##9 ITALIAN NIGHT CLUB No onion Add Kickin' Ranch

Honestly can't believe a lot of these reviews for this JJ, I've been coming to this EXACT JJ for about a year now and haven't had a single issue like these other people were having. I get my food in less than a minute every single time, exactly right every time, the workers here are personable and very hospitable as well! I seriously recommend JJ to everyone but especially this place I recommend. I'll never forget when I found out they got rid of the crispy jalapeños and the manager on the spot went and grabbed the last bag of them unopened and just let me have it. 1.5/5 stars is comical from someone who actually goes here Pics below for proof

It could've been a decent sandwich actually worth $10 that I spent, IF they'd actually have put some turkey on it!!!

$14 for sandwich combo and you give me only 4 tiny jimmy peppers? Is there a pepper shortage or something? I don't usually complain but the sandwich was gross. The meat seemed short this time too. Honestly thought I was ordering from a different location too. Not sure when that changed but I guess I will go to the location that I know will make a decent sandwich next time.

It's 10/17. The sent a jalapeño ranch that should have been tossed yesterday per their sticker, if not sooner.

The absolute WORST. The order is wrong..... EVERY TIME! Missing items, customizations that were PAID for aren't followed, plus they use expired items. I called and asked for a manager once.... The kid said "yeah hold on" and when he came back, it was STILL HIM claiming to be a manager. This location has had to redeliver our orders SO many times and wouldn't you believe it, the redeliveries have still been wrong or missing item. If we want Jimmy's and we're out and about, we will make it a point to stop at a different location before ordering at this one. See photo of a ranch labeled for disposal at EOD 10/16. Today is the 17th. Just avoid this location. I admittedly spend sometimes thousands of dollars at JJ a year... it's a shame the location closest to me is so bad.

This is the sandwich I got today.

This place just keeps getting worse every time I order... I loved this place & was so excited that they finally came to the area.. I used to order a least 3-4 times a week & now, maybe 1x a month... after today... Not ever again, from this jimmy johns... all the other jimmy johns that I been to, know their sandwiches & how to make them... a FAVORITE is suppose to have 2x's the meet & cheese, the ORIGINAL has the regular size... whoever makes the sandwiches here, doesn't know this... but you pay for it! Wish things were different, but they've been the same for a while... so sad I can only eat jimmy johns at lunch, drunk girl the week, in another city!! I'll drive to Northglenn before I order from this jimmy johns... below in photo... This is the sandwich I got today... huge chunk out of the top... (I know it was a bubble during baking, they should know better, but...!!) I requested/ordered the sandwich to be cut in half, not gouged at the top!! HORRIBLE!!

Rotting roast beef that no one apologized for and they tried to charge me to replace.

This Jimmy Johns delivered a club to me that had several pieces of expired roast beef. I called to requested a replacement and they asked if I wanted to speak to the manager. I said no, I just want another sandwich delivered. They then told me I would have to pay for the delivery and other charges. I refused. Of course. I said I wouldn't pay to replace a rotting sandwich and that yes, I guess I will speak to a manager. After a very long pause and no manager they said they would have another sandwich sent. I confirmed my address, said thank you, thought it was resolved. A few minutes later they called back, it was Krista? Kristen? She identified herself as the manager. Okay, an apology, I thought. Nope. She needed my order number. I have it to her slowly three times, she said she's get me a new sandwich, I again said thank you. No apology. I then put my rotting sandwich in a bag and put it on my front porch with a note to bring it to the manager. I'm not trying to get a free sandwich. The sandwich is rotten. The delivery person did not take the bag and did not ring or knock to let me know my sandwich was sitting outside. So, since I never received an apology and they wouldn't take back their rotting meat, I took this picture for you before disposing of it myself.

No wonder this place has such low reviews. They provide lame sandwiches. They do not provide you with what you asked for on the sandwich and when they do it appears to be halfass and not worth the time or money. Will never be going back here

I really wanted to love this place. I adore gyro sandwiches and it seems there are never enough…read moreplaces to get an authentic one. The order process online went smoothly and the food was ready promptly. I was disappointed by the gyro and ended up not eating it. For the uninitiated, a gyro sandwich is a pita bread filled with gyro meat, tzatziki sauce, and sometimes lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. The meat is made of a blend of seasoned lamb and beef meat molded around a vertical spit. The spit rotates and the outside is exposed to a heat source. As the meat broils, the chef carves off slices or chunks from the sections that have browned. Typically the gyro meat is cooked to "well done." The meat in my gyro was not browned; rather it was lighter colored and had a mealy mouthfeel. I've eaten gyros in traditional Greek restaurants and casual eateries in Chicago, Austin, San Francisco Bay Area, and now Denver, and this was the first time I've tasted the meat cooked this way. Three stars because the restaurant looked well kept and reasonably clean, the service was polite, and it's possible other people are not bothered by manner of preparation of the gyro. I also ordered a side of hummus and it was good.

Both were absolutely delicious as far as freshness of ingredients was concerned. They almost blend the chicken mushroom and peppers into a thick mince and it's spiced beautifully in the cheesesteak The gyro was more traditionally apart and a tad dry but perfect with the tzatziki (I would ask for 2) Fries were a solid side. Fast service and the seating area is small but pleasant.

It literally is the best non-committal lunch spot because of its quality and extensive options on its menu. This one was no different. The roasted garlic and bacon pub burger basket? Sublime. The Reese's and Salted Caramel Concrete Mixer? Superb. Even their in-house root beer brings the best feelings out of us because it's so consistent from city to city. This place is the definition of dependable. The service was good. Are they Chik fil-A or In-N-Out where they refuse to let you have a bad experience? No. But there also not snot-nosed kids who don't give two shuts about your well-being. I'd say they fall in the middle--not going of their way to help or hurt you. And the ambiance is the same as every other location--comfy and inviting. We've always loved all the tucked away booths and tables. This dining area is big and has corners where you can distance yourself if you want more peace or major intersections if you just want to people watch. It's up to you as always. Overall, this is Another Badass Culver's (ABC) in a long list of them.

They have the breakfast staples but also some specials that are creative and delicious! We've had nutella crepes, chicken fried steak, breakfast burrito (which is massive!) and a special of the day - strawberry cheesecake waffle. All the ingredients come together perfectly and melts in your mouth! The one thing you HAVE to get is the cinnamon roll. Eat it while it's hot and gooey, you won't regret it! Next time I'm going to get the Salted Caramel Cinnamon roll. On Friday and Saturday they are open until 8 pm so you can enjoy them if you're unable to make it during the lunch hours!
