I only had a beer here, but it was pretty easy to get served at the bar, and the blue moon was $7. The game play was awesome! It took us a little longer than 30 minutes to get through 9 holes, but for $14 a game it was nice to get a taste of what it was like. I would absolutely return, and plan to take advantage of their $25 play all day deal, and also their happy hour. This is not your usual putt putt place. Everything is electronic, and your ball has a microchip in it, so it tracks your score. This was awesome for me, as sometimes it didn't record my strokes and gave me a slight advantage, although I still lost. There are screens that tell you what to do, and hazards or super tubes that if you have decent aim, can benefit you greatly. Our favorite was the pac man and Tetris themed holes. They also had a skeeball hole that was fun as well. This is great for a date night- I will be back for sure! read more

Golf - 10/10, five stars, first class, etc. Alcoholic beverages - top shelf, premium, exquisite, etc. Food - kinda mid, boring, lackluster, etc. We had a wonderful time playing two rounds of golf. Each hole was entertaining and offered challenges we hadn't expected. Make a hole in one and the computerized scoreboard gives you accolades, take five putts to make it in the cup and it roasts you. Either way you will have an amazing experience. The alcoholic drinks were delicious. I had the Pineapple Mule and my wife had the Paloma. Both cocktails were well made and delicious. Would highly recommend playing a round, then sitting at the bar for a relaxing drink and appetizer, then returning for a second round. If you haven't finished your drink, or just want another one, there are tables on the course for your convenience. We had the Buffalo Chciken Dip and the Birria Nachos. Both were lackluster in taste, but well presented. The Buffalo Chicken Dip lacked spiciness and any real depth of flavor. Tasted like it could have been the last of the sauce and they decided to use water to stretch it out. Not very memorable. The homemade tortilla/potato chip mix was the hi light of the appetizer. Nice crispy texture and just a hint of salt. The Birria Nachos also looked tasty but were once again lacking in flavor. Felt like it was missing the classic Birria consommé flavor and messiness that I enjoy with my Birria tacos. It was overly dry and not very flavorful. Overall, would highly recommend to small groups and large groups split into groups of 4-5. We saw a couple large groups and they looked like there were too many people standing around while others played. read more

I've been here 3 or 4 times, and every time I have a GREAT time. I LOVE how you don't have to keep your own score, it's automatic! I think I've done 3 out of the 5 (are there five total?) 9-hole courses. And all three are really fun! There might be a little bit of overlap between some, but it's okay. The lights, music and atmosphere make it feel fresh each time. I've only had a few different food items, but all that I've had was (surprisingly) good! And every time the service is great, too. I'm always advocating for this place whenever my friends and I are looking for something fun to do. If you've never been, it's definitely worth checking out! read more

I had never been to a Puttshack before and my friends and I had a blast! Very high tech mini golf. The mini games were very fun and added an exciting twist. It was decently busy but that was expected. You had to make a "tee time" for the different courses which is smart to alleviate having to wait to play while on the course. You could easily spend a few hours here. The place was very well decorated and created a fun atmosphere. Didn't try any of the food so can't comment on that. I would go back again! read more

Really fun twist on a traditional mini golf. There were several courses that is timed. What makes it different is that each player gets chipped balls that track your individual score. It includes tech element and makes the game move quickly without having to keep score yourself. We played 9 holes, ate lunch and scheduled another 9 following our meal. Food was decent and the wait staff made great recommendations. I ordered the Quesabirria Tacos which was the perfect amount of food for lunch. The roasted lemon and chipotle sauce made the perfect pairing. The indoor setup gives it a modern energetic vibe and makes it a great activity regardless of the weather and age. One of the best mini golf places I have been to. The technology used to track your ball is really cool. This is also more of a game and I really enjoyed that. There are bonus points to be earned, you want a high score it's great. 4 courses we did two of them and they were very unique. Food menu has changed recently with some of the best items no longer on the menu, and food ordered was just awful. Dishes that were supposed to have specific ingredients mentioned in menu had some missing entirely or very paltry amounts in the ordered item. Overall feels like money saving techniques have gone to far and quality of food is severely degraded. I actually am not as much of a fan of indoor mini golf as the class outdoor ones. Why? Soley based on the value. For how quickly it takes to run though these the price just is too high. It took us about 15 minutes to play the 9 holes. For example, for 9 holes it is $14 at puttshack. If I went to putters pride instead it would be 18 holes for $9. Even at monster minigolf which is also indoors it is $13 for 18 hours. For those prices and how quickly it took to get through all the mini golf courses It would be $42 per hour. At that rate I would much rather just go to TopGolf, which would still be cheaper. The staff here is not the best. We barely saw any waiters when we were playing and really wanted them to come by to take our drink order. Being able to order drinks while you are playing is the one big perk of coming here verses other options so this needs to be their top priority and they were still lacking. Half of the people working the frontdesk/hostess area seemed to want to help the other did not seem to care at all. I did like the point system to this game it was fun that there was more than just trying to get a hole in one and that there were things on the course that could get bonus points or even take away points. Each course was pretty fun in terms of the design of them as well. It was fun for the brief moment we played, but you would not catch me coming here again. read more

