Came here to try the new Vegetarian Burger. And it was fantastic! The taste was spot on, and as a former meat eater, it's a winner. You don't get much options for fast food, and I've always just eaten the Burger King vege patty. If you're used to that one, definitely give this a try! I ordered a chicken sandwich with no pickles, it had a lot of pickles almost like they put extra on it. Ordered a triple guac and got a double. Rarely do I come to a Carl's Jr and then stop amd am disappointed. Ordered a loaded breakfast burrito. Which for the price is not worth it, specially for ingredients, 2 tiny pieces of sausage though it was a vegetarian burrito. To top it off loaded with potatoes amd more potatoes when order the combo. $8.50 for a "medium" combo "small coffe". How are you going to ask what size combo amd still ask what size coffee. If its a medium order should have medium coffee amd to top it off a tad of an attitude from Lucas. Tried to be friendly afterwards but by then with that attitude youre left wondering what they do to your food. Never again. I could of spent almost half the price and be more satisfied. Decided to go try the fake rib sandwich due to I banned nasty McDonald's years ago and I used to love the mcrib, As usual it was a bad choice, place is dirty, floors are nappy, and the sandwich, I don't even know what the F I ate. Bun was smashed and soggy, burger was old, and the fake rib they had on there I was actually hesitant to eat due to it looked like a old piece of beef jerky. Would give zero stars if possible. We stopped in on Monday afternoon around 2:30 for a late lunch. There were no other diners in the restaurant, nobody in the drive-thru line, and no food cooking on any of the grills. The manager and staff were standing in the kitchen, talking. The manager looked straight at us standing in front of the register waiting to order. Then went back to talking to her staff. She looked at us again... they all looked at us... AND kept on talking. One of them finally walked out of sight. We waited nearly five minutes before leaving, hungry, without ever being greeted by the staff or having our order taken. SERIOUSLY?! This Carl's Jr., unfortunately, reflects the dismal state of the Carl's Jr. brand in Colorado. We had a similar experience at the Carl's Jr. at 13630 Orchard Pkwy in Westminster, only there the restaurant was filthy, too. Other locations have served us food worthy of a cat food can. The ONLY Carl's Jr. locations worth of your dollars in Colorado are in Denver at I-70/Colorado Blvd. and in Idaho Springs. STAY AWAY from Carl's Jr. in Colorado unless you are going to one of these two, lone, well-run locations! read more

This is a regular spot for us, especially since they've added the Green Burrito options to their menu. The food is always fresh and I've yet for anyone to mess up my order. I'm giving 3 stars because a) the wait in the drive-thru is always a little long, especially if you order the chicken tenders and b) the burger meat can be pretty dry sometimes. NONE compare to this one... They have the 'Char Broil" set to extra hot and sizzle here... as compared to other Carl's the meat didn't taste quite right. Here I don't know what they do differently with their Charbroil but it's Great!!! Tastes just like a backyard barbecue with charcoal briquettes...It's sizzly Yummy and Ahhh Sooo Tasty... I am so tossed at what to rate this place. I have been here for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Breakfast: I love the food (and I hate breakfast items). I always get the monster biscuit. It is so fluffy. Lunch: everything is super hot but the crew seems bored even when they are busy. They have an IDC attitude. Most of the time my order is wrong, items missing or added to the burger. Waited patiently, received the food and was told be to careful because the chicken would be hot. Got home, NO CHICKEN STRIPS. I just finished getting a full refund from these careless idiots. I've overheard their disparaging remarks about the transsexual community (including talking about injuring them. It wasn't hard to hear them...they were rather loud about it), and about 95% of the time I go to this location they get my order wrong. How hard is it to make a six dollar burger without cheese. This time they got it so wrong they made it with only cheese. Yeah, we asked for no cheese and they gave us a bun with beef on it and cheese...that's it! Of course we trusted them to get out order right, because we thought we had some semblance of respect from these clowns, only to get home and sit down to eat something that was inedible.
