Such a fun place for all ages!! You could spend hours here!!!! Removed a star because there's no price break for adults/kids and it's full cost no matter what. I did appreciate being able to upgrade my hour to a full day though! Super spacious. You can't bring in any food or drinks, as they want you to purchase their stuff - so keep that in mind. Would love to do a birthday here in the future.

This place, is truly where kids can explore and live their best lives! It so massive it's easy to lose your kid but luckily it feels relatively safe in the layout. I love how there is a space has something for every age. They have a great cafe area with plenty of seating. It's also great how many birthday rooms they have! Very cool themed rooms as well. Seems like they have quite a few party rooms could definitely be a great place for a party!

Lava Island is our new favorite indoor play gym! I have three kids (7, 6, and 2), and all of them absolutely love this location. We recently hosted my 6-year-old's birthday party here, and she had the best time celebrating in the princess room. The weekend birthday package is a great deal--it includes up to 16 people (kids and parents) plus pizzas, and you're allowed to bring your own treats. We brought cake pops, which worked perfectly! What I love most about this Lava Island is the layout. The space is just the right size, and you can easily keep an eye on your kids whether they're on the trampoline side, the gym side, or in the toddler area. At other locations, the sides can feel too separated, making it hard to track where the kids have run off to. Not here--everything feels open and manageable. It's also incredibly clean, and unlike some indoor play gyms, it doesn't feel hot or muggy inside. The whole environment is bright, fresh, and well maintained.

My son used to love coming here and has attended many birthday parties at Urban Air over the years…read more We recently returned for his birthday, but unfortunately the experience was not as good as we remembered. While management states prices may have changed overall, our visit still felt very expensive for what was offered. An attraction we previously enjoyed was no longer available, which noticeably reduced the experience for the kids. As other reviewers have mentioned, there are additional charges for many things, including socks, games, and prizes, so the costs add up quickly. The venue also felt extremely noisy, overcrowded, and in need of a thorough cleaning during our visit. Most disappointing of all, my son and his friends ended up sitting around on their phones for much of the two hours because there simply was not enough to keep them entertained. That was never the case in previous years. Sadly, based on this recent experience, we do not plan to return. (Edited to address the reply from Payson C.)

I bought a Groupon which allowed them full access to all of the attractions, including the go karts and the sky coaster and that's what they spent most of their time on. Felt like the price I paid was well worth it. It was kind of busy between 12 PM and 2 PM but before and after that it was really quiet on a Tuesday so no long lines. We'll be back!

My kids always have a blast here. I have a 5 y/o, 2 y/o, and 8 month old (he's too young for now)…read more Price: overall I think the price is definitely worth it. You cannot bring outside food or drink which is the downside. Especially for those with young ones or/and with allergies. The snacks they sell are not the best. But you are allowed to leave and return The toddler play area is perfect size and a decent size ball pit. My toddler loves it and always has a blast. They have little trikes for kids to ride around on and they are a hit The main jungle gym play area is amazing. But it's easy to lose track of your kids. I'm a helicopter mom so I will climb around there with both and I can maneuver comfortably through it all. My 2 y/o can also climb around mostly on her own. But there are holes and high places so parents be careful. There's serval slides that are fast, but fun! The drop tower is a hit for my oldest. But I've seen kids shoot down it fast. The building block area is always a hit. There's also a "roller coaster" as my kid calls it. You slide down on a sled down a ramp. It's fun for both my girls They have a few different claw machines and you're almost guaranteed to get a prize the first time. But if you don't you get multiple chances until you get one. Which is awesome! Today was the first time my kids got to meet 'Huggy' and join in on the dance party. It was really cute and cool. My girls got a picture with him too after. I think this location is worth it. When I'm with my two girls we usually are here at least 4 hours. Today we were there over 5 hours haha.

It took me a little time to process what happened this past Sunday before writing this review…read more I want to start by saying Tanner, the young man who worked our party, absolutely made the day. He was incredibly helpful with the kids, repeatedly apologized for everything happening (even though none of it was his fault), and remained kind, attentive, and professional the entire time. Tanner is the ONLY reason we managed to have any sort of birthday party at all. We booked the Ultimate Birthday Party package for my son's 7th birthday from 2-4 PM and also added the pizza and drinks package. The day before, I called to confirm everything, including our food order: 2 cheese pizzas, 2 pepperoni pizzas, Sprite, and lemonade for 12 kids. I arrived around 1:35 PM expecting a busy Sunday crowd. When I checked in, I was immediately told our party room would not be available until 3:15 PM -- despite our party being scheduled from 2-4 PM. That meant we would only have the room for the last 45 minutes. I was shocked. The employee at the front desk was kind and explained the manager had overbooked parties. Meanwhile, I was left standing in a packed lobby with decorations, cake, plates, and favor bags with nowhere to set anything up. I eventually asked to speak with the manager. After waiting about 15 minutes, he came over with absolutely no sense of urgency. He was dismissive, condescending, and repeatedly told me the room timing was listed in the "fine print" of the emails. Maybe technically it was, but it's honestly ridiculous to advertise birthday parties without guaranteeing space for the actual party. After offering no real solution, he simply walked away. As guests arrived, Tanner took the kids onto the obstacle course while I grabbed a couple of lobby tables to hold gifts and belongings. Thankfully, because of Tanner, the kids still had fun and had no idea what was happening behind the scenes. We finally got access to the party room around 3:30 PM, leaving only 30 minutes in our reservation, and there was still no pizza. Tanner helped us rush decorations up while the kids were already hungry and thirsty. When I asked about the pizzas, Tanner checked with the manager and came back saying they claimed I never ordered them. That was completely false. I would never host a party for 12 children without food. Tanner apologized again and later informed me they had "just ordered" the pizzas -- at 3:45 PM, with the party ending at 4. The kids were hungry, drinks were running low, and there was still no food. I asked for more time in the room, and once again Tanner had to speak with the manager himself. We were eventually allowed to stay until 4:30 PM and the pizzas were comped. Unfortunately, by then most parents were already preparing to leave because the party was supposed to end at 4. I rushed to cut the cake so the kids could at least sing Happy Birthday and eat something. The pizzas finally arrived at 4:10 PM when only three kids remained. To their credit, they comped the pizzas and gave us free gym-time coupons. I appreciate that gesture, but after the way the manager handled everything, I will never return. I'm honestly shocked I still paid $329 for this experience. The reason I'm writing this review is to warn other parents. Birthday parties are expensive, and your hard-earned money should go to a business that values its customers and knows how to properly manage events. During the entire three hours we were there, the manager never once apologized. The only staff members who showed professionalism or empathy were the younger employees -- especially Tanner. They are lucky to have him. As a business owner myself, I can confidently say the current manager will drive this business into the ground. He was dismissive, incompetent, condescending, and rude from start to finish. Save yourself the stress and book your child's birthday somewhere else.