Is Puttshack expensive? Yes, it is. Is Puttshack fun? Yes, it is. Is the food at Puttshack better than you'd expect, Yes, it is. Is it hard to find parking nearby on most days? Yes, it is. But all in all, Puttshack is a really fun place for both kids (during the day) and adults. On the weekends, around lunchtime, it's a really family-friendly place. The staff there has always been super friendly to us and our 2 young kids, who love trying out the different courses and then getting a better-than-Chili's-better-than-Topgolf meal at this Puttshack location. Once you've been a few times, it does get a little repetitive for adults, but it's still fun to play their 9-hole courses with shot tracking and a few interactive holes. Kids get a kick out of it, but they'd likely choose Holey Moley over Puttshack if asked which one they like more. read more

This place surprised me a few times. First, from the outside it looks pretty small but when you walk in, it's expansive with a full bar, lots of seating and 4 mini golf courses. The staff is very friendly. Second, the food is surprisingly very tasty for a mini golf place. We ordered a bunch of appetizers for the five of us. Everything was really good. The prices aren't bad and the price of mini golf was inexpensive. I heard Sunday through Thursday. You can also play as many rounds as you want for $20. As an indoor golf place, it is just so cute and fun! The games are very appropriate for all ages and most importantly, interesting. What I loved the most was that you don't have to keep track of any points - the system does it all for you digitally. Also shoutout to the staff. My kids loved it so much, they begged for a second round. I had noticed online there was a 50% off coupon when purchasing with the 1st session, but I wasn't sure so I didn't buy two upfront. I had signed up for a 430p slot but we decided to move up our schedule and when I called Puttshack asking if we could move up 2 hours, they said that we could! I've been wanting to play at Puttshack since it opened, and it was SO much more fun than I expected. The description is something like "tech-infused mini golf" which could not be more accurate. This freaking place!!! INCREDIBLE!!!! What a fun ash place to go too .... The bar was great , the golfing was great , the food was yummmy, but the staff were PHENOMENAL.... The food and drinks were delicious ... the burgers and pizza bread was delicious. I love the feel of the place but it is chaotically organized fun. The staff were just great. The bartenders, the bar backs (Colin) the golf ambassador (Sophia) and the managers (Tyler and Landon) would check up on all their guest to see how they were. The hospitality is just through the rough. All of them 1000/10 I love the fact that if your game is at 8pm and you are still eating and drinking , you have a grace period , inside of feeling rushed. I haven't had any food or drinks here so this is strictly for the mini golf experience, but this is my favorite mini golf in Denver. Check in was pretty easy as they have tablets at the front to sign in and register each member of your party. Once registered it shows you which 9-hole to report to. I believe there are 5 total. They use a tech-based system where when you check in your ball has a microchip so once you place it on the tee area it registers it's you and then manually tracks your shots and displays it on a tv screen above each hole like in bowling. They hole designs are so fun with added bonuses and negative hazard zones that either add or deduct points to total score. We've done the Amber and the Emerald courses and loved both of them. A really cool space, that's huge and has a lounge kind of vibe. It's definitely a great place to have a date night, or a large group event. We had so much fun and are already planning our next trip back. read more

I had an amazing experience during the holidays. They also have some happy hour deals if you come during the day. This is a great spot for a date night, friend meet ups or group activities or a work event. The service is very attentive, and there are lots of staff members to assist you in ordering drinks or assisting with the Putt putt areas. I highly recommend checking this place out. Puttshack is a fun spot in RiNo, especially when we went on a hot summer afternoon! Luckily we walked there bc parking could be tricky on the streets depending on the day. The space inside is huuuuge- it has loads of tables surrounding a huge full service bar, and I think they might have food too (not sure). I wish I could give half stars bc this is a 3.5 to me. There are 3 putt putt courses to play. The putt putt technology is super cool; your goal is to get the highest points bc you have the best shot &/or hit some accelerators, and the TV keeps track of your score for you. The holes are cool but somewhat repetitive, especially if you play more than one course. It was fun, but idk if it'd be fun to go back more than once... especially for like $14 person per game. The bar had great craft cocktails which was a surprise for a putt putt place! They also had 8ish beers on tap. All in all, Putt Shack was fun for an afternoon, but idk if we'd come back, especially for the price! It was like $84 for golf & $60 for a round of cocktails. read more

