Made it super unpleasant to sit since you would literally stick to the seats. Yuck. There are lots of other opportunities here like laser tag, ice skating, and some kind of training area, probably used for the Avs! If observing any event here, you'll be pretty comfortable and well fed!!! Hopefully they scrape off whatever is stuck to the seats for more pleasant seating.

We had ages 4 to 12 year olds, boys and girls, and every kid had an absolute blast. The two coaches that were working with the kids were fantastic. These outstanding young men were so sweet to all of the kiddos, really helping the younger ones out so they had just as much fun as the bigger kids. It was so easy to book and the set up was perfect. Tons of room for the food and gifts, plus room for the parents to hang out while the kids played. Everything just went so smoothly and unlike most birthdays I have hosted, it was really easy and I actually had time to watch the kids enjoy themselves and socialize with the other parents. I'm just so impressed by the staff I worked with, the instruction that was given to the kids, and the facilities. We really can't wait to host another party there and hoping to possibly sign up for one of the summer camps. It took me a little time to process what happened this past Sunday before writing this review…read more I want to start by saying Tanner, the young man who worked our party, absolutely made the day. He was incredibly helpful with the kids, repeatedly apologized for everything happening (even though none of it was his fault), and remained kind, attentive, and professional the entire time. Tanner is the ONLY reason we managed to have any sort of birthday party at all. We booked the Ultimate Birthday Party package for my son's 7th birthday from 2-4 PM and also added the pizza and drinks package. The day before, I called to confirm everything, including our food order: 2 cheese pizzas, 2 pepperoni pizzas, Sprite, and lemonade for 12 kids. I arrived around 1:35 PM expecting a busy Sunday crowd. When I checked in, I was immediately told our party room would not be available until 3:15 PM -- despite our party being scheduled from 2-4 PM. That meant we would only have the room for the last 45 minutes. I was shocked. The employee at the front desk was kind and explained the manager had overbooked parties. Meanwhile, I was left standing in a packed lobby with decorations, cake, plates, and favor bags with nowhere to set anything up. I eventually asked to speak with the manager. After waiting about 15 minutes, he came over with absolutely no sense of urgency. He was dismissive, condescending, and repeatedly told me the room timing was listed in the "fine print" of the emails. Maybe technically it was, but it's honestly ridiculous to advertise birthday parties without guaranteeing space for the actual party. After offering no real solution, he simply walked away. As guests arrived, Tanner took the kids onto the obstacle course while I grabbed a couple of lobby tables to hold gifts and belongings. Thankfully, because of Tanner, the kids still had fun and had no idea what was happening behind the scenes. We finally got access to the party room around 3:30 PM, leaving only 30 minutes in our reservation, and there was still no pizza. Tanner helped us rush decorations up while the kids were already hungry and thirsty. When I asked about the pizzas, Tanner checked with the manager and came back saying they claimed I never ordered them. That was completely false. I would never host a party for 12 children without food. Tanner apologized again and later informed me they had "just ordered" the pizzas -- at 3:45 PM, with the party ending at 4. The kids were hungry, drinks were running low, and there was still no food. I asked for more time in the room, and once again Tanner had to speak with the manager himself. We were eventually allowed to stay until 4:30 PM and the pizzas were comped. Unfortunately, by then most parents were already preparing to leave because the party was supposed to end at 4. I rushed to cut the cake so the kids could at least sing Happy Birthday and eat something. The pizzas finally arrived at 4:10 PM when only three kids remained. To their credit, they comped the pizzas and gave us free gym-time coupons. I appreciate that gesture, but after the way the manager handled everything, I will never return. I'm honestly shocked I still paid $329 for this experience. The reason I'm writing this review is to warn other parents. Birthday parties are expensive, and your hard-earned money should go to a business that values its customers and knows how to properly manage events. During the entire three hours we were there, the manager never once apologized. The only staff members who showed professionalism or empathy were the younger employees -- especially Tanner. They are lucky to have him. As a business owner myself, I can confidently say the current manager will drive this business into the ground. He was dismissive, incompetent, condescending, and rude from start to finish. Save yourself the stress and book your child's birthday somewhere else.

