We went to Colorado Plus for dinner since it was on our way home. Our waitress was really nice! We tried to order 2 beers on tap and they were out of both. The crispy Brussels sprouts had a good flavor but the Brussels were so big that they didn't get very crispy, the bacon was also not super crispy which was disappointing. The burgers were good, a little smaller than expected. Also, only one stall in the woman's bathroom worked and it was out of soap. Overall this place was fine but I can't say we'll be back. read more

Personally I do not enjoy writing these type of reviews, nonetheless: I called to check regarding having a Service dog, this is not an ADA requirement, but sets my mind at ease! Asking for a booth, was told there was a wooden long seating in the bar and we would be welcomed!!! Not long after seated obtaining a "ginger ale, a nice man came out and stated - "per" "the Jefferson County Laws," no dogs allowed either in restaurants or we are not allowed to be together." Our service dogs are governed by ADA Laws!!!! NOT Jefferson County!! The place was baron of people save a few which are in this photo! After entering the place I did wonder if I was in the place I read on line??!!! Their site does not seem to represent my experience! They're back! Colorado Plus underwent a remodel and reopened in October. They have a new layout with table service on the patio and in the bar area and walk up ordering with both indoor and outdoor seating on the front. Many of the mainstay favorites were back along with some new fun foods. Their kitchen has always been solid and they did not disappoint. My husband had the fish and chips. I had the C+ Burger. My burger was delicious. The meat was perfectly medium and it was topped with caramelized onions, harvarti and horseradish cream. Yum! His beer battered cod came with their fresh cut fries, tartar sauce and lemon. The beer selection is always on point. I had to have a Dunkel so I got their house Dirk Dunkler. The set up is great and the interior has a fresh new look. If you haven't already, head back for a visit! read more

I think the "I Heart Math" might be the best burger I have ever had. It is 50% beef and 50% pork belly. The burger is super simple: meat, lettuce, tomato onion & mayo. You don't need a bunch of rando toppings and goops. It is perfect in its simplicity. Chef's kiss, seriously. The new lay out is interesting. There is a regular, seated, table service area and a self-service order at the counter type area. The beer selection is still stellar and there is always something new and fun to try. read more

Come one come all well Eugene is done it again he has come up with a marvelous happy hour from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. including beers and great substantial food like fish tacos chicken wings fried cauliflower great prices smaller portions of course but that's okay cuz I usually won't end up taking things home anyway and the service is always great lots and lots of seating either inside or outside they do have a Wet Spray on one of the outside patios air conditioning inside and you could just walk in and order something to go to on one side and then in the front they have covered picnic tables too but on the side the the tables there are umbrellas that you can put up to deflect the Sun anyhow great place great service great food get on down here read more

Wanted to find somewhere to eat outdoors. Not too busy because we went during lunch time on a Wednesday. Found this place and was super happy we did. Got the Brussel sprouts, wedge salad (not pictured), and buffalo chicken wrap. The Brussel sprouts were cooked to perfection. I love it crispy. And the wrap was delicious. When we first arrived, we were cordially met by a member of the staff. They immediately seated us and got our drinks and then the menu. We ordered different items and every entree was fantastic. The restaurant was clean, the staff was fantastic and the food was great. We throughly enjoyed ourselves. Plus they have Happy Hour on Sat till 6. Their beers were $5 that their pub brewed. No idea why it's taken me so long to try CO+ but I'll return. Their spicy chicken burger with bacon is very tasty and at a very reasonable price. Simple hand cut fries were fresh and salted perfectly. Wife's burger cooked exactly right at medium could have used some salt, but still a good burger. I prefer diet soda and the off brand they serve is quite good. Great selection of beers for those who indulge and wine for the wife made for a great light, quick dinner out. TVs for sports, clean shop, tho a little noisy from cement floors. Give this place a spot in your dinner rotation. read more

