Fun place for kids age 7 to 14. We had a birthday party here and everyone had a great time, and best of all the cleanup was super easy.

It took me a little time to process what happened this past Sunday before writing this review. I want to start by saying Tanner, the young man who worked our party, absolutely made the day. He was incredibly helpful with the kids, repeatedly apologized for everything happening (even though none of it was his fault), and remained kind, attentive, and professional the entire time. Tanner is the ONLY reason we managed to have any sort of birthday party at all. We booked the Ultimate Birthday Party package for my son's 7th birthday from 2-4 PM and also added the pizza and drinks package. The day before, I called to confirm everything, including our food order: 2 cheese pizzas, 2 pepperoni pizzas, Sprite, and lemonade for 12 kids. I arrived around 1:35 PM expecting a busy Sunday crowd. When I checked in, I was immediately told our party room would not be available until 3:15 PM -- despite our party being scheduled from 2-4 PM. That meant we would only have the room for the last 45 minutes. I was shocked. The employee at the front desk was kind and explained the manager had overbooked parties. Meanwhile, I was left standing in a packed lobby with decorations, cake, plates, and favor bags with nowhere to set anything up. I eventually asked to speak with the manager. After waiting about 15 minutes, he came over with absolutely no sense of urgency. He was dismissive, condescending, and repeatedly told me the room timing was listed in the "fine print" of the emails. Maybe technically it was, but it's honestly ridiculous to advertise birthday parties without guaranteeing space for the actual party. After offering no real solution, he simply walked away. As guests arrived, Tanner took the kids onto the obstacle course while I grabbed a couple of lobby tables to hold gifts and belongings. Thankfully, because of Tanner, the kids still had fun and had no idea what was happening behind the scenes. We finally got access to the party room around 3:30 PM, leaving only 30 minutes in our reservation, and there was still no pizza. Tanner helped us rush decorations up while the kids were already hungry and thirsty. When I asked about the pizzas, Tanner checked with the manager and came back saying they claimed I never ordered them. That was completely false. I would never host a party for 12 children without food. Tanner apologized again and later informed me they had "just ordered" the pizzas -- at 3:45 PM, with the party ending at 4. The kids were hungry, drinks were running low, and there was still no food. I asked for more time in the room, and once again Tanner had to speak with the manager himself. We were eventually allowed to stay until 4:30 PM and the pizzas were comped. Unfortunately, by then most parents were already preparing to leave because the party was supposed to end at 4. I rushed to cut the cake so the kids could at least sing Happy Birthday and eat something. The pizzas finally arrived at 4:10 PM when only three kids remained. To their credit, they comped the pizzas and gave us free gym-time coupons. I appreciate that gesture, but after the way the manager handled everything, I will never return. I'm honestly shocked I still paid $329 for this experience. The reason I'm writing this review is to warn other parents. Birthday parties are expensive, and your hard-earned money should go to a business that values its customers and knows how to properly manage events. During the entire three hours we were there, the manager never once apologized. The only staff members who showed professionalism or empathy were the younger employees -- especially Tanner. They are lucky to have him. As a business owner myself, I can confidently say the current manager will drive this business into the ground. He was dismissive, incompetent, condescending, and rude from start to finish. Save yourself the stress and book your child's birthday somewhere else. read more

About a month ago, we stumbled upon an ad for a free trial class and we jump on the opportunity. After the first class, our daughter asked immediately when the next time she could take a class. The following week, we signed her up for preteen fundamental and we couldn't be, happier with the decision. Everyone from the moment we walked in the gym has been so inviting and the pure camaraderie that you see in that gym is next level. Watching the coaches boost the confidence of these young athletes by pointing out the positive vs negative is amazing. Having a child with low self esteem walk out of her class smiling of all accomplishments small or large is a big deal. We can not say enough great things about the staff we have dealt with Coach Charlie, Kyle, Brayden, Declan and even Toni have gone above and beyond for our family. We are excited to be a part of the ninja nation family. read more

