I went super extra with buying decorations, but they have everything you need. Plates, napkins, utensils. Everything you need. Overall, Sky Zone is certainly fun for kids so hence the 3 stars. But as a parent, the customer service and staffing is frustrating. It is true, the place is run by young people (high school students mostly), who need more training or at least a conversation about how to be helpful. We bought the monthly membership (since it's the same price as a one time admission) so trying to get our money's worth. Each time we've been here, it's so hard to find a table/chairs to sit. Families are always waiting for each other to leave in order to sit. During our visit yesterday, I ordered a personal cheese pizza (for my 4 year old) and pretzel (for my 5 year old). After 20 minutes, I check with the staff on the status. And they hadn't started making it. He tells me that he actually charged me for a large cheese pizza (which I definitely didn't need for my 4 year old)... and just says "So what do you want to do?" I said I would wait (what choice did I have?), but asked if I could get the pretzel first since my kids were hungry. And he said he also hadn't started making it either! But that it would take 15 more minutes for everything. Anyway, when he finally brings the food out... Both the pizza and pretzel are burnt and hard as heck. My kids didn't want to eat out! Argh, frustrating! And the staff person could care less. Huge waste of money. read more

This sky zone is smaller than the one in Aurora. It also has less to do. This place is in need of a serious vacuuming / cleaning. There was gum, debris, and hairballs everywhere. This is a business we visit with friends and family. We have hosted birthday parties here. I have had zero complaints until today. We brought my grandfather who is unable to walk up the stairs and uses a walker. Typically he uses the ramp to get up to the main court to watch his grandchildren play. Today they had the walkway from the handicap ramp to the main court blocked off. I asked for help from muliple employees for an alternative route. I was told there was nothing anyone could do to help. I was given nothing but attitude. As I walked away I could hear employees making fun of the situation. Awful experience. Avoid!! Came here for the first time on a thursday in June. First they sell an "All Day Pass" - nope, it's a two hour pass. Second, the employees just hang out with their friends ignoring all other duties. Third, they close the food counter at the height of lunch because it's just too hard is the reality of the answer I got. fourth, they claim bathrooms were cleaned "the night before" but they are in a disgusting state an hour after opening. Attractions at the park don't match what is advertised online for this location. Music is on the loud side for people who might be effected and the foam blocks are not ever sanitized so take your own sanitizer if you need it. Staff is friendly but disorganized (maybe lack of training or they don't care too much?). Sometimes things take awhile and once I was on the phone with them they put me on hold for over 15 minutes until their own system hung up on me. They did bend rules for my family at least and let us "get away" with a few perks that we may or may not have been eligible for, but it seemed like they did it to make things easier on themselves and not have to deal with customers. Not the worst tactic, but still adds to the chaos. The website is awful though and there is no online support when I had trouble accessing my membership to cancel. Their website had a malfunction yet they refused to acknowledge that and just pointed to their terms and conditions which stated I needed to use the website to cancel. Seems very predatory and uses the excuse of each franchise operating separately to avoid helping customers that need it so make sure to document everything if you want to use their services. read more

Very fun! I've met lots of friends and like minded people here, and I've been going here for years, I know it like the back of my hand. But every time I go here I have to get hurt at least once. The last time I came here I was with my best friend, we were on an obstacle course with blue padded swings. My friend was making her way through the course, then suddenly she fell backwards off of the swing, breaking and dislocating her arm. Seeing her scream and be taken out on a stretcher was traumatizing. Staff didn't help out much, but they were still there for her. She ended up having to have emergency surgery the next morning. The nurse helping her in the emergency room told us that this was the 7th sky zone incident in the past few weeks. That is absurd. Not coming here again for a while. read more

My kids love Skyzone, who doesn't love trampolines?! First timers - you have to purchase socks but keep them and reuse! Disappointing they are only open in the evenings and don't have more day play opportunities. It is much more geared for older kids 7-12 read more

Skyzone is absolutely DISGUSTING!!! The only good part about skyzone was this lovely girl named Jaden. She had wonderful customer service and really helped out with checking me and my kids in. Fun place but my kid was signed up for a membership that no legal adult approved of. Very slimy.