It was nice that I could see my daughter the whole time, but I was underwhelmed by the play structure and play options. The plane "simulator" is a video of a plane flying. I like that you can bring in your own food. The drinking fountain was not working. I dont know if that was on purpose or not, but it was convenient that right above the broken fountain there was a sign saying you could buy water up front. Online they say you need to pay for any kid who is 6 months or older or sitting up. I have a 7 month old who sits up. She did not play, but I also would not pay for her at this age, as she isn't mobile or playing with their toys. Overall I think this place is extremely overpriced at $18 a kid. My daughter enjoyed the play structure as much as she enjoys chick fil a's structure or the local recreation center. And this is more than double the price for both. I don't see us coming back for this reason.

Adult nights at Skate City Littleton are no longer the fun or safe skating environment they used to…read morebe, & the declining attendance reflects that. Many of the regular, experienced adult skaters who used to come every week no longer attend. These customers supported the rink consistently, understood rink etiquette, & helped make adult nights enjoyable. I find myself wanting to go less & less too. My biggest concern is safety. There are now too many inexperienced skaters skating recklessly beyond their ability, weaving dangerously close to others, cutting people off, & racing around the rink without enough control. People also regularly stand on the rink floor to socialize while everyone else has to skate around them. Staff rarely corrects this behavior or enforce basic rink etiquette. At this point, I honestly don't know whether employees are allowed to intervene. What makes this especially frustrating is the disconnect between Skate City's own waiver & safety rules & what is actually happening on the rink floor. I understand that roller skating has inherent risks, & I accept those risks whenever I put on my skates. Falling & accidental collisions can happen. However, signing a waiver does not mean safety no longer matters or that Skate City has no responsibility for what it allows on the rink floor. A waiver is not a substitute for enforcing reasonable safety rules. Skate City's waiver acknowledges that rules & personal discipline can reduce skating risks. Its published safety rules prohibit standing on the rink floor, roughhousing, chasing, horseplay, & interfering with the flow of traffic. The rules also state that skating privileges may be suspended for violations. So why aren't those rules being enforced? There is a major difference between accepting the inherent risks of skating & being expected to accept an unnecessarily dangerous environment because people are repeatedly allowed to violate the rink's own rules. If Skate City expects customers to acknowledge the risks & follow its safety policies, customers should be able to expect the rink to take those policies seriously as well. The music has also changed significantly. Much of what is played now is difficult to skate to unless all you want to do is race around the rink. I can use earbuds to listen to my own music, but I can't use them to make an unsafe skating environment safe. Flow is another frustration. People pay extra for Flow because they want that dedicated floor time, yet people who do not pay for Flow continue skating during it. There is little or no enforcement. If customers are charged extra for something, the rink should ensure they actually receive what they pay for. It also feels like Skate City is changing adult nights to attract a much younger crowd, many of whom appear to be under 21. There is nothing wrong with attracting younger skaters or new customers. The problem is doing so at the expense of the established customers who have supported these nights for years. I also question whether this is a sound long-term business strategy. The younger crowd Skate City seems to be targeting may eventually have many other nightlife options once they are 21, while the loyal customers who have already demonstrated that they will return regularly are being driven away. Many regular adult skaters came week after week, paid extra for Flow, brought friends, took lessons, attended events, and consistently spent money at the rink. Adult nights are now noticeably less busy, and many familiar, experienced skaters who used to attend every week simply aren't coming anymore. Bringing in new customers should add to the existing customer base, not require replacing it. Once longtime customers find somewhere else to skate, there is no guarantee they will return. I want Skate City to succeed. I want adult nights to be busy & fun again, & I want new people to discover skating and become regulars. But attracting a new crowd should not require sacrificing safety, rink etiquette, music, & the overall experience that kept existing customers coming back. The experience has noticeably declined. I hope the owners pay attention to the lower attendance & ask why so many longtime regulars are disappearing. Unless something changes, Skate City will continue losing the very people who helped make adult nights worth attending.