The place was dirty with ants all over the broken water fountains and at the time the men's bathroom was flooded with no one seemingly attempting to clean it up. It was also hot and humid. Very uncomfortable experience, I was there for a birthday party otherwise I would have left. The actual equipment and stuff looked pretty good and my kid had fun so with improvements the place could be good. read more

Lots of fun challenges and helpful & encouraging staff. My 10 yr old granddaughter went nonstop for 1 hour. The birthday party rooms are large and look like they offer plenty of necessities. We will definitely think about this place for her upcoming parties! read more

We came for a birthday at ninja nation on a Saturday afternoon and I was very impressed with how clean and well kept the equipment is. The staff was helpful and encouraging of the little kids (elementary age) to try some of the harder obstacles and helping them get through it. They have side party areas that can accommodate large or small groups. The bathrooms are very clean. Definitely recommend to all ages & adults too. read more

We took the little guy and about 10 of his peers, ranging from 6-11 yrs. old, to celebrate his 10th birthday party. The facility was very clean, organized, open and FUN! From check in, the cart was ideal to move all the goodies, to check out was smooth. Our group leader Elan helped us get the most of our time throughout, from a quick stretch/safety tour to leading jumping contests for the kids, we were in good hands! My review on Ninja Nation Centennial It was great! We did 2-hour open gym. (Ended up two hours two days in a row- my son even refuse the play date at a splash park ). There were Summer Ninja Camps ongoing. If you sign up for open gym, you can either free play or tag along and do activities that appropriate age group is doing. First, it's a good utilization of this "warehouse" space. It's not big but it's not small either. Thought the size was perfect (since our children are still small). It's open - You can see what your kid's doing. There's an ample sitting space away from the gym and sitting spaces around the gym area to look into see what one's doing. The Staff: they are very attentive. Group and individually. They don't just stay around and watch the kids like certain indoor playground places but very interactive with the kids. Also, I heard a kid cry (for unknown reasons), as soon as they heard this, three of their staff ran towards the cry (although, there was a staff already there tending to the child). Another case, one of the bigger kids ran off crying hid in the corner (maybe typical sportsmanship issue, I just assume). One of the staff member went right behind the kid to tend to him. So kudos! Ambiance wise, bright, there's no strobe lights and loud music going where you feel like you are having a seizure. It was very clean. While snack time, they announced it over the speakers to the campers that it was snack time/break time and reminded the kids to go wash their hands, etc. Kids were all headed to the bathroom to wash hands. There were no ughs or huffs, they all abided and thought that was very cool. Each time they need to rotate course btwn campers, they announce over the speaker as well like in some competitions and they all wowed and switch. There's a party/eating area separated from the play area. There's a small vending area/snack area for purchase and few merch but I like how they are not focusing on merch like some other places. I think it's a good place to burn off energy, gain some confidence participating confidence/parkour courses. Btw, we are signed up for last week of July Ninja Camp here. They also extended the camps until 2nd week of August as Cherry Creek doesn't start until later. Also, enrollments open for other camps during the summer as it became pretty popular. read more

