They're back! Colorado Plus underwent a remodel and reopened in October. They have a new layout with table service on the patio and in the bar area and walk up ordering with both indoor and outdoor seating on the front. Many of the mainstay favorites were back along with some new fun foods. Their kitchen has always been solid and they did not disappoint. My husband had the fish and chips. I had the C+ Burger. My burger was delicious. The meat was perfectly medium and it was topped with caramelized onions, harvarti and horseradish cream. Yum! His beer battered cod came with their fresh cut fries, tartar sauce and lemon. The beer selection is always on point. I had to have a Dunkel so I got their house Dirk Dunkler. The set up is great and the interior has a fresh new look. If you haven't already, head back for a visit!

Come one come all well Eugene is done it again he has come up with a marvelous happy hour from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. including beers and great substantial food like fish tacos chicken wings fried cauliflower great prices smaller portions of course but that's okay cuz I usually won't end up taking things home anyway and the service is always great lots and lots of seating either inside or outside they do have a Wet Spray on one of the outside patios air conditioning inside and you could just walk in and order something to go to on one side and then in the front they have covered picnic tables too but on the side the the tables there are umbrellas that you can put up to deflect the Sun anyhow great place great service great food get on down here

Wanted to find somewhere to eat outdoors. Not too busy because we went during lunch time on a Wednesday. Found this place and was super happy we did. Got the Brussel sprouts, wedge salad (not pictured), and buffalo chicken wrap. The Brussel sprouts were cooked to perfection. I love it crispy. And the wrap was delicious. Our server was so friendly and attentive. Seating was great with lot of outdoor options. We will be back!

Had a graduation party here 5/14/22. Planned from seattle as I live out of state and our graduate is in Colorado. Eugene (owner) was amazing. Helpful, responsive, suggested menu items and amounts, the works. Costs were exactly as he stated, contracts sent timely checked in with me and made sure all was in order. Day of event we were able to go in early and decorate the space which was their entire upstairs with its own bar, bathrooms, dining room and bar area with high tops. It was great being able to do that. Time of event our two dedicated bar tenders (Blake and Steven) introduced themselves to me and proceeded to spoil us and all of our guests rotten. We bought the food and guests had their own tabs. They were professional, friendly, incredibly accommodating and added a level of festiveness to the party that was unexpected and amazing! Eugene checked in with me as well to make sure all was going as I had planned (better than I could have hoped for!!) Last, the food, beer and ciders etc. Eugene planned for just enough food. We didn't run out (4 hour event with people coming and going all night) and we didn't have a ton of leftovers. I didn't have to ask for to go boxes-they just had them ready to go. Quality of food was outstanding. MacN cheese, chicken and beef satays, black bean sliders, Cesar salad with home made dressing (they need to bottle and sell that stuff), crudités, chips and salsa, cheese platter and homemade cookies and brownies. All were delicious and we received many compliments on the food. The selections of beers and ciders were huge and delicious. There was something for everyone. Long review I know but I've planned a lot of events and when a group of people hit it out of the park like Eugene and his entire team did, I gotta Yelp the #^**#{ out of it!!!

CO Plus Brew Pub remains fabulous, as ever. You can usually find us at the bar, and tonight was no different. There are SO many pluses to Colorado Plus Brew Pub (see what I did there?!) ~ the massive craft beer selection ~ and, if you are a sour beer lover, they have a large selection of sours also. AMEN. ~ literally everything we've ever ordered here was amazing. Tonight we shared the Green chili, cream gravy chicken fried steak. As someone from the south, cream gravy is my jam - add green chili to that, my answer is YES. We also shared another mac and cheese offering. Tonight it was the pork belly mac and cheese. OMG. ~ great customer service: super friendly, attentive and detail oriented staff who immediately make you feel like an old friend. I said it before, it's the little things. The attention to detail here is awesome. We will be back again and again and again.

In fact, we didn't eat anything that wasn't well seasoned, cooked to order and authentically British. Not an easy find, if you ask me. We sat at their bar, chatted with the bartender - who was really friendly and checked on us often. The place was packed, but we got in quickly and you'd never know they were popping. Their cocktails were amazing and after some chit chat about what I liked and didn't, the suggestions were fabulous. Loved the British decor as well. Such a fun place. It was a lovely evening and we hated to leave, but we'll def be back!

