We were here for just a quick over night trip and decided to stop in here. The attendee was very friendly and it was my first time at a selfie museum so I had no expectations . We had a good time posing with the different scenes it was definitely work the short visit.

We took public transportation in downtown Denver to reach this location and went down a short stairway to find this thing called a Selfie Museum! This place was so fun, more fun than expected!!! A unique place especially for kids! For excellent photos, I recommend dressing up or bringing outfit changes even! We appreciated the TV on the wall with photo pose suggestions. We got lucky that there was no one in the room, because apparently it's typically busy. We RAN through each display for 45 minutes without a crowd and still didn't feel like we did everything we wanted to do. We were on our way to the airport so we had a time constraint. But those 45 minutes were a blast and we would return on our next trip to Denver, even if we were all in traveling clothes. Well done Selfie Museum!

What a fun time! Derrick (host) was awesome and clearly loves his job. The place was quite clean despite the many visitors. We arrived early enough to where there were no lines/no waiting on others in front of us, & although a lot of people came in after us, they weren't waiting on us either - there are enough displays, to keep everyone out of each others' space. This was a great time to play, be creative, & be silly. No shortage on laughs either. Great venue for families, friends, dates, all ages & stages, & for spending and killin' time! They change the displays up periodically so we will definitely be back.

I have to admit, I was resistant coming here. We're visiting Denver and are going to a selfie museum? But my wife convinced me and I had to say I had a blast. While the space is not very big, it offers a ton of opportunities to be creative and take some fun selfies. We spent probably 2 hours here, just snapping away. Give it a chance, you might enjoy it, too!

Fun, kitschy place. Was not sure what to expect - but I liked it. Fun set ups (some better than others) and cool backgrounds and they supply ringlights, etc. The lighting in the place is really great. It seems - based on other pics - that the set ups change. For example, I did not see any ball pit. I would say try to go when it's not busy - the place is not huge and I can imagine if it was crowded access to some of the displays could be annoying. They have lockers, which is nice. Some changing area might be nice, in the case someone wanted to do outfit changes. There are bathrooms (only 1).

Stopped by Friday afternoon and it was empty except for staff which was perfect. They have several lockers to store any belongings you don't want to carry (and they give you locks to secure it). There was multiple walls & rooms to take selfies in. Each area had a phone stand with ring light. Everything was clean (including bathrooms) and staff was polite. This place is great for all ages, highly recommend.

The Denver Selfie Museum is surprisingly fun - and also what you'd expect. I will admit it's a little overpriced for what it turns out to be - it's basically a room with different backdrops placed around the wall - and you wander between each one. But my recommendation is, even though you're paying $32... embrace it! It definitely makes for some cute photos. We went here as a rainy day bachelorette party activity, and it definitely made for some cute memories for the weekend! Some of the backdrops are more interactive than others - like the swing & the bathtub, and some make for cute settings for photos. It was also pretty crowded, but we managed to have a great time. Bottom line - if you're willing to spend a bit of money for some unique & fun photo opps - go for it!

What a great little spot to take pictures downtown. Me and my boyfriend loved it. They had a great variety of options. The worker was very nice and welcoming. It was just like the pictures I seen online. I'll definitely have to come back and bring my friends.

Looking to make some memories and get a few great pictures with friends and loved one? This is your place! Exhibitions rotate so you may see different styles then what I enjoyed, but each display is totally unique! Bring your imagination and fun attitude to this place and watch the magic unfold Great for all ages and reasonably priced. Lockers available for personal items. Kiosk available for tickets and questions. Staff were knowledgeable of the artist's and super great. Nice for a party stop in between events! I could imagine a great family reunion pic done here.

So much fun! There was a ton of variety and unique options for great photo opps! The selfie light set up was awesome allowing it to be a place you could even enjoy alone! What keeps it from being a five star experience is the lack of clear direction to get the really cool photos. One area (the bed) had a pretty helpful YouTube tutorial which I would have hoped to see throughout the space because without clear direction the space was bunch of cool props and backdrops, which is ok but not for $25 a person. The owner/manager was super helpful in helping us navigate and provided a selfie stick to support our vision. Only other missing piece, something that would mark the location like a Colorado specific prop, from inside the museum we could have been anywhere in the world. All in all though a worthwhile experience!

Had a great time at the Denver Selfie Museum! I love how each area is separately decorated and they hinted they may be changing them up in the future to keep things fresh! If you're needing a variety of backgrounds #ForTheGram or just want to have some fun with friends, this is a definite place you must go! Already thinking about having my girls come with me after dinner for birthday party The owners were very nice and even offered to help take some pictures for us. They also showed us some of their props we didn't really see so that was nice! The only thing this place lacks is more ring lights so maybe hit up the place during day light hours. I'm sure the owners will probably be adding to it though as time goes by! Things to note: make sure you bring a selfie stick or a friend with you to help capture your fun selfies.

In early September, 2019, I saw a news story about the #DenverSelfieMuseum. I'll post a link, but just in case it's not allowed, search for the CBS Denver News story posted on September 9, 2019. Business owner, Alex K., talked about how he changed his escape room business into this selfie museum, inspired by similar museums in other US cities. What an amazing concept! I jumped on the chance when an opportunity arose to go visit the museum. It did not disappoint! First, Alex and Igor are so friendly, they walk around to offer to take pictures of you, even though it's a selfie museum. It's great, because some of the areas are so cool, you need more than an arm's-length to take a good picture. That, and they know their space, so they are able to take some creative pictures for you. The space isn't big, but there are about 30 locations to take pictures. I'd recommend starting in the back and working your way forward if there are a lot of people. You can walk around to make sure you get a picture in all the spot. The night we went, the laundry room and light room were the popular spots. Those were the only place we had to wait. Need to use the restroom but don't want to leave? No worries! There are restrooms onsite. If you aren't good at taking selfies, don't worry. Alex and Igor will give you tips. My other tip is to look at what other people are doing and how they are taking their pictures. This is one location where you don't need to feel self-conscious about taking selfies. So if you're not a pro, this is a great place to practice. Finally, remember to have fun! How can you not have fun with all the props while you're taking pictures of yourself? This is a great place to take visitors to Denver, or if you're looking for an indoor activity. The Denver Selfie Museum is such a great installation in downtown Denver that is good solo, but much more fun with a group of friends! I walked in on a Saturday and paid $29 (tickets are $25 on weekdays) and the attendant was great. There's only one employee to assist you getting the right angles and setting up props, but over 20 installations to enjoy. It is not a "museum" per se, but it is an aesthetically pleasing exhibition, and a great way to kill a few hours. It is highly recommended that you bring your cell phone or a DSLR so you can get the best pictures for social media. There's a bathroom on site, and a few selfie sticks/tripods for guests to use.

This is a bite-size facility with three floors of galleries. There is an elegant cafe on the top floor with a full bar and a nice selection of snacks, sandwiches, wine, beer, soft drinks, espresso drinks, and cocktails. The Fries building is an excellent space for the display of contemporary art and was designed by starchitect David Adjaye. The Holiday Theater, built in 1914, then the Egyptian Theater (1926-1953), has been restored by the MCA as a 400-seat venue and performance hub for arts programming.
