We did the "upside down" room today and it was super fun. We are huge escape room fans and I was really happy with this one. I'm looking forward to going back and trying the other rooms they have! (Also just as a FYI they have drawers you can put your purse and phone in with a key and they let you take the key with you so you don't have to carry stuff around in the room, this was a perk since I hate always carrying my purse during these!) read more

One of the best escape rooms in the Denver metro area! Extremely well put together and complex puzzle games. Good for veterans and beginners alike read more

We did the Upside down room and had so much fun! It's so well themed and so creative! We can't wait to come back and try the other rooms.

It's a truly immersive experience with unique puzzles and solutions. Highly highly recommend for both newbies and consistent players. The ambience and design alone are 10/10. Also great staff and clues when needed. read more

Wreck Room Escape Room was an incredible experience from start to finish. My buddy and I did Upside Down Vol 2 for our first experience, and we didn't make it out. But it was still a lot of fun, and we can't wait to do another room--this time with a couple of people because two of us weren't enough for beginners like us. Great staff, no wait and perfect location in SE Aurora. read more

I recently had went to Wreck room escape game, and despite a my mix-up in booking times, the owner, was incredibly flexible and helpful, ensuring we could still enjoy our experience without any hassle, with the well-designed rooms and overall experience being well worth the money and leaving me thoroughly impressed and eager to return for another round of thrilling adventures. You will have a good time! read more

I normally hate being trap in a small space ( little claustrophobic). But I was so distracted. I had such a wonderful time. The owner was extremely helpful in every step of the way. we had a big group so we were separated into two different rooms. I was in the group that was in the mommy room. The rooms were designed perfectly to the theme and puzzles were fun, unique, and intriguing. Can't wait to go back again and do a different room. read more

This was a really well done room. We typically complete rooms as a duo, but this one legit requires 4+ people... the Area 51 room! Service was great and super friendly. We mixed up the booking time (and showed up an hour early) the guy was so kind to let us start early, despite us accidentally interrupting his lunch. Highly recommend read more

Wreck Room Escape Game - Successfully competed the Stranger Things Part 2 Room! - Escape Games Near Me - Aurora, Colorado

I've played dozens of escape rooms. While I enjoyed them all, Wreck REG was memorable as one of the best experiences had to date. The puzzles at Wreck are challenging, yet never sacrifice logic to increase difficulty. The guide helper we had was great at suggesting missed lines of thought rather than spoiler solutions. The game itself was well crafted and satisfyingly transports the player to the world being represented. A++ Well done!! read more

Loved the mummy's tomb and we had so much fun with our family! Challenging and enough that you might need hints. We finished with 13 mins left. read more

This wasn't my first escape room, but it was the first the rest of my family had done. My kids are 6 and 10 and absolutely loved it. We love Stranger Things so we tried out the room with that theme. And let me tell you, it was perfectly themed. Everything fit with the show so well and everyone had so much fun. We did need to get clues a couple of times and would have finished if we had just a few more minutes. Great puzzles and clues. Can't wait to go back and try one of the other rooms! read more

It was my first time trying an escape room. This was the BEST way to start this crazy adventure. The owner and game creator (Shane) was there to greet us. Shane welcomed us in and made the maiden voyage one to remember. It was a challenge to conquer all of the puzzles, which is exactly what we were looking for when choosing an escape room. Thanks Shane!!! I HIGHLY recommend checking this place out. Had a blast! read more

We did the Area 51 room (2 adults and 1 child) and it was extremely elaborate and challenging, but lots of fun. We couldn't quite finish within the hour, and for the casual escape game player, this room has some great puzzles. Shane gave us helpful hints when we asked and this place is highly recommended. We'll be back for sure! read more

Really fun activity to do on a cold day. It may not be as fancy as The Escape Game locations, but this place did a great job designing and setting the stage in the rooms. We did the Mummy's Tomb and there were so many puzzles to do. We booked for four people and got the hour to ourselves. Had a great time and the owner was also very friendly! Excited to come back and try the other games! read more

Exceptional experience! We've done many escape rooms around the state of Colorado. This one may be our favorite. Everything worked, puzzles were creative and the clues made sense without being too easy. It was just right for a family. Our youngest is 7 and was able to follow along and help solve the mystery. Will be back! read more

Went with the family ages 9-43 and we all had a blast! It's hard to find things everyone can enjoy with such a wide age range. This was amazing and we'll definitely be back. Fun puzzles and help if you need it. We did need help and we waited way too long to ask for it, but we made it in the Knick of time! read more

Wreck Room Escape Game - First timers! - Escape Games Near Me - Aurora, Colorado

My wife and I had so much fun. We did upside down room. It was challenging, yet not impossible. We were chugging along and got so close to finishing. We are still rookies at escape rooms so a more experienced escaping team or perhaps a 3 or 4 people would definitely finish. We loved the layout and the surprises. It was totally worth it and look forward to coming back for another room soon. read more

Reading the past reviews and I have to agree this is a great escape room. However the guy that was working there was not very nice. I think we would think twice about coming here again read more

We have done upwards of over 30 escape rooms, and I am absolutely loving everything about Wreck Room. We have done both their Upside Down (very cool homage to Stranger Things - if you are a fan this will make you squee!) and the Jail Break room (such a fun concept with your group being split up between those brought in to jail and those who are trying to break them out). Loved them both. The puzzles flowed well, are challenging but not impossible, and there are so many pop culture easter eggs in both rooms - just serves as an added bonus to their already well thought out rooms. Immersion - 10 Puzzles - 10 Owners/Staff - 20! I love the fact that they also will not force you into groups with strangers, if you book a time (even with 2 people) it's your timeslot - so very fun to do with your significant other. Jail break requires 4 people min for the game play. Legit one of the better escape room experiences in CO! read more

Finished our 90th escape room with the Mummy's Tomb. Have done several with an Egyptian/ mummy theme, but this one, stood out with the immersion factor mixed with some technology of a second gen. Better than any other Egypt theme we've done in Denver and the puzzles both made sense and were challenging. Definitely 5/5 for both the Mummy's Tomb and Area 51. Been years since the Upside Down, but will try that one again shortly as the owner says it's upgraded. read more

Love all three room! Each one has different challenges and the owners are phenomenal!

First time trying an escape room and we will definitely be back. Excellent experience here and my kids loved the Upside Down Room (a tribute to "Stranger Things.") Shane was great and he helped to make the experience more enjoyable. It was obvious how much attention to detail Shane included in the rooms. Plus, we loved the fact that we were not put in a room with another family (as some of the escape rooms do to make it more profitable.) Honestly, this adventure can be stressful enough without being put in an awkward situation with people that you don't know. Would highly recommend The Wreck Room for your next escape adventure. We will be back!! read more

This is SUCH a fun thing to do and it was really well put together!!! Sometimes it can feel like a fun desert by our house in Aurora, but the Upside Down room was SO creative, well thought out, and enjoyable. The owner was awesome, and he came to talk to us afterwards to download how we did. It was tough, but doable, and I would recommend this experience to anyone and everyone for sure! The on-theme aspect was just so great as we loved stranger things, but you dont have to know it to do well. Definitely check this one out :) We will go back to try the other rooms for sure! read more
