to Mods from time to time for a pizza treat. Next time I'll get the kids size pizza instead of this giant size. Lol read more

So this evening, my wife put an order in for pizza for everyone in the household, and I ordered a pizza with a cauliflower crust, however it was definitely regular crust. Even my daughter took a taste of the crust, and it tasted just the same as the regular crust. Now keep in mind, that you have to pay an extra $3 for a cauliflower crust. As a diabetic, I have to watch my blood sugar carefully, and the spike that I had within 2 hours of eating, was not good. I do have to say, that their service is usually pretty decent, but at times they can be quite slow. I recommend that when you order, physically go in and order it so you can watch and make sure they use the right dough. read more

I ate here on 10/06/2020 around 630 pm. The food was amazing, total 5 star, and I've never had an issue at this location. However, on this particular day, the person who im assuming is the manager (tall, greyish/brown haired man working the oven) spent the entirety of the 35 minutes I spent eating berating his employees about a mistake someone had made. I can understand a mistake costs money and that someone may have needed to be talked to about it, but in front of customers is not the place to do this, especially for over 30 minutes and with the manner in which he was speaking. Every employee here as always seemed generally happy and personable, but he seemed extremely rude to the employees, and at one point I heard him talking shit about another employee behind his back. I'm still giving three stars for the food and amazing past experiences at this location, but someone needs to teach this manager how to talk to employees, especially in front of customers. read more