This was a pretty cute spot to do some mini golf! This is one of the most unique spots I've been to - each hole was very creative and included some neat obstacles or other components. I think each of the 3 courses has 9 holes with each course being separate. The balls here are digital/smart balls so the computer system keeps track of your ball, knows how many times you hit the ball, what bonuses you get/miss etc and it keeps track of all your scores on the screen. Biggest difference is at puttshack you're trying to get the highest score, not the lowest. I was pleased coming in 3rd of 8 of us. Overall definitely had a fun experience today with our group. I think it could have been a little longer (I can't remember if the old school mini golf only had 9 holes or a full 18?) But the place was bright and welcoming, had a large bar area, etc. read more

As to the restaurant, our server was great and the food was surprisingly good. As to the golf side, the employees were joyless and seemed irritated when we asked a question or needed help. We came in with a child, which understandably isn't their vibe, but the website says there's no age limit. They also had no issue taking our money so our child could play. We did our best to limit our requests but their technology malfunctions, the balls get stuck. Had such a great experience here! We made reservations around 6pm on a Saturday night for an 8pm tee time for a party of 2. The place was packed when we arrived! We hit the bar and Gabe was so knowledgeable about the menu, we tried the breaking bad and the spicy mezcal pineapple margarita - both were delicious. The breaking bad had an extra special presentation, served in a treasure chest with a smoking finish coming off the foamy top of the glass and the popsicle on the side. The hibiscus sugar on the rim of the mezcal margarita and the jalapeno popsicle also made the other drink delicious. So good. After 9 holes, we sat down at the bar and Marcos was a delight - so friendly and made great appetizer recommendations, we really loved the gyro sliders. Also tried the pornstar martini and the old fashioned, both were yummy and the martini had a fun presentation too. He was great. We played the second 9 holes afterward, Amber, and it was so fun! Challenging and interactive holes really kept us excited and locked in. Love the way the computer tracks your ball no matter who goes first, it's a great experience. So much fun! If it's before 7pm, you can bring kids which is exactly what we did! We had such a fun time on the Amber 9 holes. Challenging yet easy enough for anybody to play and enjoy. I love that the ball can track you whatever hole you're at and if you go in any order. We didn't eat this time but the food options look good and they have a full bar so you're able to have drinks as you play. Reservations are available online but we walked right in and started immediately- the kiosk is super easy to sign up in person. We will definitely go back! read more

Super cool concept, and providing another option for something fun to do in the city. This is a really cool spot to grab some drinks and play a unique and fun version of mini-golf. We brought our kids and they loved it. We were the only one with kids, as it's definitely more geared towards people in their 20s and 30s but we did not feel out of place at all. I've done some quick one round with the husband in between events in rino, some double date nights, and fun with groups! Drinks good games and fun ! Couldn't ask for more and always stellar service! This place was really fun. I wish I had bought more games/rounds because you can play through them really quick. I didn't like the drinks here. They didn't taste that how I want them to. They weren't bad but just not what I prefer. I was also disappointed they ran out of espresso when I was here because I really wanted an espresso martini. I would definitely come back to play more games. I would also go last because if you go first in your group, you'll have to keep going first for each game which gives other people an advantage. read more

They have different bays from the easiest to the hardest. There was a little bit of a line but nothing too crazy. Service was fast and on point. Really liked the place. We aren't people who have daytime weekday availability to take our 8 yr old to mini-putt 45 mins from our house. So.... NO. WE WON'T BE VISITING AGAIN. Unsure if you've actually LOOKED AT your so-called discounts, bc they don't exist. Good luck staying in business. When it boils down to it: IT'S FOR THE KIDS... and our said it sucked, was boring and preferred "the jump place". So, take the constructive criticism or watch your biz flop. ‍ The employees were amazing, the drinks high priced. Also for 1 game it was like $40 for 2 adults and 1 child for a 9 hole round of mini putt. Definitely way overpriced. My cocktail was $15. We won't be back. read more
