I'm not one to complain but I had one of my worst experiences at Chick-fil-A recently. After waiting in line for about 15 minutes, they opened a new lane and allowed several cars to go ahead, which was frustrating after already waiting so long. When I finally got to the front, I was told they were out of hash browns, so my breakfast burrito came without them. To make matters worse, by the time I received my food, it was cold. This is really disappointing because Chick-fil-A used to be my go-to spot for breakfast, but this experience definitely changed my impression. read more

Chick-fil-A never disappoints. As always they have a super long drive through line but it seemed to move quickly. Wifey and I chose to dine in "a smarter choice IMO" there was only 2 people ahead of us. They brought our food to our table in about 5 minutes and even came back around to see if we would like a refill of our drinks! Came for a bite before a graduation ceremony. Associate was polite and professional. She took out order and we sat down to wait. Clean restaurant and no issues with parking. I've gotten drive-thru several times at this location commuting to Denver from Greeley. I normally ordered their fried chicken, and found it good as always. Tonight (3/28/23), I decided to dine in. I ordered their new promotional item, being the cauliflower sandwich. I also got their always-good macaroni and cheese on the side, with the signature sweet tea. Unlike the other vegan items offered at other fast food restaurants, the cauliflower sandwich was actually quite good. It was minced cauliflower made into a patty and deep fried like their chicken. I really appreciated that Chick Fil-A served a vegan item that's made from real food. It's such an upgrade from the fake, artificial lab experiment, being Beyond Meat. Once upon a time, Chick-fil-A had the best customer service. I don't get the point of putting in a catering order hours before you go pick up and still have to wait 15 mins for someone to even come ask if you have been helped. What is also the point of having a "pick up" station if no one is there to even ask if you need help. I have placed 2 catering orders at this location, and it's been the same waiting game. The first time we had to wait 30 mins for our food. The point is to not have to wait when you place in a catering order. Today's service was horrible!!! It was not busy, the employees saw me standing at the "pick up" station and did not bother to ask a single question, along side with the manager on the floor. He just walked around and acted busy. I finally got fed up waiting at the "pick up" station and got in line. Then he saw that I was pissed off and finally looked in the system and called my name for my order. He then pretended to act all nice when he knew I was pissed off. Another lady came and stood behind me, I asked if she was picking up, and she said yes. I advised her if she wanted help fast. I have been coming to this location for years. Today I waited over 15 minutes to ORDER!!!!! And to make things worse, the exit to bail was completely covered by cones so I couldn't leave. Maybe close one of the lanes so we can see the large line from the parking lot BEFORE we get in line. Then when I ordered, no apologies for the wait no addressing it. I loved the food it was honestly phenomenal but i had just a small issue with the customer service. First of all the lady did not ask if we wanted sauce then when we said we did she gave an attitude like she wasn't getting paid to be there. It's honestly sad how people disrespect others just because they are not having the best day, nobody cares if you are sad or whatever you got going on because you are literally being PAID to be there. Another issue is she forgot our straws. This may not seem like a big deal but this caused a RIPPLE in my family. We got a shake and a lemonade and we only had one plastic straw at home. The original Chick Fil A sandwich is always my go to. The waffle fries are delicious, fresh, and hot. They have a lot of dipping sauces to choose from. I really like the Chick Fil A sauce. Another popular one is the buffalo sauce, has a little kick to it. This location can get very busy, especially evenings during Fridays and Saturdays. The drive thru had a very long line, of about 15+ cars ahead. The line of cars literally wrapped around the building. It moved at an average speed. If you are really hungry, be aware of that. For tasty food, people will obviously wait! There are lots of shops nearby, plenty of parking available if you are going to be eating inside. read more

This Chick fil a is the very model of fast food efficiency. I came here on the extremely busy cow appreciation day, for those unfamiliar, this is the day everyone receives a free entree. The line was out the door but moved very quickly thanks to the employees moving with the precise timing and movement of a fine Swiss made watch. They took your order, gave you a table marker and with in a few mins my food was presented to me fresh, hot and delicious. I was so impressed that I decided to test the drive thru as well. I drove up and they had 3 employees standing outside taking peoples orders, I ordered a sandwich and a drink and with the same style of precise timing and movement I received my order and was back on the road in less than 5 mins! I explain and they get rude, MAGICALLY discover the mobile order. Give me a refund, don't provide receipt. Big headache, no apology, lots of wasted time.
