I ordered my food and drink, then paid. I was told store dining area closes at 8:30pm on 8/14.

I am on the road a lot and Subway restaurants used to be my go to choice. As a whole I think Subway quality and cleanliness has declined although their prices haven't. I wanted to try the new brisket sandwich. I tempered my expectations because it is fast food. It was terrible, dry chewy chunks of something not resembling brisket. No thank you for my business for the very disinterested people taking my order because I was keeping her from her cell phone. The place was dirty and not busy so cleaning is not a priority. I saw an employee give tables one swipe of the rag missing half the surface. I will stick to the regular offerings and try to keep my expectation very low. read more

Subs here are good quality and fresh. This subway does a great job at keeping the lobby clean. Only minor issue I had was the manager was pretty crabby and complaining to her staff which was a bit unprofessional. Maybe she was just having a bad day. Nothing that can't be easily fixed. I got my food, and was satisfied with it, so I moved on with my day. read more

Yesterday at around noon, my father who is DEAF and MUTE and happens to be a poc, had went here to get lunch. He never has any issues ordering food at other places because he'll usually point at what he wants or nods "yes" or "no" to things, so the workers will try to work with him to make sure they get him what he wants.. not this place. After about mid way into his sandwich being made, the lady handling his order got really unprofessional and frustrated to the point where she threw the sandwich down and walked off. He had no idea what had just happened or was going on because he can't hear, so he was left in confusion. He could've easily left and took his money elsewhere, but he stayed because all he wanted was something to eat. A male worker took over and completed his order, but it's so sad that he had to experience that lady treating him so poorly. As a subscriber to their SMS club I frequently receive texts on my phone describing the many great deals that they offer, such as buy a large drink and get a 6 inch sandwich for free,which usually ends up being around $2.00. I was on a work brake when i found this subway. I'm a long time Subway customer sandwiches are always great. However at this location the customer service was shady. Maria was helping me doing a great job with my steak breakfast sandwich as i asked for extra steak on my breakfast sandwich i was rudely interrupted and told there is no extra meat on breakfast sandwiches. The manger (white women) reached into my sandwich with her gloves scooping out my extra steak from my already made breakfast sandwich. She dropped one of the eggs from my sandwich on the floor. The manager then picked up the egg put in to the trash. However using same gloves from the egg on the floor put extra meat from breakfast sandwich back in serving container . I would not order breakfast or any sandwich at this location durning morning hours. This was very unsanitary and unnecessary. I went to this Subway tonight 3/24/15 and watched as the employee making my sandwich stopped for a moment to pick up the trash can and hand it to her co-worker before grabbing a handful of spinach and putting it on my sandwich. When I stopped her and asked, Isn't that the same hand that you just grabbed the trash can with?, she looked at me as if I was crazy for caring and did not apologize. Nor did she ask if I wanted her to start over on my sandwich. Instead, without saying anything, she took that one plastic glove off with an insolent attitude and replaced it with a new glove. As if that would help the trash-spinach that was already on my sandwich. No admittance of error when I saw her, no apology when I complained, no offer of a new sandwich, and no "thank you" at the end of the transaction. Hopefully you can chalk this up to a high school kid being embarrassed by her error and not having the wherewithal to handle it well. I've never been impressed with this Subway though, and this is the last straw for me. read more

Newest round of staffers are overcompensatingly-incompetent, if that's a thing. And have very little understanding of what ~actual~ customer service is. I went there 4-15-15, at approx 1730. I ~attempted~ to order a foot long turkey sandwich, as a wrap. The child behind the counter informed me she would have to charge me for double meat. To which, I naturally asked "Why?" Her response was that, "We can do a wrap as a foot-long but, we have to charge for extra meat." I explained to her that if I order two six inch wraps it's, effectively, the same thing and I wouldn't be charged for double meat. "Yes.", was her reply. "But if I simply SAY that I want a foot-long, spread across two six-inch tortilla wraps, you're going to charge me $1.50 for ONE extra tortilla?" "Yes.", again was her reply. ...enough said. I promptly gathered my belongings from the table I'd claimed, and vacated the premises, before whatever intellect-reducing contaminants in the air affected my own brain. I spent my money at the pizzeria across the parking lot for my lunch, by the way. Until you can train your employees to think outside of their routine/programming and TAKE CARE of their customers first, and seek clarifications it's superiors later - you've lost a loyal and vocal customer. read more

It is just like any other Subway restaurant. I have visited 4 times. I have never had any issues with the food or those who prepare it. On my 3rd visit I arrived 10 min before closing. Open sign was off, some lights were off, and I could see they were putting away food. Granted the weather was crappy, but if you close at 9 I expect to be able to order until 9. That is the rationale for docking 2 stars. read more

My son loves Subway. There was a time when the quality of their product was worse. I feel like the quality of their product is better now. However, today I had a bad customer service experience with a lady with long brown hair that works there. The door says 9:00 a.m. opening but there's another sign on the upper left hand side of the glass window that has different hours. I just suggested to her that maybe they put the new hours over the old hours because it was confusing. Another customer came in after me and actually said the same thing. When I was leaving the long haired lady followed me out and said, "Look!" and pointed to the sign so I showed her the sign I was talking about. She turned around and walked in and as the door was shutting said, "that's why we have UPDATED hours". I just felt like it was a poor experience just because of customer service. She was also a very rude to another young man that worked there and before the conversation with her I almost said something to her about the way she was treating him. Maybe it was a busy morning or she felt overwhelmed, but if I witness it again I will say something. read more

There's not a lot to say about the subway, it is a chain restaurant. But it is convenient and the people are nice.

I've been using this subway for years. The service is very good, and the employees are very friendly. They work extra hard to make sure my sandwich and cookie preferences are met every time I go in there. I couldn't ask for better service and they go above and beyond to get me a great meal every time. We've also used them for bulk orders and things are always exactly as we ordered and on-time. read more

When I came in on May 8th at approximately noon, there was a very long line. I patiently waited, ordered my sandwich, and when I got to the counter to pay, I asked if I could get a cup of warm water. The boy behind the counter simply replied, "no". When I clarified that he said no, he asked why I needed a cup of warm water. I explained I needed to make a bottle for my baby. He huffed and walked away. He returned with a cup of slightly warm water without a word. When I asked for his name, he asked why I wanted it. I said I want to know who I should file a complaint about. He refused and began helping the next customer although I was still standing there. I asked if the manager was available and he told me he had worked there the longest. Wow! If these are the types of employees that work here, I will not be coming back. read more
