My family of five was squished and only two of us are over 5' tall. And the owner replying to every bad review with, "Well you should have fully read the Q&As" is like a used car salesman selling you a lemon and the blaming you for his dishonesty because you didn't read section 7, paragraph 5, line 4.

I've called the corporate office, no a response. I would not recommend any event involving this company. I'm out $250 and they haven't even tried to help me.