Had a graduation party here 5/14/22. Planned from seattle as I live out of state and our graduate is in Colorado. Eugene (owner) was amazing. Helpful, responsive, suggested menu items and amounts, the works. Costs were exactly as he stated, contracts sent timely checked in with me and made sure all was in order. Day of event we were able to go in early and decorate the space which was their entire upstairs with its own bar, bathrooms, dining room and bar area with high tops. It was great being able to do that. Time of event our two dedicated bar tenders (Blake and Steven) introduced themselves to me and proceeded to spoil us and all of our guests rotten. We bought the food and guests had their own tabs. They were professional, friendly, incredibly accommodating and added a level of festiveness to the party that was unexpected and amazing! Eugene checked in with me as well to make sure all was going as I had planned (better than I could have hoped for!!) Last, the food, beer and ciders etc. Eugene planned for just enough food. We didn't run out (4 hour event with people coming and going all night) and we didn't have a ton of leftovers. I didn't have to ask for to go boxes-they just had them ready to go. Quality of food was outstanding. MacN cheese, chicken and beef satays, black bean sliders, Cesar salad with home made dressing (they need to bottle and sell that stuff), crudités, chips and salsa, cheese platter and homemade cookies and brownies. All were delicious and we received many compliments on the food. The selections of beers and ciders were huge and delicious. There was something for everyone. There are SO many pluses to Colorado Plus Brew Pub (see what I did there?!) ~ the massive craft beer selection ~ and, if you are a sour beer lover, they have a large selection of sours also. AMEN. ~ literally everything we've ever ordered here was amazing. Tonight we shared the Green chili, cream gravy chicken fried steak. As someone from the south, cream gravy is my jam - add green chili to that, my answer is YES. We also shared another mac and cheese offering. Tonight it was the pork belly mac and cheese. OMG. ~ great customer service: super friendly, attentive and detail oriented staff who immediately make you feel like an old friend. I said it before, it's the little things. Terrible service. I went with a group of 10 people. We had a table upstairs where there was not any table service so we had to go to the downstairs bar to order. Every one with my party complained of the terrible service. We were ignored standing at the bar to order. Even when I asked if I could user a beer to get the bartenders attention, I was told to wait as she stood there doing nothing as the person she was helping was not yet ready to order. We were then told that another person was first when they were not. It is one thing for this to happen once to one in our party, but it happened to everyone in our party each time we went downstairs to order another beer. read more

We love this place! So glad they are back, and the new split design is great -- you can just walk up to the counter or have full service on the other side. The patio is great when the weather is nice. The KoAm Smash burger is so yummy -- and definitely get a side of garlic or chipotle aioli with your fries. If I lived near here, they would just take my money because I'd be a regular. We sat at the bar, so I can't say much about the rest of the establishment, but the bar is my kinda jam. The bar area was dimly lit with a tv showing college football. I don't remember if there was more than one tv. There are something like 56 rotating taps and they have their own beers in that mix. I sent pictures to some of my friends back in MD and they had reactions like wow, beer heaven and that this place would be trouble for me. We ate lunch here. My wife and I split the house salad and a chicken shawarma. The salad dressing was off the chain good. It was a tarragon vinaigrette and came on the side. The greens were crisp and the portion was pretty large. The chicken shawarma was also a pretty decent portion, and we split it. Both dishes together made a perfect lunch for us. We had a little time to kill so I had a couple more beers. The house beer I tried was "Insert Coin". A decent pale ale. I'd get it again. I wish there was a place like this closer to me, but if I'm in the neighborhood again, I'd come here for food or drinks. read more

Colorado Plus is amazing! I have been coming here since they opened and I have never been disappointed. The food is awesome, the service is great, super knowledgeable about their selection of brews! The ambiance of the restaurant/bar is cozy and they have expanded the outdoor patio! Dogs are welcomed but do myself and yourself a favor and bring well behaved pets. Never really an issue except for people who dogs like to yell at everyone. read more

