Bedlam was recommended to us for late night drinks by staff working in one of the restaurants at our hotel. During our short stay in Denver, we went to Bedlam twice. The first time was around 11:30 on a Thursday night. We had a few cocktails along with a cheese and charcuterie plate. The second time was around 12:30 on a Saturday night when we came in for a night cap. The first time we came in, it wasn't too busy, and we were encouraged to sit wherever we wanted. The bar was full so we chose a small table. Our server gave us menus, though specials were written on a chalkboard above the bar. We each tired a couple of cocktails and had a shot called the Master Shot. We also chose the make-your-own charcuterie board. Our favorite drink was the Woo Girl, which allowed us to choose our spirit of choice. I chose gin and my friend chose tequila. When we returned a couple of nights later, we knew already we were going to order the Woo Girl cocktail. It was packed on a Saturday night, but there was a small table in back where they seated us. This bar is more for spending time with the friends you come with, rather than mingling, as staff seats you at a table. It doesn't seem like they offer standing room or just squeezing in, though maybe we just didn't experience that. That said, all in all, I really enjoyed Bedlam and recommend it to anyone going to Denver.

Not too many tables inside, as it's a bit narrow but we didn't feel too crowded. We tried the pierogies (4/5) and I enjoyed this more than I thought. The pickled cabbage definitely enhanced the dish. I also tried the bisque (3/5) and although it was good, it was a bit on the salty side. Ok to try but not at the top of my list.

They aren't overly sweet, especially considering all the fun flavors they have! The espresso flavor came through, and it actually tasted like a well-made cocktail instead of just a sugary coffee drink. It's clear they put thought into getting the flavors right. I've been on a mission to try as many espresso martinis in Denver as I can, and this one is currently at the top of my list. If you're an espresso martini fan, this is definitely one I'd recommend trying. As a plus, the red/dark lighting adds such a fun ambiance and they have pool tables and a newly added vintage Photo Booth! The food is also SO good considering this is a cocktail bar. Don't skip the lobster :) Good service too!! I wish I remembered the name of the server I always have, she's the best!

She greeted me happy birthday which was nice and personal. I quickly noticed how nice the restaurant smelled. The dark green interior colors gave off a nice vibe, upscale and classy. We were seated right away. There was a hand written birthday card waiting for me at the table, from the restaurant, that was such a sweet surprise. Now to the main event. The food and service. My husband and I ordered: Mikan Buri Crudo, Foccacia, Ricotta Cavatelli, and Moulard Duck. All four dishes blew our mind. We forced ourselves to eat slow-er because we didn't want the amazing experience to end!! Our favorite dish of the night was the Mikan Buri Crudo. It had the best yellowtail we've ever had. It was a melt in your mouth type of dish. Perfectly paired with a citrus sauce, pineapple and other amazing ingredients ... I would travel and come back to wildflower for that dish alone. If you love fresh seafood and Crudo, I strongly suggest trying it. The duck probably comes in second to me. It was cooked perfectly. The service provided by wildflower's team stood out to me and my husband. Our water glasses were constantly refilled, table was cleaned in between dishes. While my went to the bathroom, one of our servers came and refolded his napkin then placed it back on the table. It's the little details and effort for me!!! I also loved their pink and white dishes. Everything felt so elegant. It was a perfect way to celebrate my birthday. Thank you, Wildflower team for this outstanding experience. You set the bar high and other restaurants should take notes.

It is a bit pricey but the food was plentiful and it was nice to just have everything provided without having to choose what to eat especially if you are going there as a business dinner like I did. Drink choices are unique and there were options for mocktails as well. I took off a point because although our server was very helpful and knowledgeable, he was talking about the food and other things a bit too much where my customers and our higher ups were getting irritated. It was very rude and unnecessary considering the 30 empty chairs all around. This person then contacted the waitress and manager and made a huge deal of it. We were eventually asked to get out of the pool. This seemed like a huge miscommunication handled very terribly. This was not a great look for the building as it is still leasing unit out.
