We've been here a few times now. My daughters absolutely love it: there's plenty of area for kids to play in. The toddler area is a decent size and my two year old has fun playing in here. Older kids will often over take this area and cause the area to become overcrowded. Parents will allow their kids to do what they want. I wish they had workers enforce the rule more. There's been a few times where older kids were okay fighting in the area and stepped, bumped, or ran into a toddler. Trampoline area is great. Both my kids love it. The ladder is always a hit and so is the foam pit. They usually have a worker there making sure everyone is behaving. Which is awesome The food they sell is pretty decent. Very overpriced and poorly managed party experience. I would not book a party here again! & from one parent to another...Save Your Money Mom & Dad! I paid over $350 for a party reservation, and in reality I barely received an hour of actual room time. Our reservation was from 2:00-5:00 PM, but when I arrived they told me and my guests the room still needed to be prepared. We were standing around until 3:23 PM before we could even enter the room, and then they told us we had to be completely out by 4:00 PM. That is completely unacceptable when you've reserved and paid in advance. Communication with the business is also very difficult. If you try to call to ask questions about your reservation, it's impossible to speak to someone directly. Most communication is handled through text messages, which makes it frustrating to get clarification on important details. They advertise a "party assistant," but in reality that person is helping multiple parties at once, so there really isn't any meaningful assistance. I also brought balloons for my son's themed party, but because we had to wait so long for the room to be ready, I did not have time to decorate. The food service was also disappointing. Our pizzas took about 20-25 minutes to come out. When I politely asked about them, I was met with attitude and told "we're really busy, someone will take it once it's ready." If you have a reserved party, food should be prepared and prioritized so it doesn't cut into the limited party time. Also, the pizza portions are misleading. I received two medium pizzas that they label as "large." Also I previously added more pizzas to our party that were not brought out. So of course all my kiddos ate but the adults didn't. Another issue was the guest list and charges. I had already accounted for the kids on my guest list, but they re-added some of those same kids and tried to charge me additional fees. Make sure to triple-check your guest list and final bill at the end of your "hour" party. They even charged for my pregnant guests, which is ridiculous considering they obviously weren't using the play equipment. Overall, the entire experience felt like a huge rip-off. Between the high price, the delayed room access, rushed party time, lack of real assistance, slow food service, added charges, and difficulty communicating with staff, it was extremely disappointing. For a kids birthday party venue and indoor playground that charges hundreds of dollars for a birthday party package, families should expect much better organization and customer service. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because the experience did not reflect the value of what I paid. read more

Obsessed!! This place is amazing! Cleaner than I expected and so well organized and thought out. You can buy one hour or a day pass. One hour was enough to try it out and have a blast. My two year old was beside himself and we were too, honestly. Such a great family day. Love that they have a full food restaurant inside too! Wish they had lockable cubbies for our stuff I had to keep running over to make sure our stuff was okay, but next time I'll prolly just wear a small cross should bag or backpack and leave everything else in the car. I did appreciate being able to upgrade my hour to a full day though! Super spacious. You can't bring in any food or drinks, as they want you to purchase their stuff - so keep that in mind. This place, is truly where kids can explore and live their best lives! It so massive it's easy to lose your kid but luckily it feels relatively safe in the layout. I love how there is a space has something for every age. They have a great cafe area with plenty of seating. It's also great how many birthday rooms they have! Very cool themed rooms as well. Lava Island is our new favorite indoor play gym! I have three kids (7, 6, and 2), and all of them absolutely love this location. We recently hosted my 6-year-old's birthday party here, and she had the best time celebrating in the princess room. The weekend birthday package is a great deal--it includes up to 16 people (kids and parents) plus pizzas, and you're allowed to bring your own treats. We brought cake pops, which worked perfectly! What I love most about this Lava Island is the layout. The space is just the right size, and you can easily keep an eye on your kids whether they're on the trampoline side, the gym side, or in the toddler area. At other locations, the sides can feel too separated, making it hard to track where the kids have run off to. Not here--everything feels open and manageable. It's also incredibly clean, and unlike some indoor play gyms, it doesn't feel hot or muggy inside. The whole environment is bright, fresh, and well maintained. read more

This is NOT the place for "fun for the whole family ! " I walked in and there were line almost out to the door. There was a line for birthday parties and for regular walk-ins. Not a single person was helping the walk in guests. Make sure to sign your waivers and bring your socks , both mandatory. Bring your patience and be prepared to hear LOTS of screaming , the workers here were also wondering why the kids were screaming for absolutely no reason this went on for awhile. It was like the smoke detector that you can't figure out but it's loud and won't stop. I will say it was great to see happy faces on those kids. The parking lot was huge and you could eat subpar food for high prices. Glad to also see that the place was clean. read more

Talk about a rambunctious kids' fever dream. This place is awesome. Being over 6 feet tall, it's rare that I don't have to crab walk through a jungle gym to avoid a concussion. But I can here, which was pure bliss when chasing after 2 toddlers for 3 hours. read more

Just went to a birthday party at the new lava island. It's was great- nice and clean. Fun new play areas for kids of all ages. My 1.5 and 4.5 year olds had a blast between the climbing areas and the trampolines. The pizza served at the party was good for both kids and adults. We will definitely go back! read more

I have never experienced such a rude and hostile environment in my life. This place of "fun" for kids smells awful. When I asked a manager about it he seemed incredibly abrasive and tried to push me off. Told me to grab a card with his name on it since I cared so much. I didn't grab a card I just got a refund and left. Poorly ran, poorly maintained, so very sad this potential neighborhood spot is such a let down. GO ELSEWHERE read more

This experience was horrible! For starters the place reeked of human waste and the staff looked overworked and miserable, when I visited yesterday I was given a less then decent pizza from I sick teen who has been forced to work when suffering. I can't not express how disrespectful and unprofessional the manager was, Seth McCann is not the person who should be managing a what's ment to be a happy fun experience. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT! Brought my granddaughters here to play today, the youngest of the two had to use the restroom before we could pay or she would have had an accident while waiting in line! We were chased by the manager to show our wristbands, I explained we needed to use the bathroom first when finished I approached the desk and showed him the waiver I had completed before we arrived and he said only one child was on the waiver. I could not open the app bc the WIFI is not great in the place and had experienced the same issue on recent visits. The "GM" (saying that lightly) suggested it wasn't THERE WiFi and was a ME and my WiFi issue, a little perplexed with his attitude I gave him a look ... I asked for the password as I was looking down at my phone and he informed me the password is right here as he tapped on a sign at the other end of the counter, When I looked up to ask him what it was he told me and my two granddaughters to "LEAVE THE PARK"!!! Leave the property and don't come back!!! Customer service here has always been an issue, they are ALWAYS understaffed, overpriced, overcrowded with toddlers screaming the food is horrible, way overpriced and takes forever to get, the place is extremely unorganized and now with the "GM" issue I do not recommend wasting your time or money. Oh and by the way ... I called him what he was an "A-hole" as I was walking out the door! Needless to say we won't be back. Went to urban air with better customer service, prices and ambiance with no OVERCROWDING or screaming toddlers.
