Review Title: Refusing Legal ID? Get Real…read more Wow, Bowlero. It's 2025, and somehow you're still stuck in the past. I was genuinely excited to enjoy a night out, but that went straight out the window when your staff refused to accept my Colorado Digital ID -- even though it's a state-issued, legal, government-verified form of identification. Let me say that again for the folks in the back: IT'S A LEGAL ID. Colorado's Digital ID app is recognized by the state as a valid replacement for physical IDs. It's secure, up-to-date, and fully backed by Colorado law. But instead of being informed, your staff chose to treat me like I was trying to pass off a fake. Embarrassing for who? You, not me. If you're going to operate a business that cards people, maybe train your staff to recognize actual legal identification, not just whatever they feel like accepting. You're not above the law, and turning away paying customers over ignorance isn't a cute look. Get it together, Bowlero

I really want to give Bowlero 2 stars, but Al, the Pro Shop associate, did a wonderful job…read moreassisting us with getting our new Heckler Bowling ball situated. Other than this great experience the rest was quite dismal. We sat at the bar for 15 minutes and no one helped us. We then rented a lane, which we seemed quite pricey. The interior is cute, but it is a bit crowded in the seating area. We ordered using the QC code; ice tea, beer, water, loaded French fries and hot dogs. My tea came right away, but 20 minutes later I had to go looking for the rest of the order. I walked up to the snack area, and this is where the service got bad. Three employees, including the manager sat there just chitchatting away and straight up ignored me. I had to wave my hand and say Hello? Twice before they stopped. Without even asking directly about my order, the manager said oh, we didn't realize you ordered a beer, because the ticket prints in the bar and I don't have a bartender. Hmmm, I didn't tell you why was there. While I waited for my beer the food was served. The "loaded" fried didn't have bacon on it and very little cheese. The hot dogs were "ok". Bowlero needs to step back a little. Remember bowling is a fun and simple evening. People are happy with good ol fashioned snack food (grilled cheese sandwiches, hot fries, chicken tenders, etc). Refrain from "upscale"snacks. We also really like personable customer service and a staffed bar. Also appreciate your Pro Shop associates. They are hard to come by and really add a huge benefit to the bowling community. We will try again. Hopefully the CS will be better and they will bring back traditional bowling alley food.

Super chill, super sweet, and just made everything easy. She kept checking on us without being annoying, had the best attitude, and you can tell she just knows how to take care of her tables. The whole night ran smooth and we didn't have to worry about anything. If you go to Lucky Strike, ask for Mariah. She's that girl. We'll definitely be back because of her. Amazing food, great views, I recommend the whole experience for a family night out and downtown vibes.

Discovered this place through Groupon and only went to the bar and arcade portion. The service at…read morethe bar was attentive a the drinks are fun! It was nice to have that around while we were using the Groupon goodies on the arcade. As for the arcade I'm glad we didn't pay full price because half of the games we played were super outdated and we were scammed with a few games. One ice hockey table didnt even have a puck after we paid for it, another game didn't give us tickets, and the fast and furious game glitched so bad that despite it being a 2 player game I ended up having zero cars on my screen besides my own while my boyfriend had a regular game until it froze at the end so I ended up winning. Talk about an emphasis on the furious in fast and furious! Some of the classic games were fun though but it's an absolute gamble when you choose which game to try.

I came after I picked my son up from his after care program and there was no employee in sight for about 15 minutes. We ended up just grabbing clubs and doing putt putt. At the end there was a teenager who came out when we had gone through probably 8-9 holes and he said "Excuse me, who checked you out?" And I said "No one. No one was here and we weren't gonna wait all night." He was like "I am the manager on shift and that's not true." Clearly trying to not be in trouble. It was absolutely inappropriate the way he treated everyone in there. I don't know what they were doing that whole time but the lack of responsibility they took for not being present where they needed to be was ridiculous. I will call back later and speak to the general manager and pay for the round we did but in my opinion, the kid working should be fired. The cash register was left unmanned, plus all the merchandise, the main door open, the self service card reader wasn't working, there was zero attention to customers. I work with high school students and 98% of them would be more responsible than this. It was completely unprofessional!

The parking lot is huge, plenty of spaces. If you are playing arcade games you need to purchase a reloadable card found throughout the area but most conveniently at the front door. The claw machine games are fairly priced and some say easy to win! I did see a lot of people walking around with prizes but I don't always have the best of luck with those haha There are plenty of games to choose from! Thinking of the classics, Dance Dance Revolution, Air Hockey, Basketball, etc. They also have some newer games to check out! There is a bowling alley as well as a karaoke rooms. You might need to reserve them so check with the staff first. Over all it's a fun location for all ages and great for groups! Also open late so bring everyone!

Our bartenders were great, despite the large crowds of folks. Kudos to being fast and efficient when there's always a line - and I mean a long line, lol. We didn't have food but will likely try some on future visits. This place is massive and I'm sad to say, we didn't see even a fraction of it. That said, the band was amazing and you couldn't have pulled me away from that dance floor, so still a win in my book!

Look... I gave Pinindustry a second shot. After the racism of my last visit (details in that…read morereview) and zero apology, I figured I'd see if they had their act together. They did not. And here's the thing, even if you've never experienced what I experienced, this place is going to annoy you on its own merits. The arcade is a disaster. They're running a bootlegged championship edition of Street Fighter... which, fine, whatever. But NOT ONE game I touched had working joysticks. Mortal Kombat? Dead. Street Fighter? Dead. The Simpsons? Dead. I mean, if you're going to be an arcade bar, maybe... maintain the damn arcade? the old fashioned tasted fine cubes like a 7-Eleven, not the big rock you'd expect from a bar charging those prices. Details matter, people. The place was pretty packed, which tells you everything you need to know about Greenwood Village... they're just desperate for options out there.