We LOVE this place! They have a 90-day pass for 2 hours a day all summer long for $59 (can't do weekend glow nights, but who cares!). My kids really enjoy it, especially with the new ninja warrior park. I've read some silly complaints about the staff not being a helicopter parent like some people can be, but we've been here at least five times, and the attendants play with the kids and just have fun supervising every time. It's never been an issue. It's still a trampoline park and can be a little dangerous, but it's great exercise and fun for everyone. I even get work done with the one outlet in the eating area. Love the fact they have toddler time for younger kids. You should look at the website or call them I don't remember the exact days and times. I think is little pricey since they are really strict about having you remove when your time is up. I think this place is better for older kids than for toddler during regular hours. read more

This SkyZone has so much potential to be a great place. There seems to be quite a bit of space, but unfortunately our family did not feel safe. The manager said the capacity for the whole building was 175, but there's no way there can be that many people in at one time safely. We bought tickets for toddler time this morning and are pretty disappointed. There were 2 or 3 sections of trampolines closed off and twice as many kids and parents as trampolines in the main area. They ask that there's one person per block but that's impossible with how many people are in there right now. From the time we checked in to the time we left... roughly 20 minutes. There were kids well over 4, way too many people not wearing masks, and lots of pushing and running. I am really disappointed in our visit today. read more

When we joined I was so impressed by the staff and so excited for my 3 year old. She loves tumbling and being disabled it's really nice to be able to sit and watch her. Our first visit was an absolute disaster but the GM Jared made it right so we actually joined and come twice a week for 2 hours. However after the last 5 months I am sad to say that my original 5 star rave review has dropped to a 2 and I'm being generous at this point by not putting a 1. After 28 years in guest service and the last many years as an area director. I just feel embarrassed for them. My daughter is not safe. I'm paying a monthly fee for her plus I'm paying a sitter to jump with her at 20$ an hour so the kids 6 on up don't hurt her. Now I will say there are some very sweet young men ages 7-13 that are extremely aware and actually help her which is adorable. But why are they watching out for her and the staff is talking to one another or texting. Unacceptable. It's costing me about 75$ every time we go. Between the sitter that has to jump with her so she's not injured. It's at the point of a waste of time and money. This location could easily separate areas during operation hours for toddlers and 5 on up or size wise. Either way this should really be done. Clearly I'm not the only parent feeling this way. I know it's not fun to bottom line on the P&L but you get what you pay for. Pay a little more get higher quality staff that cares instead of 16-20 year olds that feel the world owes them. You will eventually raise sales because people will want to visit your establishment and in turn you will make more money. read more

We finally made it to this place after driving by it for years. First off, we bought out tickets online and signed our waiver online ahead of time... got there and couldn't even get to the check in counter for our bracelets for 25 minutes. The place was packed ! The main trampoline was broken so hundreds of kids were squished using all Of the other activities. Kids were rude, there was absolutely NO rules being enforcement because every(if there were any) staff member is maybe 16 years old , kids were cutting lines and staying in the foam pits not allowing other kids to jump. Very very unsafe with little kids running in front of big kids while doing tricks and literally No Staff to help out. Wow! We'll never give them our time or money. And parents were OK with this ! OMG....For the last 3 months our parent group takes turns with drop off and pick up at this Sky Zone location in Parker. Tonight I drop off & get a phone call 10 min later from my 13YO son and his friends in the parking lot??? Apparently they have decided a parent needs to stay with the kids while they jump?? This is an establishment that will lose our business and I hope many others. I yelled at the GM about putting the kids out in the parking and he threatened to call the cops!!! I begged him to do so and he would not. Do they not understand child endangerment?? The other kids that were forced outside were all of sudden ushered in once I started raising cane. This place is filthy. Like grimy filthy. There's black grime building on all of the mats and that could easy be fixed with an easy weekly wipe down. There's also trash all over the floor. Super fun place! Our six year old daughter loves all jump parks and this one happens to be the closest to our house so we find ourselves here alot. The place is good for parties or just a quick drop in. They recently put in a 'Ninja Warrior' section complete with two warped-walls. Really great place, plate workers when we visited on sat night and a lot cleaner and "modern" looking than some other trampoline parks we've visited.