They had 3 beers they made and a bunch of guest taps. Beware if you want to use your pub pass they will only let you get one of their own 3 beers. They have a decent food menu with burgers, wings, etc. Pretty good prices on the food. read more

If you want a better selection of ciders, go to their Golden location, Colorado Plus 49 Cidery & Pub. As for this location, they do have a huge, and very good, selection of beer... I just don't drink beer. They did have Upslope Spiked Snow Melt hard seltzer, which is a good go to if the cider and/or beer selection doesn't strike your fancy, and both of their locations also serve liquor, which is always a plus! The fries at both locations are made in house, which you can tell, and are delicious! This location's helping of fries is HUGE in comparison, but they both have the same large selection of sauce options, which I also love. I also tried their vegetarian green chili on my visit, and while it was good, it was also extremely spicy , and sadly wasn't really to my liking. Maybe on top of the fries with some cheese and sour cream the spice would've been a little more subdued. Overall, a great place to hang out and have a nice Happy Hour! read more

Colorado Plus Brew was the first place I ate at in Colorado when I returned to the States from Korea. I've since been stationed elsewhere, so when I was visiting Colorado and we needed a place to eat, I recommended Colorado Plus! First an foremost, I LOVE their beer selection. I wish I had more than one night to enjoy it, but if I was still living here, I would return weekly to try out the selection they have on tap. Kudos! Fried pork belly fries - Sounded better than it was. The pork belly pieces were sprinkled over the fries, were over-fried and it didn't really go well with the fries. I was here months ago, have photos of the burgers, but they have since taken them off the menu. Both burgers were well cooked, but neither me or my friend enjoyed them. Lastly, the Caesar salad dressing was bland, definitely missing the anchovy paste. Perhaps it was made this way to provide a vegan friendly option; however, my friend couldn't eat his salad. Don't get me wrong, we both live in Wheat Ridge and LOVE Colorado Plus, but this visit (sans the beer) was a bust for us. WE STILL LOVE YOU GUYS! read more

The only thing that keeps this place in business is the lack good restaurants in Wheat Ridge. Only come here if you have time to casually dine and wait around for the staff. I live in the neighborhood and it's known for slow service. The food can be great on a good day, but they are not consistent. The side sauces are great and taste homemade which is nice considering they don't season their food. So make sure you ask for sauce. Every time I've eaten here I ask myself why did I just waste my money on this overpriced unseasoned food with slow service. read more

Normally I'm enthusiastic about eating at Colorado Plus, especially when the menu changes! I'm always keen on the new flavor combos. I remember the Katsu Chicken sandwich, loved the 50/50 Burger. The new menu... was lackluster. The pulled pork was muddied and only the slaw on it added any variety of texture or taste. The fries were soggy and the new seasoning overly sweet. I had a bite of my partner's Bulgogi cheesesteak, and we both found it meh. Please put the fries back to salt, and please reconsider the menu. The taste profiles are off. This place near Wadsworth and 38th has both outside and inside dining. Our family of 6 stopped in to enjoy a late lunch on a Saturday. It was not crowded and we were immediately seated. The service was excellent. It was attentive and friendly. The menu boasts a wide selection and our orders varied from hamburger to pulled pork to fish and chips to chicken wings. All items were timely served and looked delicious! My dish consisted of 3 nice portions of fish fried along with curly fries. It was meaty though a tad over fried for my taste. Overall it was a very nice dish. The other food items looked good and plentiful. For example the chicken wings were big and you had your choice of flavors and dips. My daughter ordered this and was a little disappointed by the flavors which she ordered. However that choice was hers to make. The other orders were tasty and enjoyable. We also ordered an appetizer of nachos with cheese meat and spices and which we shared. The chips themselves were a bit thin and rather ordinary but most of us enjoyed them. This place is a nice addition to this area and deserves a try if you are anywhere near their location. read more