The location is kind of in the middle of nowhere but that's not a bad thing. Lots of parking and outdoor space to wait for a table or pull up a chair. The service is a little stiff and slow but what can you expect from a pub style restaurant. It can get pretty busy inside especially around holidays so definitely make a reservation if you plan on having a big party or don't want to sit at the bar. As far as English/Irish food goes this the only serious contender in the area, i haven't found another UK restaurant that quite mimics the pub atmosphere as well as this one. Check it out for some stick to your ribs goodness!

Most of the staff know up by site, if not by name, and they are usually a fun and friendly group. My regular drink order is a Car Bomb and a Jameson and Ginger, single, short with a lime. My food order varies, but I do love their fries, and their ranch dressing ain't bad either. The Falafel Wrap is really good for an Irish place. The Grilled Cheese is phenomenal, even without the bacon. The Beer Cheese soup is also excellent without the bacon, actually. They also have White Bean Chili that is vegetarian (vegan possible), which I have tried but found too spicy for my taste. They also have Seitan Wings... I love them and get them often, but they are more like seitan nuggets than wings. Easier to eat though IMO. Chad's had many of the meatier fare, but he'd have to tell his own story on that subject. For dessert, the Bread Pudding is to DIE for! Thankfully, it's also quite filling, so I rarely end up eating it all. If you love 'Pub Vibes', definitely check this place out! If you aren't into a noisy bar/pub atmosphere, probably don't come here on a weekend or most weeknights. With the lively chatter and sometimes live music, it lives up to the Irish Pub name!

Stopped in on what turned into a pretty busy Friday night, and the place is interesting to say the least. It's a converted old house, so all of the dining/bar areas are tucked into different rooms, around corners, up and down stairs. Ended up sitting at the bar in the first room. The bartenders were friendly, knew the regulars and their orders, and did their best with the rush. Oddly, there is a "seat yourself" policy, but because of the quirky layout that seems to involve wandering room to room, on multiple levels, until you find a spot. At one point, one of the bartenders was told there were no more seats, and she replied to the customer "Yeah, we might need to start a list. Try upstairs and we'll get to you." Later on, she said to the other bartender "I should check upstairs to see if I have any tables up there"- bad news for anyone seated up there. As far as the menu, it's pretty large and all over the place. I'd expected Irish staples and while they were there, I was surprised to see items like a falafel wrap, Buffalo wings, spinach-Artichoke dip, a shrimp basket, ribs... when I see a menu like that, I'm always prepared for pre-made food from some distributor and nothing special. Ended up getting the Shepherd's Fries, Beer Cheese Soup and Irish Castro (Irish spin on a Cuban). The fries were good, and the portion was MASSIVE. 3-4 people could easily split them as a large appetizer. The soup was pretty good, but nothing great, as was the Irish Castro. The one ding on the Castro is the pickles are huge, and pretty overpowering. All-in-all, it's a fun and kitschy place, and I see why the regulars come back. Decent food, friendly service, a little disjointed, but I would describe it as a good place to hang with some friends and catch a game. It's not really a traditional Irish Pub with yummy Irish staples.

Be aware though, it is not one of those manufactured dive bars seeking to draw in the youngsters looking for a prefab thrill - the Rose is very much for people who want to escape the craptastic churched-up over-priced swill joints and enjoy the company of hard working blue collar/no collar men and women who are not interested in anything but chillin' like villains. There is plenty of parking in the back, and a large, comfortable smoking patio. Noticed a few signs posted inside advertising a potluck Thanksgiving feast this Thursday so if you have no place else to go maybe you can stop in with a side dish to share (or at least a veggie tray). Don't be a dick though, as it appears bad behaviour will definitely not tolerated. Pro tip: This is a local watering hole, everybody apparently does know everybody, which might imply some familial serving priority by the staff. That is not the case though, as they proved to be friendly to new faces and if you courteously ask the barkeeps for their names and offer yours, chances of exceptional service increase.