What a hooked up ninja gym! the hour long session times are a good amount to work out and have fun. They have about 10 "routes" you can do, there is also some sort of rating system. Pretty intense stuff in the advance area, the obstacles are way bigger in person, it is very impressive. There are also some options to time yourself, including a warped wall finish, very cool stuff. It was the most fun student event we've ever had! The ninja nation staff was so fun and encouraging and informative on how to learn and grow in confidence and skill while also having so much fun with us! We loved the party room as a central place to have all our stuff be. It was so much fun! The kids are already talking about when they can go back next! We're so thankful to you all! First of all, I took the time to read the 12 existing reviews at the time I wrote this one. Anything negative I read I am happy to report I did not experience one bit. We had my son's birthday party here yesterday and it was fantastic. The main reason we settled on Ninja Nation was because it's the only age appropriate, high activity place that could accommodate a large group where we could still feel like we stayed together as a group. At other venues, you eat together and then everyone splits up into large play areas and you may never see some of them again. Ninja Nation is a large facility, but not so large that you lose people in your group. My son still played with all his friends and parents didn't feel like they had to follow their kids around. Most parents watched from our party area. At other venues that are more private, they can open up the play areas, but the party rooms often only hold 20-30 comfortably. At Ninja Nation they have partitions they can take down between the party areas. Jungle Quest also seemed like it would work, however, the clipping in and out of the harness was a little difficult for some kids and they only provide 2 helpers. I didn't want parents to feel like they had to follow the kiddos around each apparatus. We booked Ninja Nation and were pleasantly surprised by how awesome everything went. Parents even commented on how great the party helpers were. The biggest difference to me was the fact that the employees were slightly older than at other venues we've hosted parties and more mature and attentive. Both in the arena and in the party room the staff were patient, friendly, efficient, and service oriented. They wore gloves while handling food, made sure kids hands were clean before eating, served up everything, and cleaned the party room. In the arena we noticed that they knew where the kids were likely to fail in the obstacles and were there to help and kept things fun and organized. They were so polite to all of our guests. I read comments about how the venue can get crowded. Lets be realistic.....they all do. We purchased a "big" and "standard" party to minimize the number of parties. Sure, it cost a little more but it felt a little more private this way and we got TONS of space for our parents and kids. If you're going to any of these types of activity venues on a weekend, it shouldn't be a shocker that they are crowded and you will need to be more patient. I've been to Ninja Nation as a drop in customer on a weekend and didn't feel like it was any different than sky zone, jump street, spider monkey, boondocks, celebrity lanes, lil' monkey bizness, family fun center, etc. My only negative comment is that you must order pizza through them. I prefer to go through a different caterer, but the reason I ultimately didn't mind was because the manager, Jill (who is fantastic by the way), told me it was through Parry's.....which we knew of and love. We were able to bring in a fruit/veggie tray and our own cake, so we felt a little better about it. Parents enjoyed the pizza as well; you can order any pizza ioff the Parry's menu so we didn't just have cheese/pepperoni. At the end of the day, I have to say, it was MUCH easier just having pizza taken care of by Ninja Nation, so it's hardly a negative. The set up of the party area is also better than others as they have high narrower tables for food along the wall and picnic style tables for the kids/parents to eat. I highly recommend this facility for birthday parties and other events. Adults, teens, and my sons first grade classmates all had a terrific time on the obstacles. From a planning perspective I would be happy to use this venue again. We had positive interactions with the arena manager, front desk staff, coaches, and party helpers. read more

Awful place. Took my kids here recently and was appalled by how we were all treated. We had to wait at least 20-30 mins before our kids could play, the front desk person was rather rude and barely made eye contact with us. Plus they then proceeded to take pictures/videos of my kids and other people's kids without asking our permission or theirs; how do they know if it's okay to do that? Not everyone wants their children's lives posted all over the internet for promotional reasons. With that said, we will not be back nor will we visit any Ninja Nation gym again. Also the gym is small so good luck getting kids in their if there are multiple birthday parties. read more

Been coming here since they opened, once or twice a week. My son and I regularly take classes here and do open gym. We've been here when there's multiple birthday parties, on weekend, and weekdays. We have yet to have a bad experience at any time. All the staff, from the coaches, to the front desk, to the arena hosts are awesome. Very helpful, very charismatic, and very professional. The space is absolutely huge! If an obstacle has people waiting for it, you just go to another one if you want. The classes are super high quality with patient coaches, and even if it's a class we've done before, there's still something new to learn. I wish we lived closer so we could be here more, that's how much we enjoy it. read more

I attended a session with the staff and some other classes were going on. This was my first experience in a Ninja gym, and this place did not disappoint. There was plenty of supervision and support to explore all the obstacles. I felt challenged but safe and free to explore all the places had to offer. The staff was friendly and excited to have me there. I will definitely​ be going back, next time with my kids. read more

Had an amazing time here; the staff is super helpful and welcoming. I brought my sisters here along with my nephew and daughter. They had an absolute blast! We came on a Saturday around 5:00 and the gym was open for them to run around and have some fun. I would definitely suggest coming here and possibly trying a class or two as well; we plan to. We had our 8 year old's birthday party here and they were amazing!! Our host/trainer was fantastic and took care of everything so I could actually relax and enjoy the party.
